Not the same entity as Hyperion Air, Inc. The LLC bought the aircraft from the Inc. on 12 August 2013, Darren K. Indyke signing for the seller, so the two transacted with each other and cannot be one record. The Inc. is the Delaware corporation that held the Gulfstream from 1994 and was subpoenaed with JEGE, Inc. in 2007.
