Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al-Thani (HBJ), former Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Qatar (2007-2013) and longtime head of the Qatar Investment Authority. Jeffrey Epstein's emails using HBJ's full name document a real relationship: a 'Sale of KBL' relayed to Julius Baer CEO Boris Collardi (EFTA01048157), concierge medical access arranged via Bruce Moscowitz (EFTA01613843), and Epstein vouching for him to Andrew Farkas as a 'tough deal maker, a good guy' who owned the house across the street from Epstein's townhouse (EFTA00859450). Epstein's calendars separately show a recurring contact 'Jabor Y.' (New York visits, townhouse appointments, the Caribbean at Christmas) from at least 2013 through late 2018 (EFTA00383501). This calendar contact is identified as HBJ from the shared name and the concurrent documented HBJ relationship; no single document explicitly equates 'Jabor Y.' with 'Hamad bin Jassim,' so the identification is an inference and the very high raw doc_count is driven by the frequent calendar token. Appeared on Epstein's call lists alongside Ehud Barak and Boris Nikolic, and among 'People to See in Paris' for January 2019.
