• EFTA00697259 (May 2017): IRS audit preparation, coached on setting up fake 'office' using purchased furniture: 'we just have to be sure to set up office using the furniture and fixtures that we purchased through the business.' Described gifts and the office visit as 'the 2 big issues.'
• EFTA00696541 (May 2017): Discussed $50K salary payments from Sublime [Arts] to Anastasiya Siroochenko, 'two separate payments... not sure why they wouldn't have been reported on the tax return.' Coordinated letters from 'LB accountant' (Leon Black?) to auditor.
• EFTA00707638 (Sep 2017): Forwarded Lviv bank statement showing 4 wires to Aquilamus GmbH (Magnus) totaling $300K from Ukrainian account. Jeffrey Epstein: 'i saw 200k to magnus, was there an additional 100k wire?'
• EFTA00877129 (Aug 2017): Documented $50K wire to Poland from Sublime bank account, 'at that time I wasn't able to wire from the Lviv account and I was asked to do it immediately.' Same-day reimbursement from Lviv to Sublime to cover it. Second payment of $78,500.
• EFTA00638044 (Aug 2017): 'We ended up having to file the 2015 taxes a bit late because Michael Stein could never get past the idea of this building in Lviv.' Anastasiya paid for building but title in mother's name, CPA Stein at Goldglit & Company insisted it was a gift.
• EFTA00654644 (Aug 2017): Coordinated strategy with Jeffrey Epstein for IRS agent meeting about Anastasiya, Jeffrey Epstein directed 'David be the only person in touch with the agent' and coached on limiting the agent's access: 'Ana english isnt perfect and it would be a shame to have a misunderstanding on the phone.'
