• EFTA00465937 (Dec 29, 2017): Groff to building manager Leo Loking about guest apartment 10-B: 'give them an extra 30 min...m and dad left and are at work but there are 3 teenage girls there. Let them get out!' Leo responds: '10-B is ready for the next guest' — rotating guest apartment with teenage occupants
• EFTA02857849 (Aug 21, 2020): SDNY FBI 302 — Brazilian victim named LESLEY as Jeffrey Epstein staff who called her and scheduled visits. 'LESLEY is known to law enforcement as LESLEY GROFF.'
• EFTA00233059: GRAND JURY SUBPOENA — directed to 'Leslie Groff and Harry Beller.' Prosecutors noted it was 'possible that Ms. Groff will have evidence adverse to' Jeffrey Epstein. Discussed her 'efforts to find documents responsive to the grand jury's subpoena.'
• EFTA00025091: ATTORNEY PROFFER — Groff 'generally made 1-2 appointments for massages a day.' Used 'Shoppers Travel when she was first hired then Amex Centurion' to book all flights for women on Jeffrey Epstein's card.
• EFTA00496358 (May 2019): RETURN-TICKET PROBLEM — woman flying Vilnius-Moscow-NY stopped at both airports for lacking a return ticket. Groff urgently scrambled to create one: 'she had issues leaving Vilnius and Moscow because they wanted to see she would return to Europe.' Weeks before Jeffrey Epstein's arrest.
• EFTA00330207 (Jan 27, 2016): LATE-NIGHT SUMMONS — Jeffrey Epstein to Groff at 10:06 PM about unnamed woman: 'does she come over now? tomorrow morning?' Groff responds: 'now.'
• EFTA00362214: TELL HIM ABOUT THE GIRLS — Jeffrey Epstein to Groff regarding Jes Staley scheduling.
• EFTA00829041 (Apr 25, 2016): DUAL-TRACK SCHEDULING — single-day schedule interleaves breakfast with Ehud Barak, lunch with Leon Black, and first-name-only female appointments. Business contacts get full names and titles; women get first names only with no stated purpose.
• EFTA00013184: SDNY confirmed Jeffrey Epstein's AmEx records showed 'more than 4,800 flights purchased in the past ten years' — all booked through Groff via Amex Centurion Travel (agent Natalia Molotkova).
• EFTA00305095: SCHEDULING PATTERN — '9:00 Girls to meet at 71st Street with their ID's!' followed by helicopter to East Hampton.
• EFTA01660631: FBI internal case briefing — Lesley Groff gave an FBI-attended proffer in the SDNY investigation
• EFTA02770202 (2011): When FBI agents served Groff with grand jury subpoena (Aug 21, 2007), she called Jeffrey Epstein who instructed her not to speak with agents, pressured her against turning over documents and electronic evidence, and pressured her to delay grand jury appearance
• Darren Indyke congressional deposition: questioner asked whether "Leslie Graf and Bella Klein facilitated cell phones, computers for the survivor's victims that you have referred to as assistants" (darren-indyke-deposition ~19205s).
• EFTA00340239: Groff to Klein re dentist: "just had work done for a bad broken tooth with Dr. Magnani...Joe Pagano used to pay her dental bills, but he does not anymore...she said you would be taking over" — Groff relayed transition of dental bill responsibility from Joe Pagano to Klein.
• EFTA00022461 (SDNY prosecution memo): Groff worked as Jeffrey Epstein's primary NY assistant from at least 2001 through summer 2019. Scheduled massages and booked flights for victims. Given a reverse proffer July 18, 2019 but her attorney advised her to invoke Fifth Amendment. Prosecutors warned they could not offer any agreement without a proffer.
• DS11 DELETED BATCH (May 2017, 496 emails, EFTA02205655–EFTA02213699): Jeffrey Epstein's staff emails removed from DOJ site May 16, 2026 — locally archived. Groff is present in 215 documents. Batch reveals full daily scheduling for May 2017 across multiple high-profile contacts.
• EFTA02213016 (May 18, 2017): Full Jeffrey Epstein schedule for May 19, 2017 — 8:30am breakfast Leon Black; 10am Barry Cohen; 10:30am Hardeep Singh Puri; 11:30am appt at Dangene's CORE CLUB; 4pm Ehud Barak; 5pm Paul Barrett (JPMorgan); 5:30pm Kathy Ruemmler + Brad Karp. Groff sent schedule to Jeffrey Epstein's jeevacation@gmail.com account.
• EFTA02212889 / EFTA02212984 (May 18, 2017): Groff coordinated Brad Karp (Paul Weiss chairman) joining Kathy Ruemmler's 5:30pm meeting at 9 East 71st Street on May 19, 2017. Janet Fisher (Paul Weiss admin) confirmed Brad Karp 'has Jeffrey on his calendar for 5:30pm tomorrow.'
• EFTA02213080 / EFTA02213118 (May 1, 2017): Groff forwarded Ehud Barak's NYC stay schedule to cleaning staff — Barak and Nili Priell Barak arriving May 8, staying until May 15, returning May 19–24. Groff instructed staff to prepare apartment and clean on Mondays and Thursdays.
• EFTA02213071 / EFTA02213009 / EFTA02213055 (May 2017): Groff coordinated Karyna Shuliak's Schengen visa appointment (May 24) and booked placeholder Paris hotel/flight for Russian passport holder. Separately booked Karyna's JetBlue flight JFK→STT (St. Thomas, USVI — i.e., Little St. James) at Jeffrey Epstein's instruction.
• EFTA02213122 (May 16, 2017): Groff's office invited Hardeep Singh Puri (former Indian Ambassador to UN) to 9 East 71st Street on May 19 at 11am. Puri confirmed attendance.
• EFTA02213006 (May 5, 2017): Groff's office invited Boris Nikolic to accompany Jeffrey Epstein to the play Oslo. Nikolic declined due to storm-delayed flight from Boston.
