Juan Alessi served as Epstein's live-in house manager at 358 El Brillo Way, Palm Beach from approximately 1990 to December 2002. He was a key witness to Epstein's trafficking operation, personally picking up underage victims from school and maintaining a rolodex of masseuses. When he quit and warned Epstein that 'one of those girls is going to get you in trouble,' Epstein replied 'they only want money.' Alessi and his wife Maria both signed NDAs in January 2003, receiving $30,000 and $20,000 respectively.
