Ann Marie Villafaña was an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida who served as the lead prosecutor in the 2007-2008 Epstein case. Documents show she drafted a 53-page federal indictment on sex trafficking charges that was never filed, negotiated the controversial Non-Prosecution Agreement (NPA) with Epstein's defense team, and later asked Epstein's lawyers for 'marching orders' on what to tell victims about the deal.
