• EFTA02731428 (Victim diary): Pasted Sylvia Plath poem 'Stopped Dead' with 'Leon Black' written next to title. Underlined words: 'fatso millionaire, it's violent, goddamn baby screaming, there's always a bloody baby'
• EFTA02731488 (FBI notes): 16yo victim 'violently raped by Black' at Epstein's townhouse. 'Black used adult sex toys in victim's rectum and vagina', 'began bleeding from her rectum'. 'Medical records, trauma from sexual abuse, rectal tearing, references to a violent rape'

• EFTA02731655/02731729 (Adult victim, Aug 2021 memo): Met Black giving massages at townhouse. 'He turned around and said it was his turn to give her a massage... Was violently sexually assaulted, including by being bitten.' Black gave her $1K cash in envelope afterward. Arranged fake job interviews at Goldman Sachs via assistant Melanie Spinella
• EFTA02731526 (Wigdor evidence): Bank statements show deposits from THREE accounts: 'Leon J. Black', 'J. Black Trust', and 'E Trust' (paying Nov 2015 through 2021). Texts/emails with Black's admin Melanie Spinella. Notebook with names/numbers of women. NDA signed under duress

They find her credible in part of the similarity in the sexual assault (biting). Charges seem unlikely but they are still investigating'
• EFTA02731691 (SDNY to DANY, Feb 2023): 'We have a new CW who has come forward and alleged sexual abuse by Leon Black. This CW was trafficked by Maxwell and Epstein'
• EFTA02731515 (Wigdor attorney, March 2024): 'I strongly believe that there is at least one video circulating on some disgusting sex site.' Victim videotaped at hotel — '6 men there and she had to be with 3 of them. One of them is a former friend of Leon Black's.' Victim contacted online by stranger who 'had seen a video with one girl having sex with 3 men in a row and it looked like her'
• EFTA02731479 (Wigdor to SDNY, July 2023): 'Leon Black paid 62.5 million to USVI — and this does not include payments of money to individual women — it's outrageous that criminal charges have not been brought against him. I've heard one lawyer represents ten women that he sexually assaulted'
• EFTA02731724 (Call notes, May 2024): Black's counsel Susan Estrich objected to JPMC claim payment. Judge Rakoff had victim notebooks forensically examined — 'written in gel pen and results were inconclusive as to date but no evidence found for recent fabrication'
• EFTA00027019 (Transaction ledger, Exhibit A): $167M+ in documented wires from Leon/Debra Black, Black Family Partners/Apollo, Narrow Holdings/Elysium, and BV70 LLC to Epstein's Southern Trust Company (2013-2017). Same ledger shows Benjamin Edmond de Rothschild wired $14.9M to Southern Trust on same date cluster

• EFTA01648951 (FBI victim summary, July 2025): Black 'raped her numerous times and sex trafficked her (including at Epstein's). Black threatened to destroy her life and stated he had connections with the police'. Epstein 'made jokes about Black's penis size'
• EFTA02731577 (Wigdor/SDNY call notes, Oct 2024): Black retained Brad Edwards as part of legal settlement — Edwards (victims' attorney) was involved in negotiating Jane Doe settlement for Black in 2022

