Real estate developer who pitched a synagogue investment to Epstein. On the prison mail list (EFTA00306074) during Epstein's 2008-09 incarceration. Sent Epstein a real estate report for 555 West End Avenue ('The Beis') describing a synagogue/investment opportunity (EFTA00717315, Mar 2014). Noted Epstein's 'Israel chalkboard in the dining room' and appealed to shared Jewish cultural background. Had scheduled meetings with Epstein alongside Steve Cantor and Archana Pinnapureddy (EFTA00635488, EFTA00388540). Also connected through James Meiskin, who sought to reschedule 'the meeting with Dr. Rosenberg and David Carter' for a 'biotech opportunity' and separately offered to 'bring a few stunning girls to bring over drinks' (EFTA00366629). 353 documents (many false positives from other Rosenbergs).
