[0:07]Now, billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein is accused of abusing dozens of girls.

[0:14]The defense said the indictment amounts to a do-over for the feds,
[0:17]who allowed Jeffrey Epstein to plead to lesser charges a decade ago and arrange a non-prosecution agreement.
[0:22]They would never be daunted by such a specious document.
[0:27]Former federal prosecutor Rachel Maiman, who's now a partner at Lowenstein-Sandler,
[0:31]said Epstein's prior plea is an admission of guilt.
[0:34]I think they'll be able to use his pleas against him, and that is really good evidence.
[0:39]Prosecutors also said they found at Epstein's home here a vast trove of nude photos of females,
[0:44]many of whom appeared to be underage.