• Stepped down as Apollo CEO/Chairman March 2021, MoMA Co-Chairman July 2021 (remains trustee). $62.5M USVI settlement (2023) includes criminal immunity in USVI. Senate Finance Committee (Wyden) demanded information on $158-170M payments
• EFTA01249586: Victim names Leon Black present during abuse events alongside Weinstein, Jay-Z, and William Barr
• BV70 LLC ($40.5M pipeline): Leon Black's yacht company at c/o Elysium Management, 445 Park Ave. Funneled $10M to Gratitude America + $22.5M + $8M to Plan D LLC. • EFTA02731737 (DANY/FBI memo, June 2023): Mary Small trafficking pipeline — victim introduced to Maxwell at 17, described as 'apprentice program'. Eddie Small drove victim from Virginia to NYC townhouse. 'JE introduced her to Black by name as Leon and told her she would give him a massage.' 'Black was very violent, tore her clothes off, bit her vagina, forced sex toys into her.' Victim 'needed medical attention, bleeding.' DANY also believes she was abused by Staley
• EFTA00164939 (FBI briefing): Two victim statements — (1) 'Epstein told her to give Black a massage while Black was naked'; another female 'gave Black a massage and he made her perform oral sex. Epstein made jokes about Black's penis size.' (2) 'Black raped her numerous times and sex trafficked her (including at Epstein's). Black threatened to destroy her life and stated he had connections with the police'
• EFTA00590667/01128746/01190807/01200840 (Aug-Oct 2015): Nardello & Co. conducted covert one-party-consent recordings of Black's meetings with women at Four Seasons, Le Bernardin, The Modern, King Cole Bar. Transcripts routed through Paul Weiss (Karp/Reisner) to Epstein, who asked for 'sureveillance? report also bill to date?' (EFTA02488776). Ganieva told Black in recording: 'I met with him [Epstein] and this girl told me these men need a few women a day'
• EFTA02470157 (Mar 3, 2016): Karp asked Paul Weiss to set up $2M escrow fund for 'Leon' — 'payments would be made monthly pursuant to a contract with an individual.' Request intermediated through Epstein. Paul Weiss declined; Epstein said 'I will pursue alternate'
• EFTA02620106/02620157 (Oct 22, 2018): Epstein asked Kathy Ruemmler 'how did the wigdor end up?' — she replied 'Resolved it for a price well below the client's walk away so they are thrilled.' Epstein was tracking Black-related legal matters through Ruemmler
• March 2026: Wigdor LLP filed anti-SLAPP suit citing Karp-Epstein emails about visa revocation and Nardello surveillance as evidence of 'decade-long campaign of intimidation.' Courts had already dismissed Black's RICO, defamation, and malicious prosecution claims against Wigdor
• EFTA02857849 (Aug 21, 2020): SDNY FBI 302 — Brazilian victim met BLACK at 'a big house,' saw him four times in 2004. Described physical details: tall, heavy, large stomach, gray hair, big nose, mole on face, nose operation causing heavy breathing during sex. BLACK's secretary arranged visits.
• EFTA01660638: FBI internal case briefing — (1) victim stated Epstein told her to give Black a massage while Black was naked, another female gave Black a massage and he made her perform oral sex, Epstein made jokes about Black's penis size; (2) victim stated Black raped her numerous times and sex trafficked her (including at Epstein's), Black threatened to destroy her life and stated he had connections with the police

• EFTA01927709/EFTA01922742 (May 2014): Ito-Epstein "slush fund" email thread names Leon Black as funding source. Ito: "The slush fund, if it's at MIT is easy... Will it be come coming from Leon Black? How much?" (May 2). Epstein: "we should set acct for ito slush" (May 2). Ito sent "Slush fund paperwork" with "Leon Black letter.docx" attachment (May 8, EFTA02365699). Ito confirmed receipt: "$500K came into my slush fund account. Thanks! Should I thank Leon Black?" Epstein: "Yes" (May 29)
• EFTA00022461 (SDNY prosecution memo): Victim directed by Epstein to massage Leon Black at NY residence (2011-2012). Black "began initiating sexual contact" — victim ran out. Epstein "laughed it off." A second woman was also directed to massage Black and "provided Black with oral sex during the massage." Corroborates FBI call notes (EFTA02731488) and Wigdor memo.
• EFTA00022461: SECOND victim independently corroborates — recalled "Epstein asking her to massage Leon Black and Jes Staley, both of whom engaged in sexual contact with her against her will." When she complained, Epstein "laughed and told her that it was up to her whether to engage in sex." This is now three independent victims describing sexual assault by Black.
• doe-v-jpmorgan Doc 181-att1: JPMorgan $290M settlement explicitly EXCLUDES Leon Black and Jes Staley from the release — preserving victims' right to sue both individually. After Epstein left JPM, JPMorgan bankers continued meeting Epstein on behalf of Leon Black's accounts (2014-2017).
• Senate Finance Committee (Jul 24, 2023): Investigating $158 million paid to Epstein for tax/estate planning. Epstein structured trusts to avoid gift/estate tax on $2 billion transferred to Black's children. Black "overpaid income from assets placed in a trust" to keep billions outside taxable estate. Epstein falsely told Black payments were tax deductible ("sixty cent dollars"). Black refused to answer Committee questions. Committee also investigating Private Placement Life Insurance (PPLI) tax shelters.
