IT/telecommunications contractor who worked on Epstein's Little St. James island approximately 1999-2005/2006, visiting roughly 100 times. Interviewed by FBI on August 9, 2019 (the day before Epstein's death). Provided extensive eyewitness testimony: saw topless pictures of girls aged 15-16 in Epstein's bedroom; saw three naked girls (under 18) in the grotto area; was on a boat with Epstein and two girls he believed were ~14; found a 'list of persons to give good massages and extras' in Epstein's office; confirmed 'Special Party' meant young teenaged girls would be present; stated Les Wexner was always #1 on Epstein's speed dial. Also witnessed Prince Andrew 'groping and kissing' a young woman by the island pool (2001-2004). Told The Sun (UK) he was willing to testify to FBI about Prince Andrew but was never specifically asked.
