Both parties later listed him among people with relevant knowledge: the plaintiff's disclosures describe him as having 'Knowledge of Defendant's conduct that is the subject of this action', and the defence disclosures as someone who 'may have knowledge concerning Plaintiff's false claims against Defendant'. Nothing in the corpus records what that knowledge was, and no document states his role.

Giuffre v. Maxwell, plaintiff's Rule 26 disclosures (EFTA02780700 entry 84, and the same list at entry 59): 'Mark Tafoya, Address unknown at this time, Telephone number unknown at this time, Knowledge of Defendant's conduct that is the subject of this action.'
Giuffre v. Maxwell, defence disclosures (EFTA02782926 and EFTA02792797, entry 64): 'Mr. Tafoya may have knowledge concerning Plaintiff's false claims against Defendant.' Both sides listed him, which is the clearest signal in the corpus that he was understood to have been present for something.
DATA NOTE: data/flight_logs.json spells him 'Mark Tagoya', an f read as g. That is why he had no computed flight record. The misspelling is carried here as an alias so the manifest resolves to this page.
