The entity Jeffrey Epstein was recorded as working at during work release, and the Department of Justice's Office of Professional Responsibility called that arrangement a fraud. Its Articles of Incorporation are in the files. It was created on 1 November 2007 by his own lawyer, Darren K. Indyke, eight months before the June 2008 plea and eleven before he began spending days at 250 Australian Avenue, and Indyke is the man the work-release paperwork later names as his supervisor there. Jeffrey Epstein told the court he had been its president for fifteen years.
It is NOT the C.O.U.Q. Foundation under another name, whatever a 2008 court filing calls it. The two are separate corporations: this one is a domestic Florida not-for-profit, charter N07000010684, incorporated 1 November 2007, at Suite 1400; the C.O.U.Q. Foundation is a Delaware corporation that qualified in Florida as a foreign non-profit on 9 July 2008, charter F08000003048, at Suite 1404. No fictitious-name registration linking the two is in the record, and C.O.U.Q.'s own business-registration section reads None Found. Whether one was the other's alter ego in substance is a question the registry cannot settle, and this page does not settle it either. Nothing has been read about what the corporation actually did, if anything.

| Where | 250 Australian Avenue, Suite 1400, West Palm Beach, Florida. Registered agent C T Corporation System, whose acceptance is signed by Hillary England. The building is the one that also holds the C.O.U.Q. Foundation at Suite 1404 and, unrelatedly, the Koni Foundation at Suite 1402. |
| What its purposes clause allows | Article THIRD: financial support through grants to section 501(c)(3) organizations 'including those involved with the fields of science and research', and 'programs to award scholarship and research grants to qualified individuals on an objective and non-discriminatory basis'. That second instrument is the same one the C.O.U.Q. Foundation used to pay academics. |
| Its one recorded officer | Darren K. Indyke, per the Accurint Comprehensive Business Report of 9 December 2008 at EFTA00224262 page 19, which gives the charter as N07000010684 and the incorporation date as 11/01/2007. |
Being named in these records is not by itself an allegation about anyone listed.
