Governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands (2015-2019). Met with Jeffrey Epstein as a gubernatorial candidate at Southern Trust Company (STC) in Aug 2014, appointment arranged through Celestino White. Jeffrey Epstein and staff followed Mapp's political career. Referenced in news articles about Jeffrey Epstein's USVI connections alongside former Gov. John de Jongh. Mapp administration overlapped with Jeffrey Epstein's continued USVI operations.
