FBI call notes from May 2023 document a third victim who came forward via attorney Jeanne Christensen (Wigdor LLP). Key details from EFTA02731488:
This is the third independent victim to describe identical violent behavior by Leon Black, corroborating the forensically verified diary entries and the 2021 Wigdor memo. Unlike the previous victims, this victim has contemporaneous medical records documenting the assault.
The David Rodgers (Epstein pilot) deposition reveals Henry Jarecki was a passenger on two consecutive flights with underage Virginia Roberts (now Virginia Giuffre) in March 2001:
This places Jarecki at Zorro Ranch simultaneously with an underage trafficking victim. The court filing (Case 18-2868, McCawley Declaration) explicitly notes these flights occurred "while underage" in reference to Virginia Roberts. Jarecki was present for the entire duration — flying in with Roberts and flying out two days later with both Roberts and Prince Andrew.
Pilot Larry Visoski confirmed in his deposition (EFTA00159483) that he recognized Jarecki: "I know the name. He may have been on the airplane once or twice."
Critical context: The same Jarecki who flew with Virginia Roberts in 2001 was later sued in 2024 by "Jane Doe 11" — another Epstein victim — who alleged Jarecki "repeatedly raped" her after Epstein sent her to Jarecki for psychiatric "treatment." The lawsuit alleged Jarecki was Epstein's "go-to doctor" for his sexual abuse victims.
An internal FBI New York Violent Crime Threat email chain from July 24, 2025 (EFTA01648951) contains compiled victim statement summaries against named individuals. An ASAC requested summaries be built into a spreadsheet of derogatory information (EFTA01648955).
The FBI ASAC's task list characterizes the Barr entry as: "William Barr, for being present when a girl was raped."

Steve Scully, an IT/telecommunications contractor, was interviewed by the FBI on August 9, 2019 — the day before Epstein's death (EFTA00090602). He worked on Epstein's Little St. James island from approximately 1999-2005/2006, visiting roughly 100 times.
In a separate inquiry (EFTA00147046, Feb 2020), The Sun reporter James Beal told the FBI that Scully witnessed "Prince Andrew groping and kissing" a young woman on island loungers between 2001-2004. Scully said he was willing to testify but was "never specifically asked" about Prince Andrew. FBI response: "No comment is the perfect answer."
Multiple primary sources confirm Victoria's Secret was systematically used as a recruitment lure for victims. Les Wexner, who owned VS parent company L Brands, granted Epstein power of attorney over his entire financial affairs.
Victim testimony (sworn statement):
'I was a model in another country when I came to the United States. I was told by a booker that I needed to meet with a man named Jeffrey Epstein, who was the owner of Victoria's Secret. The booker told me that Mr. Epstein could help me get into Victoria Secret's world. It was my childhood dream to be a Victoria's Secret model. So I went one day in the afternoon and I met Mr. Epstein in his office in his mansion in New York. A woman introduced herself and suggested to me that I should be extremely nice to Mr. Epstein.'
Civil complaint: 'Epstein offered her a position modeling with Victoria's Secret, a lingerie retailer. He explained that he was friends with Les Wexner, the chief executive of Victoria's Secret's parent company. Epstein reiterated his connection to Victoria's Secret each time he saw and spoke with Jane Doe.' — EFTA00023292
FBI/NYPD Child Exploitation Task Force requested Victoria's Secret records in Feb 2021, but the company had 'recently switched their systems and only can access records dating back approximately 2 years' — EFTA00021353.
Physical evidence: A citizen photo submitted to FBI shows Epstein with an apparently underage girl carrying a Victoria's Secret bag on June 7, 2019 — one month before arrest — EFTA00016800.
Wexner connection: Les Wexner was Epstein's 'sole client' at J. Epstein and Company. He granted Epstein power of attorney over his affairs. Epstein 'was again accused of misappropriating funds — more than 46 million dollars. These large sums are believed to be the seed money Mr. Epstein used to establish his considerable fortune.' — Multiple FBI profiling documents (EFTA00139235).
On March 14, 2011, the FBI Legal Attaché in Sydney sent a formal request to the Australian Federal Police notifying them that two FBI Miami agents would fly to Australia to interview a victim residing in Glenning Valley, New South Wales (EFTA00005711).
The victim was Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who had been hiding in Australia from Epstein and Maxwell for several years. The CACU (Crimes Against Children Unit) authorized the travel (EFTA00005707). A Confidential Human Source from Jacksonville had located her and provided her email address and 8 photographs (EFTA00005705).
The FBI’s request letter states:
"…indicated EPSTEIN had instructed her to have sex with numerous associates in both the United States and overseas. [She] identified several subjects by name and indicated she had records to support her allegations."
The actual FBI FD-302 interview report (EFTA00210958, 12 pages) reveals:
The next day, agents traveled to her residence and collected 20 photographs, her massage certification, and her passport (EFTA00005714).
A telephone interview three weeks later (EFTA00020703) revealed:
In her 2015 sworn declaration (EFTA00020729), Giuffre stated: “The agents seemed like they were being blocked from doing what they wanted to do” and “someone else stepped in and blocked them from getting charges filed.” She believed prosecutors “possess videotapes and photographic images of me as an underage girl having sex with Epstein and some of his powerful friends.”
In the June 18, 2019 SDNY grand jury proceeding (Case 2018R01618), FBI Special Agent testimony revealed the industrial scale of Epstein’s recruitment operation (EFTA00008529).
A single recruiter — herself a minor victim — told investigators:
"She estimated approximately 20 to 50 girls."
When asked about the ages of the girls she brought to Epstein:
"She estimated around approximately 13, 14-year olds to 17-year olds. They were mostly underage girls that she brought. She did bring a couple that were 18."
A separate witness confirmed Epstein’s explicit age preference:
"Epstein told her, quote, ‘the younger the better.’ And that she also said, quote, ‘he likes the girls that are between the ages of 18 and 20.’"
The recruiter told victims they would receive 00 for massaging him. She worked with another girl her age in a recruitment partnership. The grand jury was shown the victim’s senior year school planner from October 2004, where she had written "Jeffrey" on multiple dates — she was 17 years old.
The seized phone message pads at the Palm Beach residence contained entries like "She has a female for Mr. JE" and "Has girl for tonight" — documenting routine scheduling of victims through a receptionist system.
The March 29, 2021 grand jury proceeding for Ghislaine Maxwell’s superseding indictment revealed one of the most calculated grooming operations in the case (EFTA00008744).
The victim was "13 going on 14" in the summer of 1994 when she attended the Interlochen Center for the Arts summer program in Michigan as an opera singer. Epstein had established himself as a donor to the school and had "donated a lodge to the camp in the summer of 1994" — the same summer he began grooming this victim.
"She said that she was sitting at a picnic table with friends when Epstein and Maxwell walked by. They stopped to talk to her, engaged her in conversation, asked her if she liked her classes; her teachers. During that conversation she found out that she was also from Palm Beach and that he said he gives scholarships to students."
After exchanging contact information, the grooming escalated. Maxwell gave the victim a "school-girl outfit" to wear, which Maxwell described as something she “thought would be adorable.” The victim received gifts including "Massage for Dummies" (a book later found in Epstein’s Palm Beach residence) and Victoria’s Secret lingerie. Before sending the lingerie, Maxwell asked the victim for her address and her bra size.
Epstein’s pilot David Rodgers confirmed picking the victim up and remembered her traveling on the private jet in the 1990s.
This case demonstrates premeditated institutional infiltration: Epstein donated 0,000+ to position himself at a children’s arts camp, then used his donor status and Maxwell as a lure to recruit a 13-year-old singer.
At Ghislaine Maxwell's criminal trial (EFTA00068582), Minor Victim-2 gave detailed testimony about her recruitment at Interlochen Arts Camp in the summer of 1994. She had just finished 7th grade (~13 years old). Her family was in crisis — her father had died in October 1993, they lost their house and were homeless, living in a pool house in a friend's backyard in Palm Beach.
Her oldest sister's family pooled money to send her and her brothers to Interlochen. She was sitting on a park bench or picnic bench with friends, eating ice cream, when Maxwell approached with a cute little Yorkie. The children asked to pet the dog. When her friends left for class, Epstein joined Maxwell:
"He was very interested to know what I thought about the camp, what my favorite classes were, what my least favorite classes, teachers... They said they were big benefactors of this camp; and that they went there every summer; and that they gave different kids scholarships."
She told them her father had just died. Epstein responded: "I think we know your mom. It's kind of a smaller town. We definitely know her." He placed a newspaper on the picnic table and asked for her mother's phone number. She gave the family landline.
Back in Palm Beach, Epstein sent a chauffeur to bring her to his mansion for "tea." She began visiting once every week or two, always alone. She observed four women and Maxwell, all topless, some naked at the pool. He gave her cash — "It's for your mother. I know she's having a hard time" — at almost every visit. He paid for voice lessons, clothes, "things for school." He name-dropped Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Mike Wallace and put people on speakerphone. He told her: "I know all the agents. I know all the photographers. I know the owner of Victoria's Secret. So I can make things happen, but you just have to be ready for it."
Maxwell took her shopping at Victoria's Secret, buying "white cotton briefs — like the very sort of basic-looking ones that you would wear when you're younger."
Maxwell told her: "Once you fuck them, you can always fuck them again because they're grandfathered in." The victim didn't understand the word "grandfathered."
After Epstein's "I can make things happen" speech, he took her hand: "Follow me." In the pool house: "He just pulled his pants down. He was wearing sweatpants. And he pulled me on top of himself and he proceeded to masturbate on me. I was frozen in fear. I'd never seen a penis before."
Shortly after, Epstein and Maxwell took the 14-year-old upstairs to the bedroom. "They moved me over to the bed and took their clothes off and started to like sort of, like, fondle each other" — "showing me, you know, what he likes, what men like, what women like, sort of touching on breasts and touching his penis." Maxwell's demeanor was "very casual, like it was very normal, like it was not a big deal." These sessions occurred "almost every visit" — every two weeks.
Pilot Larry Visoski confirmed "Epstein went to Interlochen almost every summer in the 1990s" and had his own cabin on campus. Recalled one female passenger who was a singer with "striking blue eyes" and "large breasts." Confirmed Itzhak Perlman flew on some Interlochen flights. FBI interview of victim's brother (EFTA00158608) confirmed Epstein was a "godfather figure" and Maxwell told the victim's minor brother she would "teach your brother a thing or two."
The victim received $5 million from the Epstein victim compensation fund ($2.9M after legal fees). She first spoke to FBI in May 2019.
In the original Maxwell indictment grand jury (EFTA00008631, SDNY, June 29, 2020), an FBI special agent from the Violent Crimes Against Children squad testified about a 16-year-old victim (Indictment Victim 2) who was lured to Epstein's Zorro Ranch in New Mexico in the spring of 1996.
The victim lived in Arizona with her mother. Her older sister already worked for Epstein in New York and told her Epstein could "help her with college." In January 1996, she flew commercially to NYC and met Epstein at his townhouse. At the movies, Epstein sat between the victim and her sister, put his hand on her leg, rubbed her arm, and held her hand. She didn't tell her sister because "she knew her sister really liked Epstein and that Epstein could help them."
Epstein then invited her to Zorro Ranch, promising there would be "other students her age." When she arrived:
"It was just them... Was it just the three of them the entire weekend of the visit? Yes. Were there any other school kids there? No."
Maxwell described as "very charming" — gave her a tour, took her shopping, talked about school and homework. Then Maxwell instructed her to give Epstein a foot massage, demonstrating how. At the movies that weekend, Maxwell pulled Epstein's pants down a little bit in public, and Epstein openly touched the victim's leg in front of Maxwell.
Then Maxwell sexually assaulted the victim directly:
"Maxwell had asked [victim] if she ever had a massage, and Maxwell told her she could give her one. So [victim] was on her back and Maxwell had pulled the sheet down exposing her chest, she was nude from the top up, and proceeded to massage around her chest and breast area."
The victim "felt really uncomfortable." The next morning, Epstein entered her bedroom: "He wanted to cuddle. So he laid down next to her and spooned her." She told him she had to go to the bathroom to escape.
After the weekend, Epstein paid for her trip to Thailand. She is now a psychologist who works with trauma victims.
The same grand jury transcript (EFTA00008631) details how Maxwell recruited a 17-year-old English girl (Indictment Victim 3) in London around 1994-1995, grooming her through friendship before delivering her to Epstein for sexual abuse.
Maxwell met the victim through a mutual friend and treated her "like naughty school girls." Maxwell told the victim that Epstein "was going to like her." When Epstein flew to London, Maxwell called the victim to her residence:
"Maxwell was saying to Epstein — giving him a resume of her attributes. Saying she's so pretty, she's so strong, and then Maxwell asked her to give Epstein a massage... 'Since you're so strong I'd appreciate it if you give Jeffrey a massage because he needs a massage every day or I get in trouble.'"
In the room, Epstein took off his robe, and during the massage he touched the victim and pulled her hand to his penis. When she reacted, Epstein told her: "Don't be frigid." When she left the room, Maxwell was just outside: "Did you have fun? Did he like it?" Days later, Maxwell called: "Well, aren't you a clever girl, Jeffrey was very impressed."
Maxwell then asked her to return: "Thank God you're here; if it's not you or someone it falls to me." When Maxwell opened the bedroom door, Epstein was standing there nude. Maxwell said: "I'll leave you guys to it."
The victim traveled with them to Palm Beach, USVI, Paris, and New York over the next several years. The abuse included Epstein groping her and using a vibrator on her genitals. Maxwell was always nearby afterward: "How was it, is he happy?" and "You know how he is when he's not happy and you know what makes him happy, he has to have sex all the time, he's like a super hero."
At Palm Beach, after the victim turned 18, Maxwell laid out a school-girl outfit on the bed:
"Maxwell said 'well, I thought it would be adorable if you gave Jeffrey his tea in this.' So [victim] felt like she had to put it on so she put it on, took Epstein his tea, and Epstein then slapped her on the buttocks and reached under the skirt and touched her."
When the victim confronted Maxwell, she was told: "Don't be so frigid." Afterward: "I heard you did well."
Maxwell then tried to make the victim a recruiter:
"Do you know anyone who can give him a blow job today; I don't feel like it?"
And specified: "They have to look young at least." The victim refused — "she didn't want anyone else to go through that." She struggled with substance abuse, got sober in her 20s, and now runs a non-profit for people who struggle with addiction and trauma.
The Maxwell indictment grand jury transcript (EFTA00008631) concludes with two devastating sections: physical evidence from the July 2019 FBI raid on Epstein's NYC townhouse, and Maxwell's prior perjury in a sworn deposition.
The FBI special agent, who personally participated in the search, described the massage room at 9 East 71st Street:
"It was dark. It had dark draperies covering the windows. There was a massage table. There were oils. There was a hand-held massager in there along with handcuffs, a whip, and along the walls were nude photographs of young females."
Critically, the agent confirmed: "Did you find a school-girl outfit in Epstein's New York townhouse? Yes, we did. Where did you find it? It was found in a room next to the massage room." This directly corroborated the victim's account of being made to wear a school-girl outfit to serve Epstein tea at Palm Beach.
The FBI also found butt plugs, dildos, and vibrators — consistent with victims' testimony about abuse involving sex toys.
In 2016, Maxwell gave sworn deposition testimony in the Giuffre v. Maxwell defamation lawsuit (15-CV-7433, SDNY). The grand jury reviewed her statements:
"Let's just tie that down. Is it your testimony that you've never given anybody a massage?" — Maxwell: "I have not given anyone a massage."
