• EFTA02730486: FBI evidence inventory — 'Disk containing images of Matchmaker shred reconstruction' and 'Box containing Shredded paper'. Corroborates reports Kellen instructed staff to shred massage-related phone books during 2005-2006 investigation
• Maxwell proffer (July 2025, Day 2 audio DOJ-OGR-00022995): Maxwell names Kellen (transcribed as 'Sarah Cullen') as the person 'really interfacing with Epstein at this point in time in his life' in the 2000s — 'She was running his... She was his assistant.' Maxwell uses this to distance herself from Epstein's 2000s operations, claiming Kellen took over the day-to-day role.
• EFTA00081180 (Mar 2010): Invoked Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination on all substantive questions during March 24, 2010 deposition. Refused to answer when asked if Maxwell provides underage girls to Epstein for sex. Represented by Bruce Reinhart (former AUSA).
• EFTA00223881: More than 250 telephone calls between Jane Doe #6 and Sarah Kellen. Jane Doe #6 "is the girl who saw Epstein most frequently" and "reports the most sexual activity with Epstein, including oral sex, sexual activity involving vibrators." Documents scale of Kellen's scheduling/coordination role.
• EFTA01245817: FBI FD-302 victim interview — Kellen took victim (Cartwright) upstairs, "removed the massage table from the closet and set it up" for Epstein. Direct physical facilitation of abuse, not just scheduling.
• EFTA00179797: Media summary of investigation — Kellen investigated for "bringing the girls up" to Epstein's room and "paying the girls afterward." Describes her dual role in facilitation and payment.
• EFTA00040089/EFTA00099056: Full text of Non-Prosecution Agreement names Kellen alongside Adriana Ross, Lesley Groff, and Nadia Martinkova as co-conspirators granted immunity from criminal charges.
• EFTA01247932 (Dec 4, 2018): FBI EC — SDNY case 31E-MM-NEW sought to interview Kellen. Original 2008 Miami referral to NY. Shows SDNY reopened investigation of Kellen a decade after NPA.

• EFTA02731082 (Dec 19, 2019): Subject D.1 in SDNY prosecution memo "Investigation into Potential Co-Conspirators." Identified as redacted subject of Analysis Section A ("Evidence That [redacted] Conspired to Sex Traffic Minors") through unredacted biographical details: met Epstein through modeling, scheduled massages as Palm Beach assistant, directed to shred directories from Virgin Islands in 2005, Indyke advised her not to speak to law enforcement. Section A (pages 76-83) — DOJ's legal analysis for declining prosecution — is entirely redacted despite her name being public via 2008 NPA
• Nov 30, 2018: Two days after Miami Herald series began, Epstein wired $100,000 from a trust account to an NPA co-conspirator "named and featured prominently in the Herald series." Three days later (Dec 3), wired $250,000 to another co-conspirator described as "one of the employees named in the indictment for scheduling sexual encounters." Government characterized both payments as potential witness tampering (us-v-epstein, Doc 23). Recipient names redacted but descriptions match known NPA co-conspirators including Kellen.
• Giuffre v. Maxwell Doc 55-att17: Took the Fifth when asked "Did A.H. ever tell you that David Copperfield tried to feel her butt during dinner?" Also invoked Fifth when questioned about Kevin Spacey and Les Wexner (Doc 435).
