Andrew Farkas's marina group, and the counterparty on the one marina Jeffrey Epstein actually held an interest in. He bought a 50% membership interest in American Yacht Harbor, Red Hook, St. Thomas in May 2007 through a partnership with IGY, and the estate's sworn inventory records that stake in IGY-AYH St. Thomas Holdings, LLC, naming ISLAND GLOBAL YACHTING FACILITIES LTD as a non-registered member entity. A February 2014 settlement between Jeffrey Epstein, Andrew Farkas, IGYF and IGY-AYH resolved a dispute over purchase price and management fees; Deutsche Bank's payment schedule records the resulting $292,655 as paid by Island Global Yachting LTD on 16 May 2014. The 2007 acquisition inventory that Farkas sent him, and that he forwarded in 2013 as 'what we own', is the source of the thirteen further marinas shown as a separate portfolio on the locations map, several of them only 'in contract'.
Being on that inventory is not ownership. It was IGY's acquisition list, sent to Jeffrey Epstein as an investor, and the only marina the estate inventory records him holding is American Yacht Harbor.
Being named in these records is not by itself an allegation about anyone listed.