"You never gave Mr. Epstein a massage; is that your testimony?" — Maxwell: "That is my testimony."
The FBI agent then confirmed the direct contradiction: a victim told the FBI that Maxwell gave her a massage at Zorro Ranch in New Mexico — exposing her chest and massaging around her breast area. Maxwell's categorical denial under oath was false.
This perjury formed part of the basis for the two perjury counts in Maxwell's federal indictment.
On March 7, 2024, Jeanne M. Christensen of Wigdor LLP (a major victims’ rights firm) wrote to SDNY prosecutors with explosive information (EFTA02731515):
"I strongly believe that there is at least one video circulating on some disgusting sex site with [victim] in it."
The victim "was videotaped at a hotel" during a sex trafficking incident involving 6 men, of whom she was forced to have sex with 3. Christensen states:
"I know the names of at least two of the men who she had to have sex with during this incident — there were 6 men there and she had to be with 3 of them. One of them is a former friend of Leon Black’s and both men likely knew JE."
The victim was later contacted "randomly" by someone while playing an online game who told her he had seen a video of "one girl having sex with 3 men in a row" and said it looked like her. Christensen has a screenshot from this interaction.
The letter also references contemporaneous journals from the victim with content about Epstein and Maxwell, and mentions this is "Year 19" of the victim’s case — suggesting abuse dating back to approximately 2005.
If this video exists and can be located, it would constitute direct evidence of sex trafficking and could identify additional perpetrators. The two named men — including a former friend of Leon Black — are potential targets for prosecution.
Nadia Marcinkova was named as a co-conspirator in Epstein's 2007 non-prosecution agreement and described in court filings as his “live-in sex slave.”
EFTA00235326 — The NPA states: “the United States also agrees that it will not institute any criminal charges against any potential co-conspirators of Epstein, including but not limited to Sarah Kellen, Lesley Groff, or Marcinkova.”
EFTA00191148 — Prosecutor confirms immigration charges were also dropped: “there is no plan to try to proceed on any immigration charges against either Ms. Ross or Ms. Marcinkova.”
EFTA00081180 — Court filing states: “Epstein also made E.W. perform oral sex on him and was to perform sex acts on Nadia Marcinkova (Epstein’s live-in sex slave) in Epstein’s presence.” The same document lists SM & slave-training books ordered by Epstein from Amazon, including “SlaveCraft: Roadmaps for Erotic Servitude” and “Training with Miss Abernathy: A Workbook for Erotic Slaves and Their Owners.”
EFTA00962525 — In a remarkable June 2013 email, Marcinkova describes Epstein’s systematic pattern of controlling women:
“Promising your girls apartments, shopping sprees, cars, money and security forever is second nature for you. Dangling those carrots as long as possible and then playing into the girls’ insecurity by making them feel stupid for ‘misunderstanding’ the terms of those promises is cute.”
She also writes: “You focus on my lifestyle when I met you, at 18… I was a teenager in love. You were 51.”
Epstein’s reply is cruel and controlling: “when I first met you, you had not even a high school education…you only owned a couple of worn out dresses and a tooth brush, eating popcorn for your main meal…your closets now are full, coats bags, shoes, toys.”
EFTA01897098 — Epstein berates Marcinkova: “you once again expect, expect expect…expect to have an apt…expect that your press should be no worse than sarah or lesley. I will help you move on…you could only fly on the condition of no more emotional outburst, not wanting to fly karyna…lets part as we should have years ago.” She replies: “fine. $5mil”
EFTA00966905 — Richard Kahn confirms: “$10K to Aviloop” — Epstein funding Marcinkova’s company directly.
EFTA02456758 — “can you wire nadia 14k today” — ongoing financial support.
EFTA00677154 — Marcinkova to Epstein: “Im launching Aviloop tomorrow.. What does this mean?” — referring to legal investigations threatening the business.
Marcinkova later changed her name to Emma Marcinko (EFTA00770952, Oct 2009).
A June 8, 2021 FBI preparation memo for witness Juan Alessi — Epstein's live-in house manager at 358 El Brillo Way, Palm Beach from approximately 1990 to December 2002 — documents the systematic trafficking operation at the Palm Beach residence and a direct admission from Epstein himself (EFTA00157613).
When Alessi quit in December 2002, he warned Epstein directly: "one of those girls is going to get you in trouble." Epstein's reply: "they only want money."
The memo documents a first victim — approximately 14–15 years old, a high schooler — whom Alessi personally picked up from her school and home beginning in the late 1990s. She visited the Palm Beach residence approximately twice per week, went to movies with Epstein and Maxwell, and brought a suitcase on visits.
By the end of Alessi's employment, Epstein was receiving three massages daily — morning, afternoon, and evening — with a different girl for each appointment. Alessi maintained a rolodex of masseuses. Massage oils were shipped from England, Paris, and Tahiti. A second victim brought from a local spa also introduced two additional young girls to the residence and was observed boarding Epstein's plane.
Ghislaine Maxwell arrived approximately six months after Alessi was hired and immediately assumed control of the household. All instructions were routed through her, not Epstein directly. She declared herself "lady of the house" and imposed increasingly restrictive rules — including "don't look him in his eyes" and "don't engage in conversations" with Epstein. Sex toys were found in both Maxwell's bathroom and Epstein's bathroom.
Both Alessi and his wife Maria — who also worked at the residence — were required to sign a non-disclosure agreement on January 2, 2003: $30,000 to Juan, $20,000 to Maria, plus COBRA health insurance through December 2003, in exchange for a full release of all claims against Epstein, Maxwell, and their entities.
Alessi's testimony identifies frequent visitors to the Palm Beach residence including Donald Trump, Senator George Mitchell, JFK Jr., Alan Dershowitz, Les Wexner, Prince Andrew and his wife, and Nobel Prize laureates.
The FBI internal case briefing (EFTA00164939) contains two separate victim statements about Leon Black:
Victim 1: "Epstein told her to give Black a massage while Black was naked." A second female "gave Black a massage and he made her perform oral sex. Epstein made jokes about Black's penis size."
Victim 2: "Black raped her numerous times and sex trafficked her (including at Epstein's). Black threatened to destroy her life" and stated he had "connections with the police."
These statements appear in the FBI's "PROMINENT NAMES" section — an internal summary of victim allegations against individuals of public interest. Two independent victims, reporting separately, both describe violent sexual abuse by Black at Epstein's direction.
The FBI case briefing (EFTA00164939) records two victim statements about Donald Trump:
Victim 1: "Epstein introduced her to Trump who subsequently forced her head down to his exposed penis" — which she bit. "In response, Trump punched her in the head and kicked her out."
Victim 2: "Remember Epstein introduced her to Trump saying 'This is a good one, huh' and Trump responded 'Yes.'"
A separate FBI internal email (EFTA00161528) confirms: "Donald Trump (one identified victim claimed abuse by Trump but ultimately refused to cooperate)."
An FBI FD-302 interview (EFTA00090339) with a staff member states: "EPSTEIN was always on the phone with others including, BILL CLINTON and DONALD TRUMP" during the period of active abuse.
The FBI case briefing (EFTA00164939) records victim statements against three additional prominent individuals:
Jes Staley (JP Morgan CEO): A victim stated "Epstein told her to give Staley a massage at Epstein's mansion. Staley forced her hands on his crotch and had 'rough sex' with her."
Glenn Dubin (Highbridge Capital): A victim stated "Maxwell instructed her to give Dubin a massage and do what she did for Epstein."
Harvey Weinstein: Three separate victim accounts — (1) she "gave Weinstein a massage, during which he fondled her, masturbated and offered to pay her extra if he could ejaculate on her chest"; (2) "Weinstein came to her apartment, offered her a job and then tried to follow her into the shower"; (3) "Epstein told her to give Weinstein a massage, during which Weinstein tells her to take off her shirt, she refuses and then Weinstein threatens to get women to come force her too."
The FBI case briefing (EFTA00164939) contains two additional explosive allegations in its "PROMINENT NAMES" section:
William Barr / Leon Black: An NTOC tip stated "Barr and Black were present during abuses." The tipster "stated was at Epstein's for a model event, ran into Barr who stated he wanted to see her next time he came." The briefing notes: "Numerous anonymous NTOC's were received with allegations against prominent individuals."
Les Wexner: A victim "stated Epstein earned his money from having homosexual sex with Wexner."
Note: The briefing includes a "MISCONCEPTIONS" section stating: "Based on review of evidence and victim statements no orgies, or threesomes which included 2 males." Additionally: "Victims were not held captive" and "Epstein did not regularly prostitute the victims in exchange for money."
A June 2023 FBI/DANY memo (EFTA02731737) documents a victim who came forward in 2023 with a previously unknown trafficking pipeline:
A woman identified as Mary (Mary Small) introduced the victim to Ghislaine Maxwell when she was 17 years old. Mary described it as "an apprentice program." She met Maxwell and Epstein, who "watched movies together" and told her to "sit in his lap." They flew her to Palm Beach, St. Thomas, and New York.
The Leon Black incident: A man named Eddie (Eddie Small) "drove her from [Virginia] to NY to JE's townhouse." Epstein "introduced her to Black by name as 'Leon' and told her she would give him a massage." What followed: "Black was very violent, tore her clothes off, bit her vagina, forced sex toys into her." The victim "needed medical attention, bleeding." Black "left money on the table before he left the room." She described him as "looking like Shrek."
DANY prosecutors stated: "They believe she was also abused by Staley."
Mary Small's abuse: Mary "would treat her badly if JE reported to Mary that she wasn't good." She "dragged her up flight of stairs by her hair" and "would be physical including by slapping her." Maxwell and Mary "were controlling [her] body, JE liked the girls to look a certain way." Mary received "expensive luxury gifts" and "new outfits or food after the trips."
A pilot named Larry (Larry Visoski) flew them to St. Thomas. At one point, "she came in through customs and the customs officer asked if she was ok."
An FBI FD-302 interview (EFTA01309589) documents the August 19, 2020 interview of Anthony Figueroa by Detective Paul Byrne and SA Amanda Young:
Figueroa's girlfriend worked for Epstein as a "masseuse" who traveled with him for two weeks at a time. She eventually asked Figueroa "if he knew any other girls that wanted to make money giving EPSTEIN massages." His motivation: "FIGUEROA wanted to see his girlfriend more so he helped."
The recruitment: Figueroa attended several South Florida high schools including Piper High School, Royal Palm, Wellington, and Survivors Charter School. He recruited girls from these schools. "EPSTEIN would pay FIGUEROA $200 in cash for each girl." He would "drive the girls he knew to EPSTEIN's and he would get paid when he brought them." Epstein told Figueroa: "make sure the girls are 18 years old" and "make sure they are not fat."
Figueroa told recruits "there was a guy that wanted to get massages" and "sometimes the guy (EPSTEIN) would ask the girls to do more than massage and sometimes girls would get paid more to do so, but you did not have to do more."
The Maxwell connection: Figueroa's girlfriend told him "she and MAXWELL would go out and get girls together for EPSTEIN." She was "approached by MAXWELL at Mar-A-Lago" and they "were sexually active with each other." Maxwell previously had Figueroa "pick up a specific girl and bring them to EPSTEIN's residence."
FBI documents reveal that Virginia Giuffre was trafficked by Ronald Eppinger beginning around 1997-1998, when she was approximately 13-15 years old — before she entered Epstein's orbit at Mar-a-Lago.
Eppinger ran a Miami-based sex trafficking operation disguised as the "Perfect 10" modeling agency (1997-1999), smuggling Czech women with promises of modeling work. An FBI case briefing contains handwritten notes: "B/W 13 + 16, picked up in 1998 by Ron Eppinger. 1/1/99, police (FBI) entered home, found her, arrested her, he went to jail" (EFTA00019071). The redacted individual is identified as Giuffre through unique biographical details: "dad worked @ Maralago," "dad dropped her off @ Epstein's house," "filed Civ't lawsuit in 2015 — defamation suit against Maxwell."
Eppinger was charged with 21 state felonies including 10 counts of sexual battery by person in familial/custodial authority (FL 794.011(8)) — meaning he sexually assaulted children in his own household — plus 4 counts of child abuse and 6 counts of lewd assault on a child. All were dropped when federal charges took precedence. He pled guilty to alien smuggling for prostitution and money laundering and received just 21 months.
Both Epstein and Maxwell had direct knowledge of Giuffre's Eppinger history and actively weaponized it to discredit her:
Eppinger died November 8, 2006 at a Fort Lauderdale hospital at age 70 — four months after Epstein's July 2006 arrest. The FBI was actively building the federal case, and Eppinger had 21 outstanding felony failure-to-appear charges giving the government leverage to compel his cooperation. His death meant Epstein could characterize Giuffre's history however he wished — as he wrote: "hes dead."
The Eppinger-to-Epstein pathway — both operations used "modeling" as cover for trafficking — represents one of the clearest documented cases of serial victimization in the Epstein files.
On Day 2 of her July 2025 proffer (DOJ-OGR-00022995), Maxwell made extraordinary admissions under use immunity that directly contradict her trial defense of total ignorance:
Maxwell also engaged in victim-blaming, claiming underage victims "could have been charged with prostitution and trafficking." She told DAG Blanche that "some in your cabinet" (Trump cabinet members) were part of Epstein's world.
These admissions, protected by use immunity, demolish the defense narrative that Maxwell was an innocent "general manager" unaware of Epstein's criminal conduct. She saw the abuse mechanism firsthand, recruited the women involved, and knew at least one was underage.
'Lola Mignon' (pseudonym — real identity redacted) was a Paris-based law student who maintained a personal relationship with Epstein from August 2012 through at least November 2013. In April 2013, she asked Epstein about US universities (NYU, Georgetown, UPenn). Epstein replied: "yes definitley, especially if you find me interesting girls there" (EFTA01759826) — explicitly conditioning his advice on her recruiting young women at American universities.
The exchange reveals a grooming-to-recruitment pipeline: Epstein cultivated relationships with young women, offered mentorship and financial support, then converted them into recruiters. 'Lola Mignon' was herself a victim of his controlling behavior — Epstein wrote: "you have lost your way, you act like a child, write like a adolescent, and respond like a spoiled adult, i am losing my patience" (EFTA01981669). She responded: "I was advised not to see you. I don't feel I can trust you." But she ultimately apologized and asked for forgiveness.
She addressed Epstein as "My Mephistopheles" — acknowledging the Faustian nature of their relationship. Epstein refused to give her his Paris apartment door code (EFTA01969878) while still scheduling her for private evening visits. The dynamic — a young woman given a false identity, subjected to emotional manipulation, told to find girls — mirrors the recruitment patterns described by trafficking victims.
Victim statement identifies Igor Zinoviev, Epstein's bodyguard and former UFC middleweight champion, as a direct witness to sexual abuse: "Igor was always there when I was on the island. He regularly saw me in distress. On one occasion, after being raped three times that day and being bullied, belittled, and starved, I tried to swim off the island to escape my worst nightmare."
The victim recounts that Zinoviev stopped the escape attempt and returned her. In a meeting with attorney Brad Edwards, Zinoviev confirmed he witnessed the event but minimized it: her "attempt showed no greater level of distress than he'd seen in other girls" — implying he routinely witnessed distressed victims on the island.
A separate victim letter (EFTA00145723) corroborates: "I tried to swim OFF the island after being raped repeatedly AND STARVED by Epstein. IGOR ZINOVIEV IS MY WITNESS WHO INCEDIENTLY WAS TRAINED AT CIA HEADQUARTERS."
Zinoviev was hired 11/17/2005 at $120,000/year salary, rising to become Epstein's 6th highest-paid employee at $211,120 total cost in 2010 (EFTA00709105). He controlled property access — security orders for 358 El Brillo Way state: "no one is to be admitted without direct consent of mr. Epstein or Mr Zinoviev" (EFTA00728864). He was deposed in civil litigation (EFTA00806751) and asked about in depositions where defendants invoked the Fifth Amendment when asked "Do you know Igor Zinoviev?" (EFTA00188608).
The forensically verified victim diary (EFTA02731420) explicitly warns: "Mr. Mody. Mr. Robert. Mr. Sant. Mr. Ludwig. Mr. Cecchi. Mr. Mora. Mr. Goodlatte. Mr. Atkins are not who they say! Run run run!"

