Catherine B. Reynolds, philanthropist and founder of the Catherine B. Reynolds Foundation (1676 International Drive, McLean VA 22102) and EduCap/Loan2Learn student loan company. FedEx records show at least 15 packages from Jeffrey Epstein (457 Madison Ave / J Jeffrey Epstein & Co Inc) to Reynolds at two addresses: the Reynolds Foundation in McLean VA, and the Academy of Achievement (1222 16th St NW, Washington DC, run by her husband Wayne Reynolds). Packages span 2000-2004 and include FedEx Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, and 2Day shipments. An email to Jeffrey Epstein mentions 'Cathy Reynolds has a start up venture with a guy named Mike Saylor... They are doing identity and authentication... they are fond of you and are likely to reach out,' and in the same email references 'taking Joi and Reid to the island.' Another email (Aug 2009) mentions 'Loan2Learn and the Reynolds' having tough years. Two 2014 emails place 'the Reynolds' in Jeffrey Epstein's active social circle: one (Apr 2014) says 'missed seeing you, boris, joi, bamaby, the reynolds'; another (Jul 2014) says 'going to NYAS mtgs... The Reynolds will also be there' and asks about seeing Jeffrey Epstein.
