• EFTA00178147: Subpoenaed/served court notice in Palm Beach criminal case (CASE NO. 2006CF009454AMB) at 358 El Brillo Way
• EFTA01101060: Deposition testimony — contradicted Jean-Luc Brunel's claim about not staying with Epstein in West Palm Beach
• EFTA00176235: Montgomery County Maryland Health Department food service ID, alongside reference to Ghislaine Maxwell
• EFTA00337742: CC'd on Epstein's daily schedule emails alongside Merwin dela Cruz (Oct 2015)
• EFTA02857524 (May 1, 2007): Operation Leap Year prosecution memo — Banasiak withdrew $1,500 at a time from Commerce Bank. Records showed 'simply a girl's name and a round dollar amount — usually $200.' When Epstein out of town, assistant 'would call Banasiak to say that a girl was coming to the house and Banasiak should give the girl $200 in an envelope.'
• EFTA02858461: Investigative notes — Banasiak interview: Applied through Brooklyn employment agency, interviewed by GM (Maxwell) then JE. Started at $65,000/year. Identified his handwriting on message pads Feb-Sep 2005 with names including 'chella,' 'larry newman,' 'George dawson,' 'dr gerekie,' 'jeff staley,' 'message tony.' Admitted: 'When he would arrive with the girls I would try to give them space or privacy.'
• EFTA02770202 (2011): Epstein's house manager. Testified (Feb 16, 2010) that Maxwell was involved in managing Epstein's affairs and companies. Testified (pp. 154-160, 172-175) that Brunel was actually staying with Epstein in West Palm Beach when Brunel's attorney claimed he had left the country