The diary's warning that these men "are not who they say" explicitly confirms the use of aliases during abuse — explaining why some names have zero document trail in 867,000 documents.
EFTA00182656 is Epstein's own videotaped deposition (February 17, 2010, Ellen v. Epstein), not a Wexner deposition as sometimes misidentified. Attorney Brad Edwards questioned Epstein for ~2 hours. Edwards opened: "you devised a way for young females to come to your house and engage in varying degrees of sexual activity. Some of the girls as young as 12, some of them as old as 17."
Epstein invoked 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendment rights to nearly every question — but broke pattern on three occasions:
Edwards also asked: "Isn't it true that you have made the statement 'the younger the better'?" — Epstein took the Fifth. And: "Isn't it true that you have engaged in some sexual interaction with hundreds of underage minor females?" — Fifth.
A systematic search for Disney princess names across all 867,000 documents reveals that Epstein and his associates used Disney princess names as code names for women/girls. The key exchange between Jes Staley and Epstein (July 9-10, 2010, EFTA00029432) makes this explicit:
"Tinkerbell": The victim diary confirms Jes Staley called the victim "tinkerbell" — connecting to his "Snow White" usage and establishing that these code names referred to real victims.
An FBI victim statement summary (EFTA01648951) reveals two separate sources placing William Barr at Epstein events:
The FBI ASAC's task list (EFTA01648955) characterizes this as: "William Barr, for being present when a girl was raped."
Critical context: William Barr served as U.S. Attorney General (2019-2020), overseeing the DOJ response to Epstein's death at MCC. He declined to recuse despite his former law firm (Kirkland & Ellis) having represented Epstein in the 2007 plea deal. An email (EFTA01014138) from December 2018 shows Epstein asking Bannon: "do you know bill barr. CIA" — on the day Barr's AG nomination was reported.
Note: The model event victim statement and the NTOC tip are separate sources. The model event account does not explicitly describe sexual assault by Barr — only his presence and expressed interest. Both require further corroboration.
An FBI FD-302 interview dated February 28, 2020 (EFTA00086868) records a victim/witness stating about Jean-Luc Brunel:
"She heard he mistreated women on a regular basis. She heard from more than one person that he slipped 'roofies' in a girl's drink in Miami."
The same witness was directed by Epstein to work at Next Model Management and then at Bear Stearns (through "the son of a friend of his"). This links the modeling pipeline directly to Brunel's drugging of victims.
From the French Republic prosecution document (EFTA00077200), a third victim's statement about Jean-Luc Brunel:
"[She] drank a cocktail prepared by the defendant, then lost consciousness. The next day, she woke up in a bathrobe and noticed bruises on her thighs and crotch."
A man posing as Prince Albert de Monaco called Brunel while she was in the apartment. This is the third victim in the same French MLAT document to describe being drugged/losing consciousness during encounters with Brunel. The pattern is systematic: Brunel prepared cocktails for models at his Paris apartment, they lost consciousness, and woke with evidence of sexual assault.
Google Calendar entries and boat transfer records conclusively prove Marvin Minsky was physically on Epstein's private island, Little St. James (LSJ), December 9-12, 2011.
Virginia Giuffre testified she was told to have sex with Minsky. The forensically verified victim diary states: 'martin minsky are gross.' Epstein himself acknowledged the accusations in emails to Kathryn Ruemmler (EFTA02454725): 'she said she had sex with Marving minsky.'
Epstein tried to discredit these claims by offering to pay journalist Edward Epstein to cover the Maxwell trial (EFTA00662031). Edward Epstein responded: 'Ghislaine is a great favorite of mine.'
A 66-page document containing a former staff member's interview (September 30, 2021) and the complete Household Manual for 358 El Brillo Way, dated February 14, 2005 (EFTA00159394).
The witness returned voluntarily to correct her prior testimony. She "wanted to apologize to us because she felt that she may have minimized during our last meeting that she knew the girls were underage. Wanted to be clear that she knew at the time that the girls were underage." She stated: "I am telling the truth, I do not feel any pressure from you to say anything. It has been a process for me to come to accept responsibility."
From her modeling background, seeing underage girls "didn't raise a red flag" initially, but she acknowledged she "didn't have the courage to step up and say something at the time."
The witness observed 10–15 masseuses in person, estimating a total of 15–20 people came for appointments during her time in Palm Beach. She noted there was a "larger group of masseuses than the recurring group" — confirming a rotating pipeline of victims.
Shown a photo array (described as the "sexbook"), the witness identified Jeffrey Epstein (#7) and Ghislaine Maxwell (#16). She recognized one other person (#13) from the media. She confirmed the existence of two copies of Ghislaine’s contact book — "it was common knowledge that there were two books."
The witness stated: "JE had a gun in his bedroom, it made her afraid." This is corroborated by the household manual itself, which lists "Gun placed in beside table drawer" as a routine item on the Master Bedroom pre-arrival checklist — alongside tissues, water glasses, and eye masks.
The household manual’s Grooming & Guest Relations section instructs staff:
"Remember that you see nothing, hear nothing, say nothing, except to answer a question directed at you. Respect their privacy."
Staff were further told: "Unless otherwise instructed, NEVER disclose Mr Epstein or Ms Maxwell’s activities or whereabouts to anyone. If the caller is insistent, you simply ask to take a message... Do not be bullied."
All security concerns were to be reported to Maxwell: "Advise Ms Maxwell of any strange telephone calls or enquiries" and "any unusual behavior, such as strangers lurking around the vicinity of the property."
The manual reveals Maxwell’s central role in the household. She had her own dedicated bathroom and toiletries checklist. Staff duties were structured around "Mr Epstein, Ms Maxwell and their guests" — this phrase appears dozens of times throughout the manual. Maxwell had her own desk where correspondence was placed. She was the operational security point of contact. This was not a girlfriend living in her partner’s home — it was a co-managed operation.
The witness described a "wall of photos in an area, like trophies" at the Palm Beach property. She was "not sure if famous people in photos in PB" and "not sure if there were photos in PB bathroom" — a reference to the well-documented photo displays found at Epstein’s other properties.
FBI prep memo (EFTA00016590, Nov 30, 2021) documents house manager Juan Alessi's recollections of the manual. Alessi (employed ~1990–2002) confirmed receiving it as a booklet from Maxwell and a “duchess from England” — a woman “supposed to be royalty” hired by Epstein and Maxwell to teach staff household management.
Alessi pushed back: “I've been working for this for years, I'm not going to do this.” Maxwell insisted. He refused to fill out the checklists; “GM was pissed.” He fought with Epstein once when a guest lacked a toothbrush and Epstein's nightstand had no pen — both required by the manual.
The manual was phone-answered as “Mr Epstein residence,” never “Ms Maxwell residence” — despite Maxwell being co-head of household. Alessi recognized pages 1–6 and 8–10 but not page 9, and disputed portions of page 7 and page 31 (re: alcoholic beverages). Food had to be thrown out each time Epstein left, even if it hadn't spoiled.
Two additional copies of the manual exist as standalone 59-page PDFs: EFTA00066372 and EFTA00075882 (both Dataset 9, Bates-stamped MM02-RECORDS-000005 onward). These are separate scans of the same physical document — text differences are exclusively OCR artifacts (bullet character misreads, spacing). Both were DOJ-modified (size_delta: −2 bytes each, detected 2026-03-14).
In Giuffre v. Maxwell (15-cv-07433-RWS, SDNY), Virginia Giuffre's Rule 26 disclosures listed Epstein's longtime driver as a potential witness:
"Luciano 'Jojo' Fontanilla, 18 Teneyck Avenue, Valley Stream, NY 11580-4016 — Jeffrey Epstein's staff member in his various homes and may have knowledge of Defendant and Jeffrey Epstein's inappropriate conduct with underage girls."
Also listed at the same address: Lynn Fontanilla — likely Jojo's spouse, who also worked for Epstein (CC'd on schedule emails as "Lyn & Jojo"). Fontanilla's primary role was driving Epstein around New York City ("JOJO TO DRIVE YOU" appears in virtually every NYC schedule). Schedules show Fontanilla driving Epstein to meetings with young women, picking up arrivals at airports, and transporting guests to/from the 71st Street townhouse.
A December 2012 schedule shows: "4:45 Dinner for the Girls prepared by Didier" and "3-6:00 Shop with the girls for furniture" — with Fontanilla CC'd as the driver. Eric Gany set a $5,000 credit limit for "Luciano Fontanilla" on the NES LLC account.
Despite being identified as a potential witness with knowledge of Epstein's conduct, there is no indication Fontanilla was interviewed by the FBI or testified in any proceeding.
Haley Robson was 16 years old when she was first approached to visit Epstein's Palm Beach mansion. After Epstein attempted to grope her during a massage, she did not return for massages — instead, she became a recruiter, bringing dozens of other girls to Epstein's home for $200 per victim.
Palm Beach police documented Robson's recruiting methods — she told prospective victims "the younger the better" and brought them to Epstein's house accompanied by "a Hispanic female" (EFTA01333100). Phone records from October 2004 under the name 'Holly Robson' in Fort Lauderdale document activity during the peak recruitment period (EFTA01310850).
Epstein's defense attorneys at Kirkland & Ellis referenced "Robson Tr." (Robson transcript) in legal briefs fighting to limit federal prosecution scope for co-conspirators including Robson (EFTA00210074). A civil lawsuit analyzed whether a victim-turned-recruiter could be sued as a co-conspirator under Florida law (EFTA00180294).
Robson was named as a potential co-conspirator in the 2007 Non-Prosecution Agreement but was never charged. She exemplifies Epstein's pyramid scheme model — turning victims into recruiters through financial incentives, creating a self-sustaining pipeline. She has since spoken publicly as a survivor and advocate for transparency.
Howard Rubenstein, one of New York's most powerful PR executives, was named in a victim interrogatory as having "Knowledge of finances and defendant's sexual desire for minor girls" (EFTA00725932). He appears on the same list as Alfredo Rodriguez (Epstein's house manager), David Rogers (pilot), Jojo Fontanilla, and other close associates.
Prosecutors flagged a critical conflict of interest: "Epstein's publicist, Howard Rubenstein, is also the publicist for The New York Post where the article quoting Lefcourt's letter appeared" (EFTA00013882, June 2008). This meant Rubenstein was simultaneously managing Epstein's public image AND controlling access to a major newspaper that published stories favorable to Epstein's defense.
Rubenstein confirmed Epstein's plea deal to the Palm Beach Daily News as his authorized PR representative (EFTA00013698). He had extensive scheduling records for meetings at Epstein's properties, indicating a deep professional and personal relationship that went well beyond standard PR services.
The dual publicist role — representing both a sex offender and the newspaper covering him — represents one of the clearest documented conflicts of interest in the Epstein cover-up apparatus.
A trafficking victim's handwritten diary was forensically examined in May 2024 by DOJ — "no evidence of fabrication was found." The diary contains contemporaneous allegations against named individuals: Prince Andrew ("Andrew is like his brother in this way!"), Larry Summers ("Both he and Larry Summers are fucking disgusting!"), Dan Snyder ("Dan Snyder is a pig!"), Leon Black ("that fat fuck bit me!"), George Mitchell, Bill Clinton, Alan Dershowitz, Lawrence Krauss, Marvin Minsky, and others. These are contemporaneous victim allegations of abuse by multiple named individuals.
DOJ documents show the FBI was notified of rape accusations against Jes Staley, former CEO of JP Morgan and Barclays. The forensically-verified victim diary contains explicit accusations: "The disgusting Mr. staley if anyone ever calls me tinkerbell again I will lose my mind. He left bloody marks on my arms from his belt and thought he had the right to call me that when he has ears as big as a dumbo." (EFTA02731465). Staley visited Epstein's island regularly and appears in 929 DOJ documents.
The forensically-verified victim diary contains specific accusations against Ted Leonsis (AOL executive, owner of Monumental Sports (Wizards, Capitals)): "Why would they all allow Mr. Leonsis wait this long? Why would he bring a friend and make a video?" The entry continues describing a painful medical procedure and states "Mr. Rails and Mr. Ein [have] blood on their hands but so does Jeffrey and Mr. Jacobson. Mr. Conway. Mr. vradenberg and Bill s."
The victim diary names AOL executives and contains a damning accusation about the company itself. Under clippings about AOL's "Parental Controls," the victim wrote: "That company does not protect kids! They use it to find us! And they are everywhere! I cannot escape!" Named individuals include Steve Case, Jim Kimsey, and Ted Leonsis in what the diary calls "flights of horror."
Handwritten diary entries from a trafficking victim (forensically examined in May 2024 - "no evidence of fabrication was found") contain contemporaneous allegations against multiple named individuals: "Both he and Larry Summers are fucking disgusting!"; "Dan Snyder is a pig!"; "old senators like George Mitchell who you think would be good like a grandpa are bad"; "Andrew is like his brother in this way!" (referring to Prince Andrew). On Leon Black: "that fat fuck bit me! He threw me on the floor and blood all over Jeffreys carpet" and "Leon can go fuck himself." A separate poem page is titled "Leon Black" with underlined words including "fatso millionaire," "it's violent," "goddamn baby screaming," and "there's always a bloody baby." The diary also names: Mr. Leonsis, Mr. Case, Mr. Kimsey, and others.
Internal SDNY emails from June 2023 reveal an active criminal investigation of Leon Black as a "Human Trafficking Subject." An AUSA writes: "I spoke with [redacted] again and got a read-out of their interviews of the victim... Let me know if there's anything else you'd like me to do with this." The email lists "Victim's identifiers" and "Potential targets." A separate February 2023 email states: "We have a new CW who has come forward and alleged sexual abuse by Leon Black. This CW was trafficked by Maxwell and Epstein." A May 2024 document shows the victim's notebooks (the diary) were forensically examined — no evidence of fabrication was found.
DOJ notes from a June 2023 call with the Manhattan DA's office contain graphic victim testimony about Leon Black. The victim, introduced to Maxwell at age 17, was driven to Epstein's NYC townhouse where: "Black was very violent, tore her clothes off, bit her vagina, forced sex toys into her." She "needed medical attention, bleeding." The notes state: "LB left her money on the table before he left." The victim described Black as "looking like Shrek." The call also discusses coordination between SDNY and DANY regarding "a minor victim" in the Leon Black trafficking referral.
A victim's diary corroborates the DANY call notes with contemporaneous documentation: "that fat fuck bit me! He threw me on the floor and blood all over Jeffreys carpet and I am the issue? Who the fuck bites someone? Sick! No one is that important and Leon can go fuck himself. I hate New York". A later diary entry (EFTA02731393) notes: "The blood from Leon is no longer there" — suggesting the carpet was cleaned after the assault. This matches the pattern described by the second victim who independently reported identical biting behavior.
A March 2024 email from victim's attorney Jeanne Christensen (Wigdor Law) details horrific allegations: The victim's biological mother allegedly "forced [her] to perform sexual acts with adult men since she was very young." She was told "Leon Black is VIP because he is a special friend of Jeffrey's." The email states the victim "had sex with Larry Summers" when flown to NYC. Dana Chasin (Rockefeller) allegedly flew victim on a prop plane to Epstein's townhouse. When "Leon used large adult sex toys in her anus and she was bleeding" and she wanted to see a doctor, "the reaction from Epstein, Maxwell and her parents was one of anger with her." Maxwell allegedly gave "approval" for victims in a hotel room meeting.
Leon Black pledged $2 million to Lawrence Krauss's ASU Origins Project (January 2015). Both men are named in forensically verified victim diaries as perpetrators: Krauss is described as "Mr. Sauerkraut krauss...gross" (EFTA02731465), while Leon Black is described biting victims and causing bleeding. This funding relationship between two men accused by victims demonstrates the interconnected nature of the network.
A March 2024 attorney email to DOJ describes Maxwell's victim "approval" process in explicit detail: Victim "met Ghistaine Maxwell in a hotel room (she had to undress from waist down) and GM did 'yucky' things." After this screening: "she then was taken to a McLean VA mansion owned by Joe Robert ('JER' companies) and GM and JE were there. JE gave her the once over and nod of approval — she was sent to PB shortly afterwards for the first time."
This confirms: (1) Maxwell conducted physical screenings of victims in hotel rooms; (2) Joe Robert' McLean VA mansion was a trafficking waypoint; (3) Epstein personally approved victims before sending them to Palm Beach.
A Wigdor law firm memo from August 2021 documents a second victim who came forward with allegations against Leon Black. Attorney Jeanne Christensen writes: "the details she told me about what he did to her — are almost a perfect match about what my client told me — he violently bit down on her vulva, labia and clitoris. The biting would get harder and his teeth clamp down more when she yelled out in pain." The second victim, now in her 50s, says the assault occurred at Epstein's townhouse in 2001. She reports: "it is too abnormal to make up." The memo notes: "There is nothing publicly out there about the details of his specific sex acts with our client, so there is no way she could know."
A direct contemporaneous text message from a victim to Leon Black:
"Leon. You sexually harassed me, sex trafficked me, raped me, and eventually blacklisted me. I don't know for how much longer it will take me, on my own, to process the pain your caused to me and my family. The least thing you can do is to give me that document that I was forced to sign under duress and wasn't able to read before signing."
This message documents: (1) direct accusation of rape and trafficking; (2) reference to a coerced NDA signed "under duress"; (3) contemporaneous victim communication preserved in the record.
FBI notes from a June 2023 coordination call reveal that the Manhattan DA's office "believe she was also abused by Staley" — referring to the same victim who alleged violent sexual assault by Leon Black. The notes state that DANY "do not doubt her allegations against JE and LB" but "have not found any independent corroboration." The victim was introduced to Maxwell at age 17 (around 2001). Epstein's close relationship with Staley (then JP Morgan executive) is well-documented in emails. Staley resigned as Barclays CEO in 2021 over his Epstein ties.

