French-American foreign-policy specialist, daughter of Robert Maxwell's lawyer Samuel Pisar. She worked in the Clinton administration (National Security Council and State Department) and later became president of the Aladdin Project, an organization countering Holocaust denial. In the EFTA corpus she appears mainly through a December 2002 to January 2003 email exchange with Ghislaine Maxwell: writing on behalf of the charity Seeds of Peace, she solicited a Victoria's Secret corporate sponsorship or fashion-show tickets for a January 2003 gala whose guest of honor was former President Clinton, Ghislaine Maxwell routed the request to Jeffrey Epstein ('I have actually given it to JE'), and by early January 2003 Leah Pisar was thanking her for Jeffrey Epstein's contribution. She is also listed in Jeffrey Epstein's black book, appears in a 2013 exchange in which Olivier Colom asked Epstein whether he knew her, and is referenced in a recurring forwarded note ('Had dinner with Lea Pisar last night').
