• Described as "down island" - local USVI contact
• EFTA01777077, Jeffrey Epstein instructing staff on the St. Thomas hangars: "Before we do.. however PLEASE call cleo Hodge, and see the status of the larger" hangar, in a message that also tells Gary to "expoxy floor" and reorganise the doors.
• EFTA01859801 (27 August 2011), Jeffrey Epstein with Cecile de Jongh copied: "i think before we beign we should ask cleo hodge to switch with us", adding that he cannot afford his. This is the source for both the rent complaint and the de Jongh coordination finding.
• EFTA01852493, a site survey of the airport: "the three trailers are located (Cleo Hodge, Execujet and one other)", which is the basis for the adjacent-hangar claim. EFTA01783086 (2016): "The Wings are apparently in Cleo Hodge's hanger."