The same victim diary documents a forced pregnancy by Jeffrey Epstein: "I am now over 20 weeks with a baby we are certain is his". She writes: "I do not want to be tied to Jeffrey for the rest of my life! playing the piano well is not a good reason to think someone has good genes or should have a baby!" The diary describes Epstein and Maxwell fighting because "he does not want a procedure and she does and I am certain this is time critical but they won't stop fighting!" The victim was taken to the Bahamas while pregnant.
A 32-page victim diary describes multiple forced pregnancies by Jeffrey Epstein with babies taken away after birth. The victim writes: "I am nothing but your property and incubator!" and describes Epstein's "superior gene pool" eugenics beliefs. She names Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and Jean Luc Brunel as abusers. Locations include Palm Beach/Ocean Blvd, New Mexico, and Mar-a-Lago. One entry describes a baby born alive: "4 pounds 10 ounces 18.5 inches long with beautiful long fingers. I am dead inside." The baby was taken by "Mr. M" after only 15 minutes. Contains Sylvia Plath poems and rail fence cipher encoding.
A 36-page federal grand jury transcript from May 2007 captures FBI testimony in "Operation Leap Year" — the federal investigation that was ultimately derailed by the Acosta plea deal. An FBI agent testifies that a victim told investigators Epstein said "the younger, the better" regarding his preferences for girls. A prosecutorial summary document compiled from victim allegations and press reporting lists names of individuals allegedly involved in sexual activity with victims. The document states one victim alleged: "Epstein directed her to have sex with Glen Dubin" and that Maxwell and Epstein told her to have sex with "former New Mexico governor Bill Richardson; former Democratic Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell; the late MIT computer scientist Marvin Minsky; and MC2 model agency cofounder Jean Luc Brunel." The same victim alleged having sex with "Dershowitz at least 6 times, aged 16-19." Note: These are allegations from civil proceedings compiled by prosecutors, not adjudicated findings.
This is sworn testimony from a victim listing individuals who had knowledge of Epstein's abuse of minors.
A November 2020 letter from the Marsh Law Firm to the U.S. Attorney describes a victim ("I") who was sexually abused at age 5 at Epstein's NYC mansion. The victim's descriptions match Epstein and Maxwell:
"I described the owner of the fancy rich house as someone with curvy hair on top and big fat eyebrows. She heard him called Jeffrey. She recalls massaging him with oil and being abused by him."
"A woman at the fancy rich house... was tall, thin with short dark brown hair and brown eyes, wore suits, and spoke with a British accent. Her name had an 'n' sound in it, like 'Lane'."
The victim accurately identified the mansion's location as "9 on 71 street" near "the big park" and described architectural features matching 9 East 71st Street. The letter states: "Lane taught I and other girls how to use oil to touch men like Jeffrey."
A 2005 message log from Epstein's office shows staff requesting approval for "Dr. Landon's $25k quarterly payment" — totaling $100,000 per year. Dr. Mark Landon was Chairman of the OB-GYN Department at Ohio State University (Columbus, OH — where Wexner is based).
Critical finding: The same document reveals the payment chain: "FYI: on the Dr. Landon quarterly payments, we (NYSG) billed LHW/Abigail in advance as we have in prior years."
This establishes that Les Wexner's network was funding quarterly payments to an OB-GYN chairman through Epstein's company. The same log shows coordination with Peter Mandelson, Dr. Henry Jarecki, Ghislaine Maxwell, Naomi Campbell (Victoria's Secret swimsuit line), and references to a "power symposium." The payments to an OB-GYN chairman — in Wexner's hometown, billed to his wife — raise serious questions given victim diary allegations of forced pregnancies and Epstein's documented interest in eugenics programs.
On Larry Summers (former Treasury Secretary): "Both he and Larry Summers are fucking disgusting!" On Prince Andrew: "Andrew is like his brother in this way!" On Senator George Mitchell: "old senators like George Mitchell who you think would be good like a grandpa are bad."
On Dan Snyder (Washington Commanders): "Dan Snyder is a pig!" She describes "flights of horror" with "Mr. Leonsis" (Ted Leonsis), "Mr. Case" (Steve Case), and "Mr. Kimsey" (Jim Kimsey): "Mr. Kimsey is deranged."
A 32-page handwritten diary uses a rail fence cipher to document at least two forced births. The first with Ghislaine Maxwell present: "I saw between her fingers this tiny head and body in the doctors hands. It reached its tiny arm up and had a tiny foot." The victim writes: "I am nothing but your property and incubator!" and describes a eugenics program: "Superior gene pool ?!? Why me?... That feels very Nazi like."
A second birth on April 22nd in Palm Beach is documented in detail. An "elderly French lady" midwife at a house on Ocean Blvd delivered a baby girl (4 lbs 10 oz, 18.5 inches). After only 10-15 minutes, "Mr. M came to take her" while "those horrible girls were in the car waiting." The victim writes: "I am dead inside. Life has no meaning."
On Jean-Luc Brunel: "Jean Luc Brunel is a disgusting pig with bad breath... 6 weeks wasnt even given before being sent back. Punishment for trying to run." The diary also names Mr. Joe and Mrs. Anne at Mar-a-Lago as trafficking locations, and references a doctor "from Israel" and New Mexico.
In the same coded diary, the victim pastes a news clipping about child trafficking ("Unlike drugs, a child's body can be sold over and over") and writes: "This is not surprising but there is no such thing as a child prostitute! They are children and cannot consent! They are missing the biggest in my own backyard and so many more! Like Maralago and where I see Mr. Joe and Mrs. Anne." The victim explicitly lists Mar-a-Lago as one of the locations authorities were "missing" in their trafficking investigations, alongside other sites. She mentions specific individuals she encountered there: "Mr. Joe and Mrs. Anne."
In the forensically-verified diary, the victim writes about Bill Clinton: "Even the old president! They will get you. He should have been thinking of Chelsea! Gross! In a plane on a yacht in NY, in DC, at the vineyard. On the island. In palm beach." On Alan Dershowitz: "Disgusting pigs like Allen Douschewitz [sic] and Mr. Caruthers and even Mr. Islam will hurt you especially if Ghislaine is busy or not with you!" On academics: "Mr. Sauerkraut krauss [Lawrence Krauss] and martin minsky [Marvin Minsky] are gross but I felt sort of sorry for Mr. Novak. He was as uncomfortable as me."
The victim accuses AOL of facilitating recruitment. Under clippings of AOL advertisements including "Stay Alert" and "We Live Where You Live," she writes: "That company does not protect kids! They use it to find us! And they are everywhere! I cannot escape!" The diary names Steve Case and Jim Kimsey (AOL founders) in separate entries about "flights of horror."
The victim incorporates Sylvia Plath poems with personal annotations. Next to "The Jailer," she writes: "I have been drugged and raped. Seven hours knocked out of my right mind into a black sack." Additional entries include: "Hung, starved, burned, hooked" and "He has been burning me with cigarettes." A separate poem page is titled with "Blood on Their Hands" clipping, listing: "Mr. Rails and Mr. Ein... Mr. Jacobson, Mr. Conway, Mr. Vradenberg and Bill S."
A 32-page coded journal uses magazine collages with handwritten annotations. Page 20 directly references the NYC trafficking location: "walk down MADISON AVENUE to 71st" alongside clipped text reading "HELPLESS!", "crying out for help", and "EVIL AND pain, hate." Page 24 pastes "Maxwell Shoe Company" with handwritten notes: "his girls" and "who Else is actually Like me?" — showing awareness of other victims. Page 17 clips "Touch one child !!!" with handwritten "BAD from G" (likely Ghislaine). Page 22 includes "A GIFT FOR GIVING GIRLS" and "IN A WORLD OF WEALTH AND PRIVILEGE." Page 27 has handwritten "+ yachts" with decoded text mentioning "Jeffrey." Page 19 includes: "Why didn't anyone STOP IT FROM THE START. ?" and "It NEVER STOPS!" Page 21 annotates Sylvia Plath's "Stopped Dead" poem with decoded message: "I'm more Pain. Ask Rv. Knife gal...me"
FBI interview notes describe a victim being taken to a McLean, Virginia mansion owned by Joe Robert ("JER" companies) where "GM and JE were there" (Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein). The notes state: "JE gave her the once over and nod of approval — she was sent to PB [Palm Beach] shortly afterwards for the first time." This suggests an additional property in the trafficking network beyond the known locations (NYC, Palm Beach, New Mexico, Virgin Islands, Paris).
The victim diary names several individuals alongside known figures like Dershowitz ("Allen Douschewitz"): "Mr. Caruthers", "Mr. Islam", "Mr. Rails", "Mr. Ein", "Mr. Conway", "Mr. Jacobson", "Mr. Vradenberg". The victim writes: "Disgusting pigs like Allen Douschewitz and Mr. Caruthers and even Mr. Islam will hurt you especially if Ghislaine is busy or not with you!" These names appear to reference additional perpetrators who have not been publicly identified or investigated.
The forensically verified victim diary describes being trafficked to government employees: "being borrowed by a seemingly 'good' federal worker and even rented". The victim also names "Mr. Goodlatte" among a list of men she encountered: "Mr. Mody. Mr. Robert. Mr. Sant. Mr. Ludwig. Mr. Cecchi. Mr. Mora. Mr. Goodlatte. Mr. Atkins are not who they say!" (Note: Bob Goodlatte was a Republican Congressman from Virginia, 1993-2019, and Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.)
Alongside a sonogram image, the victim writes: "I heard the heart beat even when she put her hands over my ears. Arent pictures enough for them? Torture! Should I deeply miss them? Have these all been .... [MURDERS]? Does this make me a [KILLER]?" The plural "them" and "these all" suggests multiple forced pregnancies and abortions. This corroborates the separate coded diary documenting a forced birth with Maxwell present.
After the violent Leon Black assault, the victim diary states: "Even though Ghislane said it was best to take me home because Mr. Black is so important for some reason over my health." This documents Maxwell actively protecting a perpetrator rather than seeking medical care for a bleeding victim. The victim continues: "There is going to be hell to pay. I ruined their trip and I am dramatic when that fat fuck bit me!"
This was August 2013 - five years after Epstein's 2008 conviction. Gates was willing to sign an agreement giving a convicted sex offender full legal immunity and access to his most confidential business information.
April 2010 email chain between Epstein, Dershowitz, and attorney Martin Weinberg reveals legal strategy:
This shows: (1) Dershowitz actively strategizing Epstein's legal defense; (2) Awareness of the black book's evidentiary value; (3) Attempts to undermine victim attorneys by claiming prosecutorial misconduct.
FBI interview documents reveal systematic witness intimidation:
"She felt she needed to help EPSTEIN because they would regularly scare her. EPSTEIN's lawyers would make [her] feel as though she was doing the right thing... She felt that if she helped EPSTEIN, that in return he would help her."
This documents psychological manipulation and intimidation by Epstein's legal team to maintain control over victims and secure their cooperation.
FBI interview with victim who was 15-16 years old:
"I got scared because it was so big. Epstein brought me to a room with a massage parlor. To me, it looked like an S&M parlor. Epstein made me engage in sexual activities with him there."
The victim describes being intimidated by the scale of Epstein's property and specialized rooms designed to facilitate abuse.
Court deposition documents Maxwell and Epstein jointly coercing a child:
"[Victim] was very scared and did not want to touch Epstein, but Maxwell was relentless and demanded that [she] massage Epstein. Both adults explained to [her] that it was just a massage, and attempted to normalize this sexual behavior with an adult to her."
The diary documents multiple forced pregnancies, medical procedures performed by rotating doctors (including one "from Israel"), and Ghislaine Maxwell's direct involvement in the procedures: "Ghislaine said to push all the pain away" and "she put her hands over my eyes" during delivery.
The victim describes a baby being taken after only "10 to 15 minutes": "I only got 10 to 15 minutes to hold and feed her before they took her. She is mine! I want her back!!!" The diary includes an ultrasound image and references to a stillbirth with the printed clipping "Stillborn" and victim adding "She was born! I heard the tiny cries!"
The diary also references "Maralago" and "Mr. Joe and Mrs. Anne" in connection with trafficking locations, and names Jean-Luc Brunel as an abuser: "Jean Luc Brunel is a disgusting pig with bad breath".
The same diary (EFTA02731361) documents a forced birth on April 22nd at a house "close to Jeffreys... called Ocean Blvd" in Palm Beach. The procedure was performed by "An elderly French lady... Said she had been born to deliver babies" in a private home, not a hospital.
The victim describes the traumatic birth: "Similar as the last one with shot and hook but too much blood with so much water and unbearable pain. She put her hands inside of me and seemed worried."
After delivery of a "4 pounds 10 ounces, 18.5 inches long" baby girl: "But only after maybe 15 minutes Mr. M came to take her. I was hysterical! and begging for more time. He said those horrible girls were in the car waiting but I wouldnt let her go."
The diary ends with: "I am dead inside. Life has no meaning. I dont want to be here."
Court filings contain explicit victim allegations against Alan Dershowitz. From EFTA00021553 (SDNY civil court filing, January 2, 2015):
"One such powerful individual that Epstein forced then-minor Jane Doe #3 to have sexual relations with was former Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz, a close friend of Epstein's and well-known criminal defense attorney. Epstein required Jane Doe #3 to have sexual relations with Dershowitz on numerous occasions while she was a minor, not only in Florida but also on private planes, in New York, New Mexico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands."
The filing further alleges: "In addition to being a participant in the abuse of Jane Doe #3 and other minors, Dershowitz was an eye-witness to the sexual abuse of many other minors by Epstein and several of Epstein's co-conspirators."
Critically, regarding the 2007 Non-Prosecution Agreement: "Dershowitz helped negotiate an agreement that provided immunity from federal prosecution in the Southern District of Florida not only to Epstein, but also to 'any potential co-conspirators of Epstein.' Thus, Dershowitz helped negotiate an agreement with a provision that provided protection for himself against criminal prosecution in Florida for sexually abusing Jane Doe #3."
Additional evidence: Dershowitz sent letter to Palm Beach Police attacking victim credibility using MySpace posts (EFTA01333242). Victim diary (forensically verified) names "Allen Douschewitz" among perpetrators.
On May 14, 2009, Epstein emailed Saunders: "send naked photo". Saunders replied: "Cool I Will do ...XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO". Saunders' email signature identifies her as "President and Chief Executive Officer" of CORE.
This exchange occurred after Epstein's 2008 conviction and while he was still under supervision. The same Saunders is named in a sworn victim interrogatory as the person who arranged for underage girls to travel to Epstein's island.
In a December 4, 2018 email chain about a CNN inquiry regarding Epstein's settlement with victim attorney Brad Edwards:
Kathy Ruemmler (former Obama White House Counsel, then Epstein's attorney) drafts: "After many years of distracting litigation with Mr. Edwards, Mr. Epstein believes that a negotiated resolution was an appropriate outcome to this matter."
Michael Wolff (journalist) rewrites the statement and adds: "can we push this more to indicate Edwards gets money not the girls?" — explicitly trying to frame the settlement as attorney enrichment rather than victim compensation.
Epstein responds: "defintely not pleased. but i am open to a statement."
This reveals a journalist and a former White House Counsel collaborating to craft statements that minimize sex trafficking victims and discredit their attorney. Wolff was simultaneously gathering material about Trump from Epstein for his books.
Tom Pritzker emails Ghislaine Maxwell: "I know, I know. 'Doing' and counting at the same time isn't for an english schoolgirl. That's why I thought an abacus would be handy, you could just rack up another bead each time."
Ghislaine responds: "V funny - you'd find it hard work if you had to and do and count that many times"
In the context of the Epstein network — where Maxwell provided victims with literal schoolgirl uniforms (EFTA00029538), where Epstein's "favorite was the schoolgirl" outfit (EFTA01249066), and where FBI notes describe a "schoolgirl outfit" at the Palm Beach house (EFTA00158723) — this exchange between Pritzker and Maxwell carries unmistakable connotations. The "doing and counting" innuendo and Maxwell's response about "that many times" suggests sexual activity.
Epstein emails Mike Sitrick (crisis PR) and Martin Weinberg (lawyer): "with this schoolgirl pitch, should we put out our side of the story in a more definitive way"
This shows Epstein was aware of the schoolgirl allegations and actively strategizing a PR response. He refers to victim testimony about schoolgirl uniforms as a "pitch" — framing victims' accounts as a media narrative to be countered, not crimes to be addressed.
A VHS tape inventory from an Epstein property lists: "Cherry Poppers Crash Course Volume 9" and "Cherry Poppers #15 Mischievous Maidens" among other adult titles including "How to Give Pleasure to a Woman by a Woman."
"Cherry Poppers" is a well-known adult video series themed around virginity/first sexual experiences with very young-looking performers. Its presence at an Epstein property, alongside documented evidence of schoolgirl uniforms and underage victims, is consistent with Epstein's known sexual preferences.
Epstein's defense strategy document states: "There was never a sex party. Epstein does not have parties. He had a science gathering."
The same document then acknowledges: "allegations were made that one of the women was required to have sex with academics world leaders, academics including Stephen Hawking"
The defense's own framing — that what victims called "sex parties" were actually "science gatherings" — inadvertently confirms that sexual activity occurred at events attended by prominent scientists. The specific naming of Stephen Hawking in Epstein's defense documents, combined with the documented seminar guest lists (Gates, Bezos, Brin, Page, Schmidt, Thiel, Staley), reveals the overlap between Epstein's intellectual networking and sexual exploitation.
An FBI Special Agent's sworn affidavit (EFTA00222943) confirms:
"I believe that certain items were purposely removed from Mr. Epstein's home in anticipation of an execution of a search warrant. This includes the three computers."
The FBI documented the chain of custody: property manager Janusz Banasiak stated a woman and private investigator Paul Lavery came and removed the computers. Lavery delivered them to William Riley of the Riley Kiraly investigation firm in Miami. Riley refused to say whether he still had them.

