Andrew Farkas's merchant bank, and the firm that structured Jeffrey Epstein's stake in American Yacht Harbour. In May 2007 Seth A. Cohen, writing from Island Capital Group LLC at 717 Fifth Avenue, 18th Floor, negotiated the AYH LLC agreement and management agreement with Darren Indyke. Indyke's questions on that draft are about control and about berths: whether "JEE" could have the exclusive right to name, remove and replace the manager if he came to own more than 50%, and whether a slip could take a 74-foot barge with water and electricity billed at cost "for this slip and for all of JEE's other slips at AYH", noting the boats would likely be owned by another entity solely owned by him. Cohen's covering note records a decrease in the equity number after a post-closing true-up with Sun Resorts, the marina's previous owner.

One document here may not be this company. An invoice of 1 August 2016 bills flight hours from East 34th Street to Bard College and back, with Jeffrey Epstein and Karyna Shuliak as passengers, under the name Island Capital Group LLC at 300 N. Main Street, Suite 402, Greenville, South Carolina. Whether that is an aviation arm of this firm or a different company sharing the name is not resolved, and this record does not assert either. Note the trap: the AYH wire instructions in the 2007 thread name a Greenville bank, so a Greenville address in these documents can be the bank's rather than a company's.
