[0:00]In my opinion.
[0:01]But we will introduce Dr. Stephen.
[0:03]Yeah, for sure.
[0:04]The doctor's with us on the East Coast, as well as the great Merrill Hodge.
[0:09]How are you guys doing?
[0:11]I'm doing better.
[0:13]I'm watching the Giants-Rugby game.
[0:27]Because I'm a huge Giants fan.
[0:31]This past week was great.
[0:32]They do have some interesting, an interesting opponent coming up this coming week.
[0:40]But anyhow, you know, let's talk a little bit about you
[0:42]and what the doctor has done with you over the last many years now.
[0:46]I mean, obviously you've had a phenomenal career playing in the NFL.
[0:51]How are you feeling these days?
[0:57]Explain, first off, what you really specialize in for people listening across the country and beyond.
[2:30]I separate out the stromal vascular fractures in the cell to physicians like myself
[3:29]who then can take those cells and give it to the athlete or, you know, the person who's injured
[3:34]and basically give his elbow.
[3:38]The cancer cell, the pain goes away because you reduce the inflammation, you grow new tissue,
[3:57]so on MRIs, we've shown that we've grown cartilage back in people's knees and hips.
[4:03]And again, I agree with Merrill.
[4:04]Surgery, we do surgery on golfers.
[4:44]It's interesting, though, Doc, because, you know, obviously being that we focus on golf here nationally
[5:07]for the last 20 years, although we do love football and talk about it,
[5:11]it seems like common injuries, back issues, but for the most part, you're talking, you know,
[5:22]you kind of talked about tennis elbow and golfer's elbow and so forth.
[5:28]And we get a lot of emails on, I think, a weekly basis.
[5:31]And it's interesting that people, if you will, and, you know, everyone's afraid of the knife.
[5:45]Everyone's afraid of going under and all that.
[5:47]So what you're really doing there with your phenomenal research is pretty impressive.
[6:28]Yeah.
[6:29]I developed really, really severe carpal tunnel from what I do in computer work and, you know, golfing.
[6:57]Carpal tunnel's been 100% better without doing surgery, just doing cellular therapy.
[7:03]And I just feel better.
[7:05]I feel younger, and I feel more energetic.
[7:07]The day that we are in right now, especially related to the NFL, and you see a ton of injuries.
[7:50]In fact, I feel like this year we've seen so many, more so than others.
[7:56]But we're seeing a lot of concussions.
[7:58]In fact, this past week we saw a bunch of concussions.
[8:01]And I know that you received a few concussions.
[8:05]I know you've had other injuries.
[8:06]Obviously, we talked about the elbow and whatnot.
[8:08]But you had some.
[8:10]You had some post-concussion symptoms, obviously, later on.
[8:13]But talk about this today as far as the NFL.
[8:18]Do you think the new, you know, I guess the new ways of the NFL, the rules and whatnot, are better for the players?
[8:27]Or do you think it's slowing the game down and only to the fans?
[9:28]A man, a kid will ever do on-planet or evaluation, or the Bears weren't doing it at the time, almost 20 years ago.
[10:48]Those things, for environment, doesn't mean it's almost not.
[11:32]I hear you.
[11:32]We're speaking with former NFL great Merrill Hodge, Chicago Bears.
[11:36]He mentioned the Bears and his new friend, Dr. Stephen Victor.
[11:43]Sounds like a great team effort on your two parts there to come back to the healing world.
[11:49]Let me ask you this, doctor.
[11:50]What excites you the most about the stem cell field these days?
[11:56]I think two things.
[11:57]And I think Merrill hit one thing perfectly.
[11:59]You know, you can avoid surgery.
[12:01]Surgery always has risks.
[12:03]Even benign surgery, you have to have anesthesia.
[12:05]And people, unfortunately, die from surgery and a lot of complications.
[12:09]In fact, you can just take your own body cells and use them to heal you.
[12:13]Those of you guys who treat people like Merrill Hodge,