Epstein's schedule for April 1, 2016 (EFTA00285189) shows: "Joe Jacobson at 12:30pm", followed by "dinner with Larry Summers at 7pm". The subsequent days include meetings with Leon Black, Tom Pritzker, Peter Thiel, and Reid Hoffman — placing Jacobson in the same weekly rotation as Epstein's most prominent associates and diary-named perpetrators.
In the victim diary, the preceding entry reads: "These pigs who call themselves smart and talk about Harvard act worse than animals!" — Jacobson is a Harvard/MIT scientist in the George Church / Martin Nowak eugenics research circle.
Rodriguez identifies a "young technician from New Albany, Ohio" who maintained all of Epstein's computers, video equipment, and phones across every property: "Is this the guy that raised the hard drives? This is the guy." The computers were protected by "triple firewalls" and "Nobody else was supposed to touch those computers."
New Albany, Ohio is the headquarters of Les Wexner's operations (The Limited/L Brands). The technician connected all Epstein properties via Citrix internal communications. This establishes a direct Wexner-geographic link to Epstein's digital infrastructure and evidence destruction.
Rodriguez also saw child exploitation material on Ghislaine Maxwell's computer: images of girls "from Brazil, from Colombia... All minors? All young girls? Very young."
Rodriguez explicitly identifies the power hierarchy: "Leslie Wexner, he was Jeffrey Epstein's boss. He owns a limited Victoria's Secret." He describes Wexner's properties in Colorado, London, Georgia, Columbus and notes Epstein called them "every day... Very powerful people."
On George Mitchell: "Senator George Mitchell, okay, every day he's donated" — suggesting Mitchell was a regular visitor/donor to Epstein.
Most critically, Rodriguez reveals he withheld names from his formal video deposition: "this is the people that I couldn't say in front of the camera" — meaning his official testimony to Brad Edwards was deliberately incomplete. The names he only provided in this secret meeting include Leon Black, Alan Dershowitz, and George Mitchell.
FBI interview documents reveal a victim's statement about meeting Ron Burkle:
"met RON BURKLE but did not remember if she met him before or after she met EPSTEIN"
The victim places Burkle in the context of Epstein's operation, indicating she encountered him either through Epstein directly or in connection with his network.
Jimmy Cayne is listed in a victim interrogatory document where individuals are named regarding their "Knowledge of defendant's sexual desire for minor girls":
"Jimmy Cayne" appears alongside Ron Burkle, Leon Black, Donald Trump, David Copperfield, and over 70 other names. The interrogatory also lists Cayne under "Knowledge of defendant's finances".
Cayne led Bear Stearns from 1993-2008. Bear Stearns was a key early backer of Epstein's financial career. The firm collapsed during the 2008 financial crisis and was acquired by JPMorgan Chase.
In an FBI interview conducted on July 12, 2019, a witness stated under proffer agreement:
"ZEMPOLI was trying to buy Elite Models with EPSTEIN. EPSTEIN introduced MELANIA TRUMP to DONALD TRUMP."
The witness describes being recruited through Paolo Zempoli, who worked with "ID Models." Epstein was visiting the modeling agency during casting auditions and looking through portfolios, including seeing a photo of the witness "wearing only swim bottoms."
At a dinner at Epstein's 71st Street residence, the witness mentioned she thought there was a lot of Russian prostitution:
"EPSTEIN told her, 'That's what I like best.'"
After dinner, Epstein gave her a tour of the house, took her to the massage room, and assaulted her with a "vibrating thing." The massage room was described as "a small, very dark room on the same floor as the master bedroom."
An internal Epstein staff email confirms that attorney Darren K. Indyke — Epstein's longtime lawyer and trustee of multiple Epstein trusts — personally ordered the destruction of digital evidence:
"The only remnants of computers that far back were the old hard drives Darren had me review & erase over a year ago (none of them had any of your info). I could reach out to Murph and see if he thinks your old data would be backed up anywhere but that's the longest of long shots."

