• EFTA00451797 (May 2017): Apartment list labels 11J as 'Ehud-One Bedroom' in Jeffrey Epstein's building at 301 E 66th St. Lesley Groff: 'I will need to coordinate with Ehud...they have an alarm system and we must tell his security detail.' Nili Priell managed apartment access.
• EFTA00389646 (Jun 2013): Jes Staley's assistant Rosa da Silva coordinated Staley's dinner with 'Jeffrey and Ehud Barak' at Jeffrey Epstein's residence.

• EFTA00638786 (Sep 2016): Jeffrey Epstein introduced Deepak Chopra to Barak: "hes very amusing and a good guy filled with troves of stories... he is the guru to hollywood." Barak replied that he had not found Chopra but "Probably we could meet him some day at your place"
• EFTA01743955 (Sep 2016): Jeffrey Epstein described Ito and Barak to Chopra as "one of the family" and sent them notes to connect in Aspen
• EFTA00528712 (Jan 25, 2014): Jeffrey Epstein's Basecamp calendar system ('JE angels') records meeting labeled 'Ehud' at 4:00 PM at Palm Beach. Next day: departure with Tampa stop to 'drop off the guest' at Landmark Aviation (EFTA00528718)
• EFTA01404004 (Mar 16, 2015): Southern Trust wired $1,000,000 to Bank Leumi LeIsrael, Branch 771, Shaul Hamelech, Tel Aviv, beneficiary ERGO Ltd., reference "Reporty Investment" - directly funding the Epstein-Barak Carbyne surveillance company. Three copies exist (EFTA01360536, EFTA01360528). Authorized by Darren Indyke.
• EFTA02350723 / EFTA02657336 (Mar 2017): Nili Priell Barak emailed Jeffrey Epstein with Bank Leumi Branch 666 details for Achrayut Leumit ("National Responsibility"), Barak's political entity. Jeffrey Epstein replied: "name on the account? I was going to wait until i saw ehud in paris." Kahn wired $40,000 via HBRK Associates (EFTA01297175).
• EFTA01416824 (Mar 18, 2019): Deutsche Bank relationship manager Stewart Oldfield wrote reference letter to Bank Leumi Le Israel for Southern Trust Company, three months after DB decided to terminate Jeffrey Epstein as a client. Indyke requested: "Great if you can provide me with that letter today addressed to Bank Leumi" (EFTA01383623).
• EFTA02811664 (Apr 2023): Jes Staley sworn interrogatory, lists Ehud Barak as a client/potential client Jeffrey Epstein referred to JPMorgan (USVI v. JPMorgan)
• Giuffre v. Dershowitz Doc 112 (Memorandum of Law in Opposition to Motion, filed Jan 24, 2020): Dershowitz's own attorneys list Ehud Barak among people Giuffre "claims had sex with her," alongside George Mitchell, Leslie Wexner, Bill Richardson, Marvin Minsky and Prince Andrew (giuffre-v-dershowitz/0112-112, courtlistener). NOTE: a prior version of this finding also cited Docs 90 and 118, and asserted a specific court order (numbered in the 1000s) identified Barak with high confidence as one of three redacted names on a trafficking list, attributing a specific denial-of-knowledge line to a Giuffre deposition. None of that is locatable in the local corpus - Docs 90 and 118 do not mention Barak, and no matching order or deposition passage was found by full-text search. Removed as unsupported (#794, 2026-09-27).
• EFTA02213078 / EFTA02213080 / EFTA02213118 (May 2017): Nili Priell Barak emailed Jeffrey Epstein confirming NYC stay dates, arriving May 8, departing May 15, returning May 19–24. Jeffrey Epstein's staff arranged apartment cleaning on Mondays and Thursdays. Lesley Groff instructed cleaning team to 'pop in to their apt prior to their arrival to make sure all is good.'
• EFTA02213016 (May 19, 2017): Barak listed on Jeffrey Epstein's official daily schedule at 4:00pm, same day as Leon Black breakfast, Kathy Ruemmler/Brad Karp 5:30pm meeting, Paul Barrett (JPMorgan MD) 5:00pm, Hardeep Singh Puri 10:30am. Schedule emailed by Groff to jeevacation@gmail.com.
