9 documents name it
From "Summary of Charitable Giving 2011" (EFTA00284556), a single sheet listing 61 payments totalling $789,775 in five printed categories. Every category subtotal and the grand total reconcile exactly against the transcription, which is why it is published. The sheet does not name its payer; the companion inception-to-date summary (EFTA01092076) splits USVI giving between the Jeffrey Epstein VI Foundation and Financial Trust Company. This is a different payer from the C.O.U.Q. Foundation and does not overlap those totals.

All 9. This is an exact-phrase count over the scanned text, so it undercounts: the scanning breaks words across line ends, and a document that spells the name differently is not matched. Search the corpus for it.
