• EFTA00008631: Recruited 17-year-old English girl in London — presented her to Epstein with 'resume of her attributes' ('she's so pretty, she's so strong'), told victim 'he needs a massage every day or I get in trouble.' Epstein grabbed victim's hand to his penis.
• EFTA00008631: School-girl outfit at Palm Beach — 'I thought it would be adorable if you gave Jeffrey his tea in this.' When victim objected: 'don't be so frigid.' After Epstein assaulted victim: 'I heard you did well.'
• EFTA00008631: Asked victim to recruit — 'do you know anyone who can give him a blow job today; I don't feel like it?' + 'they have to look young at least.' Victim refused: 'didn't want anyone else to go through that.'

Refused to answer all substantive questions about recruitment, grooming, and trafficking. Attorney David Oscar Marcus stated she would speak honestly only if granted clemency by President Trump.
• EFTA02857524 (May 1, 2007): Operation Leap Year prosecution memo — 'Banasiak was directed to give money by Ghislaine Maxwell. Maxwell is the daughter of the late Robert Maxwell. Maxwell is credited with bringing Epstein into high society...Maxwell also has been implicated in another act of molesting a young girl.'

• Air Ghislaine Inc.: JPMorgan business checking account with Maxwell as president. On June 18, 2007, $7.4M transferred in, then immediately wired $7,352,825 to Sikorsky Aircraft for a S76C helicopter. Pilot Visoski testified the helicopter "was not for her" — entity used as Epstein financial conduit (us-v-maxwell Doc 751, GX-501/506)
• Sentenced to 240 months (20 years) by Judge Nathan, July 2022. Government sought 30-55 years. Judge found she "instructed 14-year-old Jane on how to massage Epstein including how to touch his penis" and "would herself touch Jane's breasts" (us-v-maxwell Doc 737)
• EFTA00022461: Alessi confirmed Maxwell drove to Mar-a-Lago, spotted a victim, got out and spoke with her for 20-25 minutes. The victim returned "just about every day" and began bringing other girls. Maxwell told an employee: "if she found a pretty girl, she should get the girl's number so that the girl can massage Epstein." Maxwell laughed at a Brunel message about "having a teenage girl for Epstein to meet."
• Maxwell trial: Epstein paid Maxwell 0.7 million total — 8.3M (1999) + M (2002) + .4M (2007). Prosecutor asked: "What was Maxwell doing for Epstein that was worth more than 0 million?"
• Giuffre v. Maxwell Doc 730: Maxwell's own lawyers revealed in Rule 404(b) motion that Rinaldo Rizzo (former Dubin employee) would testify he saw Maxwell "trying to force a 15-year-old Swedish girl to have sex with Epstein." Maxwell fought hard to exclude his testimony.
• EFTA02842971 (Doc 809, Aug 2025): Judge Engelmayer denied DOJ motion to unseal Maxwell grand jury transcripts. Found materials contain "next to nothing new" — grand juries met for single days, heard only hearsay summaries, and produced nothing beyond what was already public from Maxwell's trial.
• EFTA02842934 (Doc 804, Aug 2025): Victim attorney McCawley alleged Maxwell is "attempting to escape justice by negotiating for herself a potential pardon."
