South African property manager of Jeffrey Epstein's private island Little St. James in the US Virgin Islands from 1999 to 2007, alongside his wife Cathy Alexander who served as housekeeping manager. Named in multiple FBI FD-302 victim interviews as the person who picked up arrivals at the airport and transported them to the island by boat. Jeffrey Epstein would not allow both Alexanders to leave the island at the same time. In a 2011 Daily Mail interview, Miles stated he had proof of an underage girl on the island, noting she 'had a letter of consent from her parents and was under the guardianship of a model agency.' Subpoenaed in the USVI civil lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase and asked to produce all employment documents, NDAs, payment records, and communications with Jeffrey Epstein and associates. Appeared in the 2022 documentary 'Who Is Ghislaine Maxwell?' describing Maxwell as referring to herself as the 'Queen Bee' with women as 'bees around the honey pot.' Described Prince Andrew and Maxwell's relationship as 'really close.'

The handwritten logs read 'MATS & KATHY ALEXANDER' as one entry, a couple sharing a surname, which the manifest parser split into two passengers. All three independently transcribed log copies agree on that reading (edwards-exhibit-mm-flight-logs, flight_log_gawker, EFTA02846460), so Mats Alexander is a distinct person and this record still computes no island flight of its own.