A victim filed a formal FBI complaint alleging abuse at Frogmore Cottage (a Royal estate near Windsor Castle) between 1994 and 1996:
"I was also taken to another house that I later recognised as Frogmore Cottage when its refurbishment was in the news in 2018. There, I was restrained on a table and tortured with electrical shocks by Ghislaine Maxwell and surrounded by watching men. I remember seeing Prince Andrew's face."
The victim also described:

However, the specific details — GPS coordinates, recognition of Frogmore Cottage from 2018 news coverage of Harry and Meghan's refurbishment, the cover-up method for the broken nose — suggest an actual recollection rather than fabrication. The complaint was formally documented by the FBI as part of case 50D-NY-3027571.
At dinner at Epstein's 71st Street residence, the witness mentioned Russian prostitution she'd observed during modeling work:
"[She] mentioned that she thought there was a lot of Russian prostitution. EPSTEIN told her, 'That's what I like best.'"
After dinner, Epstein took her to the massage room — described as "a small, very dark room on the same floor as the master bedroom" — and assaulted her with a "vibrating thing." The witness was recruited through Paolo Zampolli, founder of ID Models, who the FBI FD-302 notes "was trying to buy Elite Models with EPSTEIN."

The victim who was drugged and raped at Brunel's Paris apartment stated:
"She stated that at the time Jean-Luc BRUNEL used to bring in girls from the East, particularly young girls."
This corroborates the documented Aeroflot pipeline (3,005 EFTA documents), Daniel Siad's scouting in Latvia (EFTA00775255: "she looks younger from Latvia"), and the victim diary entry about Maxwell recruiting "from former eastern countries in Europe." A victim's T-visa application describes being:
The T-visa is reserved for victims of "severe forms of trafficking in persons" under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act. The victim's successful application means the US government formally recognized them as a trafficking victim. The forced plastic surgery detail is particularly disturbing — it demonstrates the level of physical control exercised over victims, who were treated as objects to be physically modified for the pleasure of their abusers.

All four AOL-connected individuals appear on the same Trilateral Commission membership list (EFTA01082667) alongside Joseph E. Robert Jr. (McLean, VA) — whose mansion was used as a trafficking pipeline location.
A separate diary entry (EFTA02731420) reveals additional names from the DC cluster:

A "Merrill, Pastor and Colgan Architects" firm in Vero Beach, Florida (near Epstein's Palm Beach house) wrote a letter in Epstein's files dated June 26, 2013 (EFTA01205013). This is likely a different Colgan. Independent diary analysts (Narativ, Feb 2026) identified the diary's "Mr. Colgan" as Charles J. Colgan, Virginia State Senator (1976–2016), who represented Prince William County — northern Virginia, immediately adjacent to McLean, VA where the Roberts trafficking mansion was located. Colgan was the longest-serving Virginia state senator in history. He died January 3, 2017. Victim attorney Jeanne Christensen (Wigdor LLP) emailed SDNY prosecutors in March 2024 (EFTA02731512) describing a clear trafficking pipeline:
"After this meeting — she then was taken to a McLean VA mansion owned by Joe Robert ('JER' companies) and GM and JE were there. JE gave her the once over and nod of approval — she was sent to PB shortly afterwards for the first time."
The victim had first met Maxwell in a hotel room where she was screened — undressed from the waist down, and Maxwell did "yucky" things. After this initial screening, the victim was taken to Roberts' McLean mansion where Epstein evaluated and approved her before she was sent to Palm Beach.

Same exact British lady from Clearwater was there! She talked to me all night. She wants me to come to her house in Florida so I can learn new things!"
The "British lady" is Ghislaine Maxwell. Roberts' wife's name "Jill" matches publicly known records: Joseph E. Robert Jr.'s wife was Jill Sorensen Robert. Roberts was founder of J.E. Robert Companies, a major McLean, VA real estate firm.
A separate diary entry (EFTA02731420) lists Roberts among perpetrators: "Mr. Mody. Mr. Robert. Mr. Sant. Mr. Ludwig. Mr. Cecchi. Mr. Mora. Mr. Goodlatte. Mr. Atkins are not who they say! Run run run!"
Eva Dubin (wife of Glenn Dubin) sent Roberts' contact information directly to Epstein (EFTA02443266, May 27, 2009), further connecting the Dubin family to the trafficking network.
The forensically verified victim diary (EFTA02731465) contains one of the most explosive single allegations in the entire EFTA corpus:
"I think I'm going to break! Why would they all allow Mr. Leonsis wait this long? Why would he bring a friend and make a video? I am so broken and the procedure was so painful and blood all over the sheets. I cant play this 'game' anymore."
This entry alleges that Ted Leonsis — AOL executive and owner of the Washington Capitals, Wizards, and Commanders — brought another person and recorded video of abuse. Only 5 documents in the entire EFTA corpus mention Leonsis — suggesting the relationship was kept deliberately off the written record, or contact was maintained through intermediaries. This is consistent with the pattern seen in other DC power figures involved in the network.
An email from Epstein to Ghislaine Maxwell (EFTA00577409) compares an unnamed person to Joe Robert:

A third document (EFTA00037683) references someone under a gag order being told to "shut her up" if she didn't go along with the whole "suicide" cover story, and that "she was arrested and murdered".
The FBI's case summary document (EFTA02730486) includes a detailed evidence inventory of items seized from Epstein's properties:

Jacobson's CRISPR gene editing research connects directly to Epstein's documented eugenics obsession. The victim diary elsewhere describes being an "incubator" for a "superior gene pool" and compares the program to "very Nazi like" practices.
The victim diary names "Mr. Conway" alongside Mr. Jacobson, Mr. Vradenberg, and Bill S. as people "who dont care if this happens!". Cross-referencing identifies John Horton Conway (1937-2020), the Princeton/Cambridge mathematician famous for the Game of Life.
Conway appears on approximately 54 Epstein seminar/science event guest lists alongside Marvin Minsky, Gerry Sussman, and Steven Wolfram — other scientists the victim diary also names:
The diary context is devastating: the victim describes a medical procedure with "blood all over the sheets" and names Conway as among those who were aware and did nothing. Conway died April 11, 2020 of COVID-19.
The diary's "Mr. vradenberg" is identified as George Vradenburg, Senior VP and General Counsel at AOL and then AOL Time Warner. The extremely rare surname makes misidentification virtually impossible — he is the only Vradenburg/Vradenberg in the entire 867,000-document corpus.
Critically, Vradenburg appears in the SAME diary entries as other AOL executives: Steve Case (AOL founder), Jim Kimsey (AOL co-founder), and Ted Leonsis (AOL executive). The diary elsewhere states: "That company does not protect kids! They use it to find us!" — accusing AOL of facilitating victim targeting.
The diary's "Mr. Ein" is identified as Mark Ein, Washington DC-based investor, founder of Venturehouse Group, former Carlyle Group partner, and owner of the Washington Kastles tennis team. He is the only person surnamed "Ein" in the entire corpus.

A scheduling email coordinates a young woman's movement between Epstein and Jarecki's locations:
"says she can come at 6:00 (you are to be at Jarecki's at 5:30 though?) also thinks she will be out of school earlier and can come earlier"
The reference to being "out of school" strongly suggests this individual was a student — possibly a minor. She was being coordinated to arrive at Epstein's location before he departed for Henry Jarecki's residence, suggesting she was expected at both locations. This is consistent with the pattern of rotating young women through multiple locations documented elsewhere.
Henry Jarecki owned Norman Island and Guana Island in the BVI, directly neighboring Epstein's Little Saint James. Epstein accused Jarecki of torturing girls (EFTA01854125: "you torture, and mistreat each" girl). Epstein's own notes show "34 girls" adjacent to "jarecki" (EFTA00645002).

From Epstein's Apple Notes (synced to Story Cowles's MacBook, EFTA01068342, dated March 2014):

Zorro Ranch is the same property where Epstein planned to "seed the human race" by impregnating 20 women simultaneously. Hope for Justice investigation memo (Aug 1, 2019): Victim "had been sexually trafficked when she was approximately 5 years old and again when she was 17 years old." At age 5-6, she was taken to Florida where she was trafficked. At 17, she was taken to the U.S. Virgin Islands where she was "sold" again.
The victim described being taken to "a room that looked like a horse stall that had short walls where she and other little girls were viewed and forced to have sex." A wheelchair-bound man in his 30s gave instructions to the other men as to what they should do to the girls.

