Richard Axel (Nobel Prize 2004) was one of Epstein's closest academic contacts with 917 corpus documents. Regular dinners with Epstein and Woody Allen. Axel helped get an associate's child (Alice de Rothschild) admitted to Columbia. Letty Moss-Salentijn (Vice Dean, Dental Medicine) facilitated irregular admissions. Brian Greene co-founded the World Science Festival which Epstein attended. Axel resigned as co-director of Zuckerman Institute (Feb 2026).
