Seized computers including Macs and iPhones. FBI in Bahamas involved. Bruce Lyon (Epstein attorney) kept calling Copperfield prosecutor — 'Pretty weird for a lawyer for a witness'
• EFTA00223748: Villafana found FedEx package sent by Epstein to 'John Melk/Musha Cay' — Melk had sued Copperfield (2:04-cv-00059-KJD-LRL, Las Vegas). Prosecutors noted 'somewhat shady business connection' between Epstein and Copperfield
• EFTA00179797: Cross-jurisdiction prosecutor collaboration (Sept 2008) — Roe confirmed victims 'ALL flew through Ft Lauderdale' to Bahamas; Villafana offered to help if South Florida jurisdiction applied. Roe was meeting with Bruce Lyons to immunize a witness/co-conspirator
• EFTA02770202 (2011): Rodriguez testified Copperfield was a guest at Epstein's house on several occasions. Name appears frequently in message pads. One of Epstein's sexual assault victims alleged Copperfield touched her improperly at Epstein's house

• Giuffre v. Maxwell Doc 55-att17: Sarah Kellen took the Fifth when asked "Did A.H. ever tell you that David Copperfield tried to feel her butt during dinner?" Alessi testified Copperfield "would go to the house and have dinner" and "stay for the day." Kellen, Mucinska, and Marcinkova all invoked Fifth when questioned about Copperfield, Kevin Spacey, and Les Wexner.