Trafficking continued until she was 30, when she escaped with help from a Christian couple. States involved: KY, TN, TX, FL.
Virginia Giuffre's sworn statement: "I was very afraid of what he was going to do to me. I thought Epstein or one of his powerful friends might send someone to have me killed." She fled to Australia and did not return to the US for over 10 years (2002-2013), hiding from Epstein.
A contact of Jeanne Palfrey (the "DC Madam") wrote to FBI alleging Palfrey was murdered because she planned to release client names overlapping with Epstein's network. The contact stated Palfrey was "calling me frantic because she was being followed all day the day before she was found dead." Palfrey's mother "was scared whoever murdered her daughter would come back and shut her up."
FBI FD-302 interview (Aug 13, 2007): At age 14, victim was introduced to Epstein by a 17-year-old girl who said she could make $300 for a massage. When asked her age, victim "uttered 'four' and then said 17. Epstein responded by saying, 'so you are fourteen.'" Epstein told her "that they would not tell anyone."
On the first visit, the 14-year-old was seated on a couch while another girl and Epstein had sex on the massage table directly in front of her. "Epstein and [the girl] were looking at [victim] as they were having sex."
The victim went to Epstein's residence over 100 times for approximately three years beginning at age 14. Epstein touched her breasts and vagina, attempted to use a "massager" on her vagina. He progressively demanded clothing removal, offering an extra $100 to remove panties.
FBI interview (Nov 19, 2021, WebEx) of a former Epstein Palm Beach employee: The witness "understood that all the girls coming to give massages were 'school girls'" and had the "impression that all the girls coming for appointments were high school girls."
"Sometimes heard the girls talk about school... soccer games, time to go to classes" and "started seeing school girls at the PB house within a few days of when started working there."
Epstein received between 2 and 4 massages every day when in Palm Beach. The girls "were not professional, trained masseuses; they did not show up with equipment." This staff testimony corroborates the systematic nature of the abuse — not isolated incidents but a daily industrial-scale operation visible to all household staff.
Victim master allegations document: After abuse, Epstein told victim to come back "with her 14-, 15- and 16-year-old girlfriends." He said: "I love girls your age" and "I love how young you are. You have a tight butt like a baby."
Epstein also told her: "I would love for you to come with me to Thailand to pick up other girls your age" — and even "took preliminary steps" to take her there. This document also names victims Epstein was directed to have sex with, including: Prince Andrew (3 times), Glen Dubin, Bill Richardson, George Mitchell, Marvin Minsky, Jean-Luc Brunel, and Alan Dershowitz (at least 6 times, aged 16-19).
A former employee alleged Maxwell and Epstein "sexually abused her and her 15-year-old sister on two separate occasions." The employee saw "school-age girls" coming to Epstein's New York City home. This extends the pattern from Palm Beach to New York, confirming the multi-state trafficking operation.
In a deposition for the Jane Doe No. 2 case (SDFL Case No. 08-CIV-80119), a witness invoked the Fifth Amendment when asked about knowing John Brockman and being "photographed with Max Brockman at an Edge Science dinner." The very next question after the Brockman line was: "Did you escort those underage girls to the massage room where the defendant would enter and urge the girls to remove their clothes?" The Fifth Amendment protects against self-incrimination — its invocation in this context links the Edge Foundation dinners directly to trafficking allegations.
An FBI internal assessment (EFTA00154692) states: "No other victim described being directed by either Epstein or Maxwell to engage in sexual activity with any other men." Only one victim (Jane Doe #3, widely identified in press) made the comprehensive allegations about being directed to have sex with Prince Andrew, Alan Dershowitz, Jean-Luc Brunel, Glen Dubin, Bill Richardson, George Mitchell, and Marvin Minsky. The closest parallel: another victim described Epstein asking her to massage Harvey Weinstein, during which Weinstein asked her to remove her shirt; she refused and left.
However, the same FBI document reveals that in October 2019, a separate adult victim (not Jane Doe #3) was interviewed about Epstein directing her to massage Leon Black and Jes Staley. Leon Black "began initiating sexual contact" during the massage; the victim "ran out of the room." Jes Staley "forced her to touch his genitals and raped her" during a massage at Epstein's NY residence. When the victim complained about Staley to Epstein, he said "he left it to her and Staley to decide whether to engage in sex." The Manhattan DA's office subsequently "began looking into allegations against Leon Black." This independent account corroborates the core trafficking pattern even while the FBI noted only one victim made the broader allegations.
The 2015 Joinder Motion (SDFL) contains sworn allegations: "Epstein also trafficked Jane Doe #3 for sexual purposes to many other powerful men, including numerous prominent American politicians, powerful business executives, foreign presidents, a well-known Prime Minister, and other world leaders." The filing states Epstein's purpose in "lending" victims was "to ingratiate himself with them for business, personal, political, and financial gain, as well as to obtain potential blackmail information." Alan Dershowitz is specifically alleged to have "helped negotiate an agreement with a provision that provided protection for himself against criminal prosecution."
Perry Lang described massages as "a big part of EPSTEIN's life" that happened "several times a day". The people who came to massage were "mostly female... active women, college looking girls, some maybe older." He was required to sign an NDA before starting the job. Maxwell was controlling: "She tells PERRY LANG that he is not allowed to talk to the guests" and "it was almost like EPSTEIN had something on MAXWELL." After leaving in 2002, Perry Lang sent a 35-year-old massage therapist to Epstein as a thank-you. The therapist reported back that Epstein told her "he has a chest full of sex toys." Perry Lang was named in the sworn victim interrogatory (EFTA00727684) as having "Knowledge of finances and defendant's sexual desire for minor girls."
An FBI internal memorandum (EFTA00172840) describes David Copperfield's systematic predation in extraordinary detail: "trained his employees to identify young females (teens to early twenties)...notebook that instructed them how to provide Copperfield with females...whether he had sex with them...drugged some of the females...Epstein's name came up a number of times...very close relationship." This describes an organized operation — employees with written instructions, a tracking system for victims, and drugging. A separate FBI document (EFTA00214918) calls Copperfield "Epstein's favorite cohort" and notes he "spoke with the girls at Epstein's home" and that "backstage passes were a favorite birthday gift for Epstein to give the girls." Two victims were shared between the Copperfield and Epstein investigations (EFTA01718506).
Al Seckel — married to Isabel Maxwell (Ghislaine's sister) — organized the "Mindshift" conference on Epstein's island, January 7-11, 2011 (EFTA02421166). Attendees included Nobel laureate Murray Gell-Mann, Nathan Myhrvold (Microsoft CTO), Frances Arnold (later Nobel Prize 2018), Gerald Sussman (MIT), Christof Koch (neuroscientist), Brock Pierce (cryptocurrency pioneer, previously involved in DEN child actor scandal), and Governor Bill Richardson — who was picked up from Richard Branson's Necker Island to attend (EFTA00901606). Epstein insisted on excluding spouses from the island event: "you know how i feel about spouses." George Church and Martin Nowak were also photographed on the island (EFTA02317984). Seckel's deposition was subpoenaed in a victim lawsuit but quashed by Epstein's lawyers, preventing his testimony.
Sandy Berger, Clinton's National Security Advisor (1997-2001), is named in the sworn victim interrogatory (EFTA00727684) as having "Knowledge of finances and defendant's sexual desire for minor girls." Flight logs confirm Berger flew on Epstein's aircraft. In a deposition (EFTA01246832), the Fifth Amendment was invoked about the Epstein-Berger relationship — notably, this question appeared in sequence between questions about Jean-Luc Brunel bringing minors and Alan Dershowitz, suggesting the interrogator viewed the Berger relationship as comparable in significance. Berger was separately convicted in 2005 of stealing classified documents from the National Archives (stuffing them in his socks and pants), receiving a plea deal with community service. He died in December 2015.
Todd Meister, a financier briefly married to Nicky Hilton, appears in 1,627 documents in the Epstein corpus — one of the largest presences for any non-core figure. He visited Epstein's island on October 2, 2012 (helicopter pickup arranged), had regular visits to the NY townhouse 2012-2013, and organized quantitative finance meetings for Epstein alongside Nicole Junkermann. His deposition was subpoenaed in a victim lawsuit (EFTA00723217) but was subsequently cancelled. He is named in the victim interrogatory (EFTA00727684) as having "Knowledge of defendant's sexual desire for minor girls." His father Bob/Robert Meister (~20 docs) was a Deutsche Bank client alongside Epstein, connected to Faith Kates/model agency via Ed Razek. Bob Meister's deposition was also subpoenaed alongside Todd's (also cancelled). Bob Meister turned "openly hostile" toward Epstein by 2017.
A victim's attorney reported that video of trafficking abuse involving the victim was circulating on a "disgusting sex site" as recently as 2024 (EFTA02731515). The attorney states a Leon Black associate was involved. This means the surveillance footage from Epstein's properties — which victims, staff, and investigators all confirmed existed — was not merely blackmail material but is now being distributed as CSAM. VHS tapes from the 2006 raid were 6 hours each at extended play (EFTA00021759). Three mini-VHS tapes were classified under Protective Order for the Maxwell trial.
An FBI interview (EFTA01248273) describes a victim being flown to Los Angeles by Epstein — "told her it was for her and the girls" — then sent to the Beverly Hills Hotel: "A woman who worked at the hotel took her to a presidential suite. She met a man named GEORGE MITCHELL inside of this room. She did not know who he was but just knew he was a friend of EPSTEIN's. As she met him in the room he was on the phone with EPSTEIN." Mitchell told the victim "she would be staying with him in this room." After going for a walk and dinner: "MITCHELL asked for a massage. He then asked for a blow job and sex so she complied. [She] did what she was told." This describes a complete trafficking pattern: Epstein arranged travel, a hotel employee facilitated delivery, Mitchell was on the phone with Epstein confirming the arrangement, and the victim complied because she was under Epstein's control. Court filings separately state the victim was "directed to have sex with friends of Ms Maxwell and Mr Epstein, including Glenn Dubin, Les Wexner, Ehud Barak, former Senator George Mitchell and Stephen Kosslyn" (EFTA00653926). The forensically verified victim diary describes Mitchell as: "old senators like George Mitchell who you think would be good like a grandpa are bad" (EFTA02731465).
Mitchell had regular scheduled appointments at Epstein's townhouse — multiple scheduling emails show "10:30am Appt w/Senator George Mitchell" during November 2013 alone (EFTA00380302, EFTA00380151, EFTA00675999). Epstein proposed forming a consulting company featuring "tony blair, george mitchell, senior advisors of international reputation" (EFTA00773390). Mitchell appeared on Epstein's categorized contact list in the same category as Ehud Barak, Tony Blair, Larry Summers, and Bloomberg (EFTA00770066). Ghislaine Maxwell and Peter Mandelson discussed Mitchell — Mandelson asked "What about George Mitchell?" in a June 2002 email (EFTA00579729). Mitchell was on the January 2012 call list alongside Leon Black and Bill Richardson (EFTA00422219). Victim deposition testimony directly names him: "It was senators. It was Senator Mitchell. George Mitchell. It was Prince Andrew" (EFTA00157548).
JPMorgan Chase records (EFTA01583819) reveal that Jeffrey Epstein served as TRUSTEE of "THE JAMES E CAYNE TRUST NO S UAD 12/27/04" — giving Epstein legal control over the former Bear Stearns CEO's trust assets. Simultaneously, Cayne was named executor of Epstein's will in 2003 codicils (EFTA00089546): "I appoint HENRY JARECKI and JAMES CAYNE as Executors of this will." This reciprocal fiduciary relationship is the deepest form of mutual trust documented in the corpus. Epstein's office file cabinet physically contained "ESTATE PLAN JAMES CAYNE" (EFTA00299927) alongside Leon Black's estate documents, Woody Allen's family passports, and Boris Nikolic's health care proxy. A victim swore under oath that Cayne had "Knowledge of finances and defendant's sexual desire for minor girls" (EFTA00727684). Cayne was listed in Epstein's highest-priority call tier: "Is there anyone that I should immediately try to connect you to now? It used to be Wexner, Ace Greenberg, Jimmy Cayne" (EFTA00409722).
A May 8, 2018 email to self (EFTA01742815) — 14 months before Epstein's arrest — has the subject line: "dersh, jes, ian, ghis, forrrester cayne" — grouping Cayne with Dershowitz, Jes Staley, Ghislaine Maxwell, and Sarah Kellen (Forrester). The body mentions "massage," "jean luc" (Brunel), island properties, and virtually every major name in the network. Cayne maintained regular phone contact 2010-2018 via assistant Suzette, with dozens of scheduling emails documenting calls. He provided a sworn affidavit supporting Epstein in February 2010 (EFTA00722209) — post-conviction. He publicly endorsed Epstein's science website (EFTA00905799) and allowed his endorsement quote to be circulated by Al Seckel for reputation management (EFTA00754348). Ghislaine Maxwell forwarded Cayne's own $2M sexual harassment payout story to Epstein (EFTA00774399) — suggesting shared intelligence on vulnerabilities.
A January 2010 email from a Palm Beach real estate broker (Fite Shavell & Associates) to Epstein (EFTA00764574), with subject line "Dan Snyder", states: "Hello after much work I was finally able to get Dan's number thank you so very much for the referral." A preceding December 2009 email (EFTA00767027) from the same broker — after an in-person meeting with Epstein — asks: "I will try and contact Mr. Dan Snyder today, should you have a good number for me to reach him at this would be helpful." This proves Epstein was personally brokering introductions for Snyder in Palm Beach — the epicenter of Epstein's trafficking operation — after his 2008 conviction. Dan Snyder was separately a Deutsche Bank Wealth Management client ($2.1B net worth, EFTA01475859) managed by the same team (Stewart Oldfield) that handled Epstein's accounts. Deutsche Bank was pursuing "boat loan, stadium financing, rates hedging" and a $25M managed investment mandate for Snyder (EFTA01472840). The forensically verified victim diary (Dataset 12) states: "Dan Snyder is a pig!" TMZ circulated a rumor of Snyder's arrest in the Epstein/Maxwell case that reached SDNY prosecutors (EFTA00102503).
Philip Levine to Ghislaine: Responds "Beauty and the beast..." to Maxwell's photo attachment (EFTA00578702, Dec 2002)
The phrase "what character would you like next" implies a MENU of women identified by Disney character code names that could be selected. "One side is available" suggests one of the two characters (Beauty or Beast) is a specific person who can be sent. This is corroborated by:
The victim diary also confirms Staley physically abused victims ("left bloody marks on my arms from his belt"). Multiple victims independently described Epstein's library as looking like "the library from Beauty and the Beast" in FBI interviews (EFTA00096196, EFTA01246975, EFTA02731039) — the fairy tale world was a deliberate aesthetic.
In his February 2010 deposition (EFTA00182657), when asked directly under oath: "Is it your intent to interact sexually with minors in the future?" — Epstein invoked his Fifth Amendment rights.
An innocent person could simply answer "no." His refusal to deny future intent to abuse children is one of the most damning moments in the entire EFTA corpus. Similarly, when asked "Have you interacted sexually with any underage minors in the last year while on house arrest or work release from jail?" — he again invoked the Fifth. Throughout approximately 25 Fifth Amendment invocations, Epstein used a rehearsed formula: "I'd like to answer that question. However, my counsel has advised me that I must assert my 14th Amendment, 6th Amendment, and 5th Amendment rights."
He then attempted to recharacterize his guilty plea: "I'm saying I pled guilty to the solicitation of prostitution." Then: "Not underage prostitution, simply prostitution." The attorney immediately corrected him: "I was of the impression that you plead guilty to a second-degree felony, that being procuring a minor for the purposes of prostitution." When pressed on who the minor was, Epstein claimed he was "never told" who the victim was — yet moments later demonstrated detailed knowledge of her FBI statement versus her deposition testimony, contradicting his claimed ignorance.
In the same 2010 deposition (EFTA00182657), the attorney stated on the record that victim Tatum Miller — abused from ages 13 to 16 while Epstein was ages 50 to 52 — was:
"Coerced into recruiting other underage minor females, roughly 50 or so more."
Epstein did not deny this allegation. This documents the pyramid recruitment scheme where victims were systematically coerced into bringing additional minors into the network.
The attorney also revealed that an investigator had located a former house manager at an Epstein property in California: "He teared up and said, 'I was hoping to forget everything I saw.'" This suggests abuse occurred at properties beyond Palm Beach and New York, including California. The deposition also confirmed Epstein retained and paid for attorneys to represent his witnesses, including housekeeper Luella Rabollo — a pattern of controlling witness testimony through financial dependency.
Documents from the Epstein JPM Fund (the JPMorgan Chase victim settlement fund) reveal individual victim settlements of $1,000,000.
EFTA00037088 (Jan 19, 2024) — Marsh Law Firm letter to a victim:
"As you know, we are receiving compensation from the Epstein JPM Fund on your behalf... Gross Settlement Amount: $1,000,000.00. Less Fees and Costs Billed to You: $75,000.00. Net Disbursement to You: $925,000.00"
The law firm advises the settlement may be treated as "damages received on account of personal physical injury" and therefore potentially not subject to federal income tax, though noting "the law on this issue is unclear."
This document provides concrete evidence of JPMorgan's financial liability for enabling Epstein's crimes. The bank established this settlement fund as part of its resolution with victims, acknowledging its role in facilitating Epstein's financial infrastructure. JPMorgan's own SAR (EFTA01648787) documented 4,725 suspicious wire transactions totaling $1.08 billion through Epstein-linked accounts.
The Epstein Victims' Compensation Fund materials were subject to a protective order in the Maxwell trial (EFTA00009654, Nov 2021, Judge Alison Nathan) due to privacy concerns.
Grand jury testimony (March 29, 2021) in the Maxwell case (EFTA00008744):
"Maxwell offered to get her a passport so she would be able to travel."
The victim "had told her that she was 14 years old."
This demonstrates Maxwell's active facilitation of international trafficking — offering travel documents to a child she knew was 14, enabling transport across borders for exploitation.
An FBI victim interview (EFTA00153851) reveals that a victim was brought by David Blaine to a dinner at Epstein's Manhattan townhouse where 'There was a big dinner there with NAOMI CAMPBELL present.' The victim was subsequently trafficked to Epstein's island, New Mexico, and Palm Beach, where she was sexually assaulted during massages.
Separate documents show an 11-year relationship (2005-2016) continuing well after Epstein's conviction. Campbell used Epstein as a conduit to Les Wexner's Victoria's Secret (April 2005 phone log: 'regarding my swimsuit line. For a meeting with VS'). In January 2016, she demanded his private jet for a NY-Miami flight, calling back twice when told it was unavailable. Epstein ordered pilot Larry Visoski to charter a plane for her. Paris meetings were coordinated through Sarah Kellen (2009-2011).
In a January 18, 2015 email to attorney Martin Weinberg (EFTA00866258), Epstein discussed his legal strategy against Virginia Roberts Giuffre, revealing his awareness of her prior trafficking history:
"now that vr is claiming I need 7 girls a day some as old as 12. it should get easier for alan to show nuts. she worked as an escort for ron eppinger in 97. two women busted with him for trafficking hes dead, lived in a drug home, claimed sex assaults. arrested for stealing."
Epstein then stated: "we know nothing of this."
This email is significant because it shows Epstein knew about Giuffre's prior trafficking by Ron Eppinger (a convicted sex trafficker) — and planned to use her prior victimization to discredit her. The claim "we know nothing of this" was a transparent lie: Epstein's own 2011 emails show him researching Eppinger's criminal record four years earlier.
He also referenced "tony figueroa the boyfriend, could either support or destroy her story" — referring to Figueroa, who was himself a recruiter of girls for Epstein.
The FBI case briefing (EFTA00164939) contains a victim statement about Howard Lutnick (now Commerce Secretary):
"Lutnick made his money through Ponzi schemes and money laundering. Lutnick and Epstein were neighbors and Epstein sold Lutnick a home for $10 which was then sold for millions."
This is recorded in the FBI's "PROMINENT NAMES" section alongside victim statements about Trump, Black, Staley, and others. Lutnick publicly claimed in October 2025 that "I was never in the room with him socially, for business or even philanthropy." Under Senate questioning in February 2026, he admitted meeting Epstein at least twice post-conviction.
Note: This is a single-source victim statement and the financial allegations about Ponzi schemes and money laundering are unverified. The $10 property sale is potentially verifiable through public records.
Bradley Edwards, the primary attorney representing Epstein's victims, was the target of a coordinated smear campaign by Epstein's defense team. Michael Wolff (media advisor to Epstein) asked: "Can we push this more to indicate Edwards gets money not the girls?" — attempting to frame the victims' attorney as financially motivated rather than advocate for justice.
Edwards filed the landmark Crime Victims' Rights Act (CVRA) petition on July 7, 2008, challenging the secret Non-Prosecution Agreement — one of the longest-running CVRA cases in federal history. He represented multiple victims including "Jane Doe 1" (Courtney Wild) through years of federal litigation.
Despite the smear campaign, Edwards continued representing victims through the Maxwell trial (2021 Rule 412 filings) and his firm Edwards Pottinger LLC coordinated victim interviews with the government as late as July 2020. He documented the full case history in Relentless Pursuit.
Dr. Jess Ting, a plastic and reconstructive surgeon at Mount Sinai, performed surgery on women described as Epstein's "assistants" and was on Epstein's emergency medical contacts list (EFTA00304515).
On November 18, 2016, Dr. Ting performed surgery on "Yulia", one of Epstein's "assistants." The billing was handled through Epstein's office — Lesley Groff facilitated payment of the outstanding invoice, promising "you will get paid! promise!" (EFTA00443662). Separately, Groff arranged for another "assistant" to see Dr. Ting for cyst removal on her face (EFTA00439430).
This pattern connects to a trafficking victim's T-visa application (EFTA00173740), where the FBI documented a victim of "severe form of trafficking" who was forced to undergo plastic surgery. The FBI New York Field Office certified the victim's continued presence for an active investigation. While there is no direct evidence linking Dr. Ting to forced procedures, the pattern of Epstein paying for cosmetic surgery on young "assistants" through his staff parallels the trafficking victim's account of being made to undergo plastic surgery.
Dr. Ting also evaluated Epstein's lipoma (Dec 2016), with his sister-in-law at Memorial Sloan Kettering reviewing the MRI. He escalated urgency about liposarcoma risk, but Epstein cancelled the surgery in March 2017 (EFTA00440340, EFTA00445331, EFTA00446267).
Marie Villafaña, the Assistant U.S. Attorney who served as line prosecutor in the Epstein case, drafted a 53-page federal indictment on sex trafficking charges that was never filed due to the Non-Prosecution Agreement. The indictment represented the culmination of a serious federal investigation that was derailed by Epstein's defense team going over Villafaña's head to her superiors.
On September 13, 2007, Villafaña emailed defense counsel that she was "spending some quality time with Title 18 looking for misdemeanors" — suggesting she was being pressured to reduce charges from felonies to misdemeanors (EFTA00014065). Three days later, she proposed meeting defense attorneys "off campus" during NPA negotiations — unusual for federal prosecutors.
Villafaña had secured pro bono CVRA counsel for Jane Doe #1 by contacting the National Crime Victims' Law Institute (EFTA00013926) — showing she was trying to protect victims' rights even as the deal was being negotiated. But two days after the NPA was signed, she asked Epstein's lawyer for "marching orders" on what to tell victims — the defense team, not the prosecution, was dictating victim communication.
The OPR (Office of Professional Responsibility) investigation later found that Villafaña was overruled by U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta after Epstein's defense attorneys — including Ken Starr, Jay Lefkowitz, and Alan Dershowitz — went directly to DOJ leadership.
On June 15, 2015, Jeffrey Epstein emailed Hollywood producer Barry Josephson proposing "a fictionalized account of what happens to people falsely accused" — a film designed to discredit his victims. Epstein outlined the concept: "locations are easy, jets yachts. islands. mansion... few willing to stand up and say that these girls are liars. simple."
Josephson immediately engaged, offering to produce it through his WGA-signatory company: "I could do it where nobody knew it was you." He referenced the film Absence of Malice (about false accusations destroying a life), reinforcing the framing of Epstein as the real victim.
Epstein then described the format — a mockumentary he called "the blair bitch project": "fake detectives, hidden videos of girls scheming to get rich" — depicting victims as gold-diggers conspiring with lawyers. He explicitly named his targets: "could be a fake tell all... filmed by one of the girls... goes to see lawyer, he tells he what she needs to say. janice dickenson like? or virgina roberts?"
Virginia Roberts (now Giuffre) was at this time actively pursuing civil litigation against Epstein. Josephson endorsed the approach: "ya, very much told from that point of view. Like clips the girl puts together."
Deutsche Bank records confirm a 00,000 wire to "Barry Jay Josephson" on November 13, 2013 (EFTA00027019). A year after this email, Josephson was still attacking victims: "All of these authors are whores for headlines!... the girl who lied and deceived to make a quick buck" (EFTA00666366).
In 2014, while pursuing her case against Epstein with attorney Brad Edwards, Virginia Giuffre (identified in documents as Jane Doe 102) undertook a painful effort to reconstruct the timeline of her prior trafficking by Ronald Eppinger. A series of emails shows her reaching out to law enforcement contacts for records that could corroborate her account.
July 18, 2014 — Giuffre wrote to a contact: "I remember you saying you we're familiar w the Ron Eppinger case and knew someone from the inside that personally was there at the time. I'm not going after Eppinger, just putting together pieces of a puzzle that's not so nice to remember" (EFTA01660400). She noted Eppinger was "arrested in 01' for illegally transporting women from Czech Republic and soliciting them for prostitution" and referenced "Charlie's place (club owner of hot chocolates bar & restaurant in Ft.Lauderdale)" where she had been housed.
August 22, 2014 — Giuffre reported hitting a dead end: "I have finally got through to the sergeant at Wilton Manors and he does not have any records on me ever or Ron Eppinger or the guy that I was picked up with supposedly named Charlie" (EFTA01660398). She speculated records may have been "destroyed being a minor or some other legality."
Earlier, on April 15, 2014, Giuffre had emailed FBI agent "Jason" at the Miami field office requesting "photos and/or video recordings released by the FBI to assist our case further in proving how much pedophilia occurred by Jeffrey and the many other monsters he obliged w underage girls" (EFTA00209896). She mentioned her attorney Brad Edwards and wanting "this BS non-prosecution agreement thrown out."
These emails are significant because they show Giuffre actively trying to document her own trafficking history — the same history that Epstein and Maxwell were simultaneously weaponizing to discredit her. While Epstein emailed his PI "ron eppinger was her pimp... she is totally full of shit" (EFTA00906588), the victim herself was desperately trying to reconstruct what happened to her as a child.
A June 2021 email from attorney Jeanne Christensen to DOJ shows the scope of the Leon Black investigation: "I made some progress on one of the women that allegedly had a relationship with Leon Black for whom he helped start an art gallery." The email includes the woman's cell phone number, art gallery business records (now dissolved), and current contact information. This demonstrates prosecutors and victim attorneys were actively investigating multiple women connected to Black beyond the known rape victims.
A separate 32-page diary (EFTA02731433) contains handwritten coded messages using a rail fence cipher, collaged magazine clippings, childhood letters, and Sylvia Plath poems. Decoded entries reference "Jeffrey" multiple times, yachts, and include phrases like "Her tow Jeffrey r eni" and clippings about "Charles, 32, courts his teen queen" and quotes from Ivana Trump. The diary includes a page titled "Stopped Dead" with underlined words "Uncle, pants factory Fatso, millionaire" — similar language to other victim diaries referencing Leon Black.
In a deposition, when asked "Do you know Actor Kevin Spacey?", Epstein invoked his Fifth Amendment rights rather than answer. The same letter to prosecutors notes that "Andrew, Mandelson and Spacey had social or professional connexions with each other in England."
In a 227-page deposition of Larry Visoski (Epstein's pilot), attorney Brad Edwards asks about Bill Clinton's flights on Epstein's Boeing 727 (N908JE). Visoski confirms: "obviously you had Bill Clinton on the airplane ten or twenty times". The deposition discusses a February 9, 2002 flight with "Bill Clinton, four Secret Service agents" and references Doug Band (Clinton's assistant) introducing Clinton and Epstein.

