Associate

French interior designer and business executive; sister of Alberto Pinto and, since his death in 2012, head of the Paris firm Cabinet Alberto Pinto (11 rue d'Aboukir, 75002 Paris). Named in 973 DOJ EFTA documents. Flew on Jeffrey Epstein's Gulfstream G-1159B on eight recorded legs between April 1998 and March 2001, including a 31 March 1999 leg from Teterboro to St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, the airport that serves Little St. James. On 8 March 2001 she and her brother were aboard the Paris Le Bourget to Granada and Granada to Tangier legs of the trip on which Virginia Giuffre says she was taken to London and directed to have sex with Prince Andrew; the manifests are corroborated by pilot David Rodgers' sworn deposition in Giuffre v. Maxwell. Asked about the allegation in January 2015, she did not deny dining with Giuffre in Paris but said she had not known her age, telling reporters 'you did not know if they were 19, 22 or younger girls' and 'I never suspected anything.' Deutsche Bank's September 2019 presentation to the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York flagged 11 payments totalling $2,873,001 to Cabinet Alberto Pinto and Centre d'Affaires Pinto SARL, made between November 2015 and December 2018, noting the firm 'continued to do substantial amounts of business with Epstein after these allegations came to light.' She corresponded directly with Jeffrey Epstein at jeevacation@gmail.com through at least 2016, and recurs in his Paris schedules from 2012 to 2016.

Key Findings

  • Flight logs: 8 legs on the Gulfstream G-1159B between 24 Apr 1998 and 8 Mar 2001. Alberto Pinto is a co-passenger on 7, Jeffrey Epstein on 7, Ghislaine Maxwell on 6, Emmy Taylor on 5, Virginia Giuffre on 2.
  • 31 Mar 1999: Teterboro to St. Thomas (TIST), US Virgin Islands, with Ghislaine Maxwell, Alberto Pinto, Phillipe Mugnier and Francois Verenia, returning St. Thomas to West Palm Beach the same day. TIST is the airport serving Little St. James; the logs do not record whether she went on to the island itself.
  • 8 Mar 2001: aboard Paris Le Bourget to Granada, Spain, and Granada to Tangier, Morocco, with Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, Emmy Taylor and Virginia Giuffre. Pilot David Rodgers read the same manifest into the record under oath in Giuffre v. Maxwell (Exhibit NN, Case 18-2868 Doc. 286): 'Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, Emmy Tayler, Virginia Roberts, Alberto and Linda Pinto, one female, and Ricardo.' She was not on the 9 Mar leg to London.
  • EFTA01681865, Deutsche Bank's 12 Sep 2019 presentation to the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York: Cabinet Alberto Pinto and Centre d'Affaires Pinto SARL received 11 payments totalling $2,873,001 through Credit Agricole from a Jeffrey Epstein custody account. The bank flagged the relationship because of the Giuffre allegation and recorded that 'Alberto Pinto died in 2012. Linda Pinto now manages Cabinet Alberto Pinto SARL.'
  • EFTA01681865: 'Cabinet Alberto Pinto SARL continued to do substantial amounts of business with Epstein after these allegations came to light. All of the payments referenced were made between November 2015 and December 2018.'
  • EFTA01681865: 'In Jan[uary] 2015, Linda Pinto was asked about the allegations. She did not deny dining with [Giuffre] but denied that she was aware of [her] age.'
  • EFTA01200123, New York Post report by Natalie O'Neill on a Times of London story: 'Once in Paris, they rendezvoused with interior designer Alberto Pinto and his sister, Linda Pinto, before flying to Spain and London.' She is quoted directly: 'You did not know if they were 19, 22 or younger girls' and 'I cannot say what they planned to do, but I never suspected anything. His actions never made me suspect him.'
  • EFTA02505401, EFTA02508947, EFTA02471427, EFTA02488313: direct email correspondence with Jeffrey Epstein at jeevacation@gmail.com between March 2015 and February 2016, three to four years after Alberto Pinto's death.
  • EFTA00375307, Feb 2013 Paris schedule: 'In the Afternoon: Go see Linda Pinto at the office Cabinet Alberto Pinto 11 rue d'Aboukir 75002 Paris.' She recurs in the Paris itineraries at EFTA00375234, EFTA02722781, EFTA02357226, EFTA00297983 and EFTA02671456, and in a May 2016 New York schedule at EFTA00285270.
  • EFTA01257814: Epstein Interests fax cover sheet from the Villard House, 457 Madison Avenue, addressed to Linda Pinto.
  • EFTA00219476: FedEx shipment between Jeffrey Epstein and Linda Pinto.
