Marc Mukasey, an attorney at Bracewell & Giuliani (later founding Mukasey Frenchman LLP), was retained by Ghislaine Maxwell in October 2010 for patent-related legal work with a $75,000 retainer, with Jeffrey Epstein directly involved in coordinating the engagement. The documents show Epstein scheduled meetings with Mukasey, including a breakfast with Rudy Giuliani, and that Mukasey later actively blocked Roger Stone from meeting Epstein in 2017. Mukasey, son of former Attorney General Michael Mukasey, also represented Donald Trump during the Mueller investigation.