In the victim diary forensically examined by the DOJ (no evidence of fabrication found), the victim writes: "Both he and Larry Summers are fucking disgusting! Hope no relation to Tracy! I guess it is a royal thing. Gross! Andrew is like his brother in this way!" This refers to Prince Andrew. Allegations against Andrew were previously reported in the Virginia Giuffre case.

Victim testimony at age 15:
"She says she was 'nervous and scared and wanted to leave' once she got to Epstein's spa room. 'I thought, I can't call my dad or my mom because I'm stuck in this situation and didn't know what to do. I really didn't know what this man was capable of. For a long time, I felt like it was my fault and that's exactly what he wanted me to feel.'"
Multiple emails show Epstein acting as intermediary between Church and Boris Nikolic, Bill Gates' personal science advisor:
'im going to see george church today. what do you need me to do' — Epstein to Nikolic, June 4, 2015
This wasn't a one-off — the same email chain appears in at least 8 different document copies, and Nikolic replied substantively. Epstein positioned himself as the essential connector between Harvard's top geneticist and Gates' inner circle, creating leverage over both.
Maxwell asks Epstein how old a victim was when she started working for him. Epstein responds calculating the statute of limitations: "she didn't work until 99 and left in 2002, the statue of limitation is six years"
Maxwell pushes back: "I'm not thinking of statute of limitations..how old was she in 99 then?"
Epstein replies: "17"
Maxwell then dismisses the victim's lawsuit: "Why would they put a law suit together w/such easily verifiable facts that just make it, her, and the lawyer look terrible... I know it's all lies anyway + tying to bribe you for money"
This email chain shows: (1) Epstein confirming a victim was 17 when she started "working" for him, (2) Epstein's first instinct was to calculate statute of limitations, (3) Maxwell dismissing the victim's claims as "lies" and "bribe" while simultaneously asking the victim's age — awareness of the underage issue, (4) Both coordinating a legal strategy about a minor victim.
A victim told the FBI that Epstein was "well aware of her age". She told him she was "seventeen, but getting close to eighteen." Epstein wished her a happy 18th birthday before the actual date — confirming he tracked her age.
The victim stated she and Epstein "had sexual intercourse on one occasion, when she was seventeen." Epstein also "frequently used a large vibrator/massager directly on her vagina" before her 18th birthday.
Grooming pattern: Epstein gave her Victoria's Secret underwear/bras and an Olympic digital camera with a photography book — consistent with the documented grooming pattern across many victims.
Recruitment mechanism: A personal assistant would call from New York to say they were traveling to Palm Beach and ask if she was "available to work" — "work" meaning massages that included sexual activity. Prior to her 18th birthday, Epstein also invited her into group sexual activity with himself and another person.
A victim stated that Epstein and Maxwell "refused, threatening to hurt her, hurt her family, and burn all of her artwork. They told her they were connected to important people and bad things would happen to her if she did or said anything."
Maxwell specifically threatened: "one night while she would be walking in a New York City park or near the West Side Highway, someone would silently come up behind her and she would be maimed or killed."
Court document states: "defendant asked A.H. how old she was, and she said she was 16; defendant told her not to tell anyone her real age"
This proves: (1) Epstein directly asked victims' ages, (2) When told a girl was 16, he did not stop — he told her to conceal her age, (3) This demonstrates knowing, deliberate exploitation of a minor with active concealment of the crime.
An associate asks Epstein: "So I just ask them directly for a threesome even when I am not with a guy?"
Epstein responds: "of 12, you are ok"
This shows Epstein actively coaching associates on soliciting sexual encounters, treating it as a numbers game. The FBI confirmed that "4-5 victims accused other adult women to have taken part in sexual abuse (threesomes with the minor)" (EFTA00164897), and attorney Edwards stated "She engaged in threesomes with various underage girls" regarding Maxwell (EFTA00771201).
A victim stated she was "handed over to put me to work at an escort service on E. 63rd" run by "Susan Davis who sent me to a group sex party the owner, her boyfriend Jeffrey was hosting. There were two other girls my age or younger."
This testimony describes: (1) An escort service physically located near Epstein's townhouse used as a trafficking conduit, (2) Multiple underage girls present at the same event, (3) A named operator ("Susan Davis") running the service, (4) Direct connection between the escort service and Epstein as "the owner, her boyfriend."
Police evidence: Palm Beach police found "two hidden cameras" — specifically two covert cameras hidden inside clocks and a camera behind Epstein's desk — along with "photographs of underage girls on a computer" during their search (EFTA00601091, EFTA00264995; Palm Beach PD Probable Cause Affidavit).
Evidence removal: By a later search, "most of Epstein's computer hard drives, surveillance cameras and videos had been removed from the house, leaving loose, dangling wires" (EFTA00798522). Separately: "surveillance cameras were found, but they were disconnected and the videotapes were gone" (EFTA00191264).
Victim testimony: A victim stated that "Mr Epstein's residences in Florida and New York had surveillance cameras that taped the sex sessions and taped [victim] even in the bathroom" (EFTA00653926). The same statement adds that "Ms Maxwell and Mr Epstein arranged for Ehud Barak to have sex with several girls."
OPR finding: The DOJ's own Office of Professional Responsibility draft included: "investigators were aware Epstein used hidden cameras in his New York residence to record his sexual encounters" (EFTA00077309).
Epstein himself: In a December 2010 email, Epstein asked: "could/should we get some digital recording device? i have a couple" (EFTA01829129) — confirming he possessed recording devices.
Blackmail purpose: Court documents state: "Epstein installed concealed cameras in numerous places on his properties to allegedly record sexual activity with underage girls by prominent people for criminal purposes such as blackmail" (EFTA00261990).
The FBI CID summary's claim that "searches did not reveal any cameras" is contradicted by Palm Beach police finding two hidden cameras, the OPR's own finding that investigators knew about hidden cameras, victim testimony about being recorded, and physical evidence that cameras were removed before later searches ("loose, dangling wires"). This contradiction raises serious questions about the completeness of the FBI's 2024 review.
Maxwell trial defense cross-examination preparation (EFTA00093476) reveals a victim testified that clocks in the massage room contained hidden cameras. The defense strategy was to use this claim to undermine the victim's overall credibility:
"You are certain that the clocks in the massage room had cameras, right?
So if no camera in clocks, your memory can't be trusted, right?"
This victim began visiting Epstein's Palm Beach home at age 14 and testified to over 100 visits. Her testimony about cameras in clocks corroborates:
Virginia Roberts describes Jean-Luc Brunel bringing Epstein a "birthday present" of three 12-year-old sisters from France. She states the girls were "so young and so scared" and that Epstein abused them. This allegation about 12-year-old sisters has been consistent across Roberts' testimony in multiple legal proceedings and was referenced in prosecution filings. Brunel was found dead in his Paris prison cell in February 2022, officially ruled a suicide.
The victim diary entry reads: "Mr. Conway Mr. vradenberg and Bill s. All of them who dont care if this happens!" This naming occurs in the same diary that separately accuses AOL of facilitating victim targeting: "That company does not protect kids! They use it to find us!"
George Vradenburg was chief counsel at America Online — the same company the victim accused. Other AOL executives named in the same diary: Steve Case (AOL founder), Jim Kimsey (AOL co-founder), and Ted Leonsis (AOL executive, accused of "bring a friend and make a video").
Vradenburg is a Council on Foreign Relations member and Washington DC philanthropist (chairman of the Phillips Collection board). His DC location is consistent with the Joe Robert McLean mansion trafficking site. The diary spelling "Vradenberg" is a phonetic approximation of the actual surname "Vradenburg" — consistent with a victim hearing rather than reading the name.
The diary reads: "Mr. Rails and Mr. Ein [clipping: blood on their hands] but so does Jeffrey and Mr. Jacobson. Mr. Conway Mr. vradenberg and Bill s. All of them who dont care if this happens!"
Cross-referencing rare surnames with the EFTA corpus, public records, and social networks of other named individuals produces the following probable identifications:
"Mr. Vradenberg" = George Vradenburg — Chief Counsel/SVP of AOL (1997-2002). See dedicated section. The same diary pages accuse AOL: "That company does not protect kids! They use it to find us!" Extremely rare surname makes misidentification virtually impossible. CFR member.
"Mr. Rails" = Mitchell Rales (probable) — DC billionaire, co-founder of Danaher Corporation ($170B+ market cap). Phonetic match: handwritten "Rails" matches spoken "Rales." Found in Scaramucci email (EFTA00667905) forwarded to Epstein, listed alongside Dan Snyder endorsers — Snyder is separately named in the same diary ("Dan Snyder is a pig!").
"Mr. Ein" = Mark Ein (probable) — DC venture capitalist, former Carlyle Group partner, founder of Venturehouse Group. Appears in 6 EFTA documents including Deutsche Bank SPAC materials for his Capitol Acquisition Corp III ($325M IPO) in Epstein's banking files (EFTA01369719, EFTA01414378). DC sports figure (Washington Kastles tennis) like other diary names Snyder and Leonsis.
"Mr. Conway" = William Conway Jr. (possible) — Co-founder of Carlyle Group. 120 documents mention Conway in EFTA corpus. Notably, Conway sold the historic Merrywood estate to Steve Case (AOL founder, also named in the same diary). DC-based billionaire.
"Bill s." = unidentified — Partial name, possibly Bill Simon, Bill Salomon, or other "Bill S." in Epstein's circle. Insufficient evidence to identify.
The geographic pattern is striking: all identified individuals are DC-area power figures. The diary also references DC locations ("in NY, in DC, at the vineyard") and other DC figures (Dan Snyder, Ted Leonsis, George Mitchell, Steve Case, Jim Kimsey). This suggests a coherent Washington social circuit connected to Epstein through overlapping business, political, and sports networks.
A victim/witness statement documented in SDNY files describes abuse that "started when she was on Wexner's estate". Maxwell's role is described as being instructed to "go get girls for Jeffrey", and Maxwell referred to the victims as "nubiles" — a term meaning sexually attractive young girls (EFTA00076608).
The same statement documents Maxwell issuing death threats: "We're going to burn all your art" and telling the witness to "be really careful because there are a lot of ways to die there". Maxwell also allegedly stole nude photographs of the witness's 12-year-old sister.
The statement also describes violent sexual assault by both Epstein and Maxwell — groping, assault, and barricading in a room. The witness expressed anger that "no victims were offered witness protection" in the Florida case and that the FBI "interviewed her sister but not her."
A victim described Epstein's absolute power over her: "Mary believed that was true, that Epstein could make her disappear. She felt he had total control to help her dreams come true, or to make her disappear." (EFTA00066988).
This testimony reveals the dual mechanism of Epstein's control: the promise of opportunity (modeling careers, education, connections) combined with the threat of violence or disappearance. The same mechanism — hope and fear — appears repeatedly in victim accounts across the EFTA corpus.
One victim states: "randy bowie was ordered to kill me" — describing Bowie as a "sharp shooter" (EFTA00097901, EFTA00068892). The same victim says her ordeal "started when she was on Wexner's estate" and claims "He never in a trillion years would have taken his own life. He was an intelligence asset."
A second victim independently states: "I was ASSAULTED AGAINST MY WILL after being held captive months by sharp shooter RANDY BOWIE" (EFTA01652966, May 2025). This victim distinguishes her experience from consensual encounters, describing captivity and assault.
FedEx records independently corroborate: Shipping records from December 2003 show Randy Bowie receiving packages connected to both Jeffrey E. Epstein (457 Madison Ave) and The Limited Inc — Les Wexner's company (EFTA01316656, EFTA00218217). A signature "R,BOWIE" appears on delivery receipts (EFTA01259813).
The second victim provides chilling detail about Wexner's New Albany compound: "The authorities in Ohio (911) NEW ALBANY SHERIFF dept hung up on me. When I called again, 'We work for WEXNER and the sheriff is at the gate.' The sharp shooter body guard terrorized me and promised my death, 'YOU ARE NEVER LEAVING!!!'" (EFTA01652864). This suggests local law enforcement in New Albany was compromised by Wexner's influence.
The first victim's claims were sent to SDNY US Attorney Geoffrey Berman, who dismissed them: "She has obviously lost it" (EFTA00097901). However, the FedEx records, independent second victim corroboration, and the specific New Albany/Wexner compound detail suggest Bowie's role as an enforcer warrants investigation.
Lesley Groff emails Rich Kahn and Bella Klein (January 18, 2017): "Jeffrey has asked that James wipe clean [redacted]'s old computer and then we sent to [redacted] in Barcelona" (EFTA00501483, EFTA00501484). "James" is from Personal Genius (personalgenius.us), Epstein's IT service, who confirms: "Great, I'll see you at 5PM."
The pattern — wipe a computer clean, then ship it overseas — is consistent with evidence destruction. This occurred in January 2017, after Epstein's 2008 conviction and well before the July 2019 SDNY arrest. Combined with Rodriguez's testimony about the New Albany IT technician erasing hard drives, this shows a systematic pattern of digital evidence destruction spanning years.
A Notice of Claim filed against the FBI states: "Maxwell actively put together what she called a 'modeling book' containing photographs of young girls and boys in various stages of undress. Maxwell kept the 'modeling book' in Epstein's safe." (EFTA00143419).
The same filing documents Maxwell's street recruiting: "Maxwell would direct the driver to stop the car so that she could 'go get girls' for Epstein."
When a victim confronted them about stolen photographs (including images of her then-underage partially dressed sister), Epstein and Maxwell "refused, threatening to hurt her, hurt her family, and burn all of her artwork. They told her they were connected to important people and bad things would happen to her."
As retaliation, when the victim returned to New York, "her apartment had been painted black and most of her furniture was missing". The victim had reported the conspiracy to the FBI on August 29, 1996 — the FBI "flatly ignored" it for nearly 25 years.
FBI 302 interview (EFTA00269967) records a victim stating she met famous people while with Epstein: "She met BILL CLINTON and AL GORE and TIPPER GORE at EPSTEIN's private island. [Victim] did not engage in sexual activity with CLINTON or GORE."
Virginia Roberts' manuscript (EFTA01072646) provides additional context: "I met famous friends of his such as Al Gore and Heidi Klum and Naomi Campbell. He introduced me as his 'travelling masseuse.'"
A third document (EFTA00307966) confirms Roberts "names a number of people as being at Epstein's Island home, including Clinton and Al Gore and his wife." Epstein's lawyers claimed they "were never there" and pointed to Secret Service records as proof.
No sexual misconduct is alleged against Gore. However, the FBI 302 establishes that a sitting Vice President and his wife visited Epstein's private island while a trafficking victim was present and was introduced to them using a cover story.
Lady Clare Iveagh (née Hazell), Countess of Iveagh and wife of the 4th Earl of Iveagh (Guinness family), was the subject of coordinated investigation by the SDNY and the UK's National Crime Agency (NCA). An August 2020 memo states: "SDNY has no issue with NCA proceeding with their investigation of Clare Iveagh" (EFTA00037498). The NCA identified her as "Clare GUINNESS (née HAZELL)... Lady Clare IVEAGH/Countess IVEAGH" and noted she "was allegedly a close contact of EPSTEIN and travelled and stayed with him on multiple occasions" (EFTA00037470).
The NCA memo documented anonymous victim allegations of sexual abuse. During this period, Iveagh was President of the West Sussex Branch of the NSPCC (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children), which initiated an internal review.
69+ documents show extensive personal email correspondence with Epstein (2013-2014). She wrote: "thank you for your amazing contribution to my life" (EFTA01943902) and "Changed my life for the positive" (EFTA01936613). Epstein gave her his Paris apartment access code: "door code 2512 apt 2 DD" (EFTA01933348). In one exchange, Iveagh discussed real estate with Epstein: "Coco Chanel's house in the South of France is for sale... Super cool for girls" (EFTA00714980).
Adriana Ross (born Adriana Mucinska), a Polish former model who became Epstein's assistant in Palm Beach, was one of four co-conspirators named in the 2007 Non-Prosecution Agreement and granted federal immunity. FBI grand jury testimony (EFTA00223910, Feb 2007) confirms her role in contacting victims: "Adriana Mucinska would also contact the girls via their cell phone" — arranging so-called massage appointments alongside Epstein's primary scheduler.
Court documents describe how Ross "removed computer drives and other electronic equipment from Epstein's Florida mansion before Palm Beach Police searched the home" as part of their investigation (EFTA00264995) — constituting evidence destruction and obstruction of justice.
A legal filing (EFTA01191873) states: "Extensive investigation demonstrated that [she] participated in several of the sex acts with underage girls (including Jane Doe 1) and that [she] and Adrianna Mucinska were heavily involved in procuring underage girls for Epstein to sexually abuse." Despite this documented participation in trafficking and obstruction, Ross received full immunity under the NPA and faced no criminal charges.
Dr. Samuel Klagsbrun, a New York City psychiatrist at 595 Madison Avenue, treated at least two women in Epstein's orbit — "Dana" and "Jen" — with Epstein paying all bills and directing medication choices. Billing records show $400/session, five sessions in July 2011, with diagnosis "Adjustment Disorder with Anxiety (309.24)" and patient address at 301 East 66th Street — an Epstein-controlled apartment (EFTA01118550).
Epstein personally chose psychiatric medications for these women: "klagburn for zoloft, prozac, ativan? .. should we try" (EFTA00778636, Sept 2010). Bookkeeper Bella Klein sought authorization: "Do I have your permission to pay Dr. Klagsbrun bill for Jen visits in the amount of $2,000?" Epstein: "Yes." (EFTA00918777). In another instance, Epstein told a woman: "just go to him, ill pay, make sure he gives you a prescription for a couple of months" (EFTA00922372).
When "Dana" couldn't get an appointment, Epstein contacted Henry Jarecki: "can you put in a word to sam, its important." Jarecki replied: "He'll do what I ask." (EFTA01828381, June 2009). This reveals Jarecki had leverage over Klagsbrun and Epstein used it. The pattern — a financier controlling his associates' psychiatric care, choosing their medications, and paying their therapist — is consistent with coercive control of trafficking victims.
Natalya Malyshev was named as a defendant in Jane Doe 43 v. Epstein (No. 117-cv-00616, S.D.N.Y. 2017) alongside Ghislaine Maxwell, Sarah Kellen, and Lesley Groff. Court filings state she "was working to recruit young females for Epstein for sex" and "reported to her superiors, Defendants Kellen, Groff and Maxwell, and was paid for her recruitment."
Malyshev recruited the plaintiff (a South African citizen) by describing Epstein as a "wealthy philanthropist who regularly used his wealth, influence and connections to help financially disadvantaged young women." The victim was then sent to South Africa "to recruit aspiring female models supposedly for Defendant Epstein to use as an alleged personal assistant but would, instead, be forced into sexual servitude."
Emails show Malyshev actively sourcing for Epstein: "I just found a great stream of good stuff for you" with a photo attachment (EFTA00752360, Nov 2010). Epstein directed: "give me a number to call" — she responded "Forever grateful." After the civil lawsuit, Malyshev could not be located for service — she effectively disappeared. The SDNY prosecution team eventually coordinated LA interviews near her attorney's office in February 2020 (EFTA00074466).
Nadia Bjorlin, American actress (Days of Our Lives), appears on Epstein's flight logs on March 31, 2001 flying from Santa Fe (Zorro Ranch) to Palm Beach alongside Virginia Roberts (then underage), Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein, Henry Jarecki, and Marvin Minsky.
Virginia Giuffre described Bjorlin as a "Yugoslavian model turned aspiring actress" who was "willing to lend her body to Jeffrey and those he sent her to, for the sake of keeping a lifestyle she wanted" (courtlistener depositions). Bjorlin was named in discovery requests alongside Emmy Taylor, Eva and Glenn Dubin, Alan Dershowitz, Jean-Luc Brunel, Sarah Kellen, and Nadia Marcinkova.
The SDNY Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force coordinated three days of Los Angeles interviews (February 26-28, 2020) near Bjorlin's attorney's office (EFTA00074466, EFTA00099174). Protective order materials "From the Bjorlin's" were produced in the Maxwell case under SDNY_GM Bates numbering (EFTA01340296), subject to the most restrictive paragraphs of the protective order.
A trove of 468+ emails reveals that Celina Dubin — daughter of Glenn and Eva Dubin — had Jeffrey Epstein saved in her BlackBerry contacts as "Uncle F Jeffrey Epstein". These emails span 2010-2011, when Celina was approximately 11-13 years old, and Epstein was a registered sex offender (convicted 2008). The exchanges are intimate and casual:

In the same email thread, Celina declines a visit because she has school and a soccer game in Westchester, and Epstein writes: "I did not want to get anyone /maya upset" — referencing Celina's younger sister Maya Dubin.
Epstein to Celina: "got you sweatshirt and shorts. from harvard"
Celina: "Yay!!! Will you send it to the house?"

The emails are part of a broader pattern of grooming behavior facilitated by Epstein's staff and enabled by both parents:
Both Glenn and Eva Dubin actively facilitated this access. Eva forwarded the Brunel photo shoot confirmation. Eva regularly requested Epstein's drivers for Celina's transportation. Glenn brought Celina to dinners at Epstein's home with Woody Allen and Soon-Yi (EFTA00307013). Meanwhile, Eva was simultaneously supplying Epstein with controlled substances (Adderall — EFTA00942774), serving as his medical gatekeeper at Mount Sinai, and remained named trustee of the 2017 Epstein Trust.
This continued after Epstein's 2008 conviction for soliciting a minor for prostitution and while he was a registered Level 3 sex offender. USVI prosecutors subsequently subpoenaed "all documents and communications related to any of your three children, Maye, Celina or Jordan, which also relate in any way to Jeffrey Epstein" (EFTA00149112). Reports state Epstein "openly declared his plans to marry Celina Dubin" and developed "an especially close relationship when Celina was 12."
An 81-page handwritten journal (EFTA02731260, Dataset 12) written by a victim during residential treatment at a Florida facility in May–July 2012 provides contemporaneous documentation of trafficking by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
The victim, an autistic mother from Virginia, writes repeatedly about her trauma. She names Jeffrey and Ghislaine directly throughout the journal, describing:
The victim was afraid to name Epstein and Maxwell to staff due to Florida mandatory reporting: "I cannot tell her the names because she's staff." She strategically disclosed to a priest via confessional privilege: "A priest! I planned that out so well. He couldn't talk or tell."
Multiple people at the facility — including counselors Miss Erin and Carrie — believed Ghislaine was directly culpable. The victim wrote: "I don't know if Ghislaine should be in there. [Redacted] and Miss Erin thinks so, Carrie thinks so but what am I missing?"
A poem published in the facility newsletter under the victim's name reads: "I don't have to use my body to substitute each spoken word / My voice will be my power / One that will demand to be heard."
The victim eventually disclosed everything to Miss Erin, who gave her a bracelet as a safety symbol and encouraged her to write about the trauma. Three heavily redacted lines on page 57 appear to be the actual trauma narrative, followed by: "It's a horror story that I survived. Why was I allowed to survive? Am I a monster?"
In the April 2010 Jane Doe v. Epstein deposition (EFTA00181769), a witness was asked whether a woman was "Story Cowles's girlfriend" and whether Cowles had been "involved sexually with [name redacted] for at least a year." The attorney asked if the witness's "conversations with Story Cowles" would "implicate you in a crime." The witness invoked the Fifth Amendment on all questions.
In a separate March 2010 deposition (EFTA00159250), another witness also refused to answer whether she knew Story Cowles, asserting the Fifth Amendment.
During Epstein's own deposition (EFTA01103374, April 2010), the attorney asked: "Today what role does Story Cowles play in your life?"
An 8-page FBI FD-302 interview (EFTA02857849, Aug 21, 2020) documents a Brazilian-born victim (DOB 12/2/1975) who was recruited through a woman named ANA and systematically trafficked to powerful men:
This is the second independent victim to describe being trafficked to George Mitchell at the Beverly Hills Hotel and Four Seasons DC, corroborating earlier testimony.
A 3-page FBI FD-302 interview (EFTA02857857, Jul 15, 2020) documents a Chilean-born victim (DOB 7/2/1986) recruited in her junior year of high school at age 16:

This is a judicial document acknowledging the scope of Giuffre's sworn testimony under oath. All named individuals have denied the allegations.
In her deposition (Giuffre v. Maxwell Doc 1090-att13), Virginia Giuffre was asked under oath:
Q: "When Ghislaine Maxwell used the words, 'Go give a massage to Bill Richardson,' where were you?"
A: "I was sent to New Mexico."
In a separate deposition excerpt (Doc 1090-att32), Giuffre testified Maxwell and Epstein "instructed me to go to George Mitchell, Jean Luc Brunel, Bill Richardson, another prince... Marvin Minsky."
Both Richardson and Mitchell are listed in Court Order 1097 among those Giuffre testified she was sexually trafficked to. Both denied the allegations.
In her deposition (Giuffre v. Maxwell Doc 1335-att3), Virginia Giuffre was directly asked:
Q: "Did you ever have sex [with] Larry Summers?"
A: "No, not that I know of. The name does not ring a bell."
This is a significant negative finding — Summers, despite his documented association with Epstein, was not identified by Giuffre as someone she was trafficked to.
Court Order 1097's trafficking list has 3 redacted names (items j, k, l). Analysis of public court filings identifies one with high confidence:
Giuffre's deposition also references "a guy that owns a really large [French] hotel chain" and "another prince" she refused to name for safety reasons — these likely correspond to items k and l.

Maxwell's own lawyers revealed what Rinaldo Rizzo would testify to in their Rule 404(b) motion to exclude his testimony (Giuffre v. Maxwell Doc 730):
"Rizzo's allegations that he saw Defendant [Maxwell], for example, trying to force a 15-year-old Swedish girl to have sex with Epstein"
Rizzo was a former employee of Glenn and Eva Dubin. His witness listing described him as having "knowledge of Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein's sexual trafficking conduct and interaction with underage minors." Maxwell fought hard to exclude his testimony. At the civil trial, Judge Preska required live testimony rather than deposition transcript.
Virginia Giuffre's memoir (filed as Exhibit DE 363-2, Doc 1218-att11) describes an encounter with Alexandria Cousteau, granddaughter of Jacques Cousteau:
"Maxwell flew Jeffrey and [Giuffre] to St. John where we picked up Alexandria Cousteau... Jeffrey made it clear that Alexandria was a guest when I was told to adhere to her if she wanted a massage, which I obliged her with several times. It was Jeffrey who instigated that her and I reenact as lovers in lesbian acts of foreplay and penetration. I later found out through Jeffrey that he had donated money to her continuous exploration into marine life and habitats."
Maxwell's witness list (Doc 1320-att40) names "Alexandra Cousteau, Address unknown, may have knowledge concerning Plaintiff's false claims."
