Neurosurgeon and public-health figure (later a professor at UW Medicine) who was one of Jeffrey Epstein's longest-running associates and a key facilitator of his access to the science and technology world. She flew with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell as early as June 1998 (under her maiden name, Starnes), was his self-described 'science adviser,' rose to Deputy Director of Special Initiatives at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and then Gates's private office, and per the Wall Street Journal introduced Gates's science adviser Boris Nikolic to Jeffrey Epstein. Corpus messages show Jeffrey Epstein using Walker as a conduit to Bill Gates, coaching her, and relaying messages. Note on framing: Walker asked the Justice Department to redact her name and has not voluntarily identified herself; her lawyer describes her as 'a survivor of Jeffrey Epstein' who endured a 'coercive relationship that spanned decades.' She has not alleged sexual abuse by Jeffrey Epstein and has filed no claims against his estate. She is listed here as an associate for her documented facilitation role, not as an accused.
