• EFTA02770202 (2011): Rodriguez testified Dershowitz stayed at Epstein's house during years of daily abuse of minors and was present when underage girls were there (Rodriguez deposition at 278-280, 385, 426-427)
• EFTA02770202: Dershowitz reportedly assisted in persuading Palm Beach State Attorney that underage victims lacked credibility — while he himself was eyewitness to their presence at the house
• EFTA02770202: Epstein donated $30M to Dershowitz's university. Epstein took the Fifth rather than answer "Have you ever socialized with Alan Dershowitz in the presence of females under the age of 18?" (deposition Mar 17, 2010, at p.90)
• Named in government filing as one who made "efforts" on Epstein's behalf to secure a favorable plea arrangement/NPA — alongside Clinton, Prince Andrew, Dershowitz, Starr, Sanchez, Lefkowitz, and Roy Black (doe-v-us-npa, Doc 205-att4)

We all suspect Alan is a pedo and tho no proof of that, you probably met him when he was hanging with JE." Victim's memoir mentioned Dershowitz but did not claim sex acts with him — those claims came in 2014, years after Churcher email.
• OPR Report: Led June 26, 2007 "listening session" at USAO Miami; case agent was uncomfortable that defense was seeking information about investigation. In March 2009, met AUSA Sloman for "a relaxed drink" and extracted assurance the USAO would not interfere with Epstein's work release.