• EFTA00326339 / EFTA00588982 / EFTA00599472 (Apr-Jul 2016): Barak brokered a second Epstein defense-tech investment that mirrored the Reporty/Carbyne deal. He pitched Levitection Ltd., an Israeli advanced-radar and electronic-warfare firm (founders Dr. Gideon Levita and Raviv Levita), telling Jeffrey Epstein they were 'leading experts on advanced radars' with 'sci-fi like achievements in military products' and proposing 'a similar arrangement to the one we had in Reporty' (EFTA00326339, Apr 2016). The June and July 2016 term sheets (EFTA00588982, EFTA00599472) name the investor as 'an entity under the control of Mr. Ehud Barak' and set a US$1,700,000 investment (US$1,020,000 initial plus US$680,000 deferred) across two tranches at US$2.19 per share, pre-money valuation US$2,715,584. Note that these Levitection terms are frequently and wrongly quoted as Reporty's: Indyke's own summary puts the Reporty deal at 'a $1.5MM investment total for not less than 25% of a Company with a pre-money valuation of $4.5MM' with an 8% compounded liquidation preference (EFTA00822267).
• DDoSecrets Barak email archive (Sent folder, Jan 4, 2015): Barak's contemporaneous written denial of the Virginia Roberts (Giuffre) trafficking allegation. Daily Mirror Investigations Editor Nick Sommerlad emailed asking about 'allegations made by Virginia Roberts that she was ordered by Jeffrey Epstein to have sex with you when she was 17 years old.' Barak replied: 'Not in the year 2001, not in the 10 years preceding the year 2001 and not in the 10 years following the year 2001 did I visit the Caribbean Island of Little St. James. Additionally, the scandalous allegations you cite are entirely groundless. I do not know Ms. Virginia Roberts and I did not have any sexual relations with her. I do know Mr. Jeffery Epstein... I was never aware that Mr. Epstein... was paying underage girls for sex.' He threatened to 'instruct my London attorneys to sue' if the Mirror published. • DDoSecrets Barak email archive (Nov-Dec 2013): direct evidence of a paid personal arrangement between Jeffrey Epstein and Barak, separate from the Reporty/Carbyne equity. Epstein (Nov 24, 2013): 'I propose that we continue our present arrangement as agreed untl march, for the total of 5. After, it should be reduced to 2 million per year plus either a fixed per cent of profits or a sliding scale that we can agree on.' Epstein (Dec 20, 2013): 'after this quarter which will conclude our first agreement. I suggest we change the arrangement to a retainer with a percentage of profits.' Epstein (Nov 21, 2013, subject 'Rothschild'): 'if Ehud wants to make serious money, he will have to build a relationship with me. take time so that we can truly understand one another.' Barak's only reply: 'Who said it?' Epstein also pressed Barak to monetize his security credentials "consider you michael hayden , and keith alexander" (former NSA/CIA directors). • DDoSecrets Barak email archive (2013-2015): Jeffrey Epstein acted as a back-channel between Barak and the Kremlin. Epstein (May 9, 2013): 'I think you should let Putin know you will be in Moscow. See if he wants private time'; Barak replied 'jeff pl don't share the info with any of our friends. best.EB.' Epstein (May 22, 2013): 'Putin asked that i meet him in st petersburg the same time as his economic conference I told him no, . If he wants to meet he will need to set aside real time and privacy.' On Apr 23, 2015 Epstein emailed Barak jointly with Sergei Belyakov (sergey.belyakov@forumspb.com, Russia's former deputy minister of economic development, via the St Petersburg International Economic Forum): 'sergey - ehud ehud sergey', and separately urged Barak to tell Belyakov 'that you think Putin and his advisors would benefit from spending some time with Jeffrey to discuss markets, currency and the financial system in the new world of zero interest rates, and that I am not political.' • DDoSecrets Barak email archive (2013-2014): Jeffrey Epstein systematically brokered Barak into elite finance and Gulf business circles. Leon Black (Oct 25, 2014): Epstein relayed 'leon black said you should forward all the oil co info to him so his people can review.' Peter Thiel (May 21, 2014): Epstein urged Barak to 'spend real time with peter thiel'; Barak agreed, 'Re Peter you are right.' Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, chairman of Dubai's DP World (Jun 2013): Epstein wrote 'my friend sultan bin sulaiman is in st pete, I tnk you should meet. he is the right hand of maktoum'; when bin Sulayem later asked Epstein to 'arrange for me to meet Ehud' (Jun 2015), Barak replied 'Yes, of course. Give him my phone no. and contact info. And we will meet. I owe him. Last time he paid for my coffee and starters.' • Named on a JEGE, LLC passenger manifest flying with Jeffrey Epstein from West Palm Beach to Tampa on 26 January 2014 (N212JE), recorded with a companion listed as 'Mrs Barak', a two-person security detail and Steve Hansen. • EFTA00832976 / EFTA02470755 (28 Feb 2016): in the same message where Jeffrey Epstein told Peter Thiel 'as you probably know I represent the Rothschilds', he closed by asking Thiel 'did you get any feedback on the valor guys view of ehud baraks co.?', pitching Barak's company to Thiel's own Valar Ventures. The Rothschild bank approach and the Barak vehicle were being worked in one conversation, on one day, with one counterparty
