Cecile de Jongh was the wife of USVI Governor John de Jongh Jr. and worked as Epstein's office manager from April 2000, earning up to $236,000 annually including her children's college tuition payments. FBI documents show she was under active federal investigation for money laundering facilitation (Case 272L-SJ-3775806), and JPMorgan Chase described her as 'Epstein's local fixer for two decades' who arranged student visas for Epstein's associates, advised him on which officials to pay off, and certified false residency documents while he was incarcerated.
