One of the charitable vehicles on the USVI Exhibit A list attached to eight bank subpoenas. It surfaces in the corpus mainly as a bank account under discussion in internal correspondence, account N4G024950. No return for it has been found, so nothing is known about what it gave.
The exact name was not found in the scanned text. That is not the same as absence: the scanning breaks words across line ends and misreads characters, and a document can be about an organization without spelling its name the way we searched for it.
