September 19, 2014 — Epstein emails Kathryn Ruemmler (Obama's former White House Counsel) listing his week's meetings. When Ruemmler mentions bringing female friends, Epstein replies:

"'girls?' careful i will renew an old habit... this week, thiel, summers, bill burns, gordon brown, jagland (council of europe and nobel chairman), mongolia pres, hardeep puree (india), boris (gates), jabor (qatar), sultan dubai, rosslyn (harvard), leon black, woody."

Burns is named in the same message where a registered sex offender makes a self-incriminating joke about "renewing an old habit" with "girls" — the very crimes for which he was convicted. This guest list also reveals the breadth of Epstein's September 2014 meeting calendar: Burns alongside the Prime Minister of Mongolia, the President of the Council of Europe, and senior figures from Qatar and Dubai.

An October 2019 FBI interview with the Palm Beach Police Chief (EFTA01249718) documents five statements Trump made to police during the original investigation:

• "TRUMP called the PBPD to tell him 'thank goodness you're stopping him, everyone has known he's been doing this'"
• "TRUMP told him people in New York knew EPSTEIN was disgusting"
• "TRUMP said MAXWELL was EPSTEIN's operative, 'she is evil and to focus on her'"
• "TRUMP told [police chief] that he was around EPSTEIN once when teenagers were present and TRUMP 'got the hell out of there'"
• "TRUMP was one of the very first people to call when people found out that they were investigating EPSTEIN"

The same interview reveals Alexander Acosta told police "there was a lot of interest from higher up" and "there was a hurry to make this case go away". PBPD surveillance observed "prepubescent [children] with braces and backpacks coming from school" entering Epstein's house.

On June 1, 2014, Epstein emailed Nathan Myhrvold about an upcoming visit (EFTA00637339):

"i will only bring [redacted] if you want"

Myhrvold eagerly replied:

"Yes that would be great from my standpoint. Obviously if it is difficult for you or her then I understand."

The pronoun "her" confirms the redacted name is a woman. Epstein is offering to bring a specific woman to Myhrvold, contingent on Myhrvold's desire — a pattern consistent with the documented procurement behavior described by multiple victims. The exchange mirrors how Epstein's staff described the process: women were made available to visiting associates as a form of social currency and potential kompromat.

The relationship was deeply personal. Epstein served as Myhrvold's strategic advisor, counseling him on business and personal disputes (EFTA01977574): "usually having ZERO contact is well advised normally they feel that if they can talk to you, they will get their way."

Nathan Myhrvold — former CTO of Microsoft, billionaire, and founder of Intellectual Ventures — was one of Epstein's most prolific correspondents with 1,950 documents in the corpus. He visited Epstein in New York, Paris, and the Caribbean. He actively invited Epstein to a TED dinner (EFTA00534241): "I am giving a dinner at the Bel Air during TED, Wed March 19... Would you like to come?" On July 21, 2011, Epstein visited Myhrvold at his Medina, WA home — the same day as a Bill Gates meeting in Seattle (EFTA02186054). Myhrvold also brokered a meeting between Epstein and Paul Allen (EFTA01775983) and introduced Epstein to UN General Assembly President Miroslav Lajčák (EFTA02226642).

In March 2013, Epstein was actively coordinating Bill Gates' TerraPower nuclear reactor negotiations with the Chinese government. In an email to his London-based fixer David Stern (EFTA02721806), Epstein instructed:

"write a full proposal, it is for a nuclear power plant called terra power. it is for safe nuclear energy, bill is supposed to see the premier on april 23, and then the number 2 guy who he says will make the decision."

An unidentified third party had already offered to "organise all the right people quietly" for the project, adding: "No need for HK, its too 'loud' for such sensitive project."

Stern — who ran Asia Gateway (later Witan Group), advising on European investments in China — recognized that Gates had already pitched TerraPower to the previous Chinese government in 2011 and had public meetings with the Premier and "No. 2" scheduled for April. He recommended a different approach: "the full Chinese power system needs to be worked for this."

This was not an isolated incident. Three years earlier, in November 2010, Epstein was brokering nuclear contacts for Nathan Myhrvold (TerraPower's Vice Chairman) from Abu Dhabi (EFTA02414673):

"Im in Abu dhai, sat with an old friend, Lady barbara judge, chairman of the uk atomic energy commission.. I told her what you were doing, she is advisin kazakstan, and others on its nuclear program, anyway feel free to call her [phone] or email"

Lady Barbara Judge was Chairman of the UK Atomic Energy Authority (2004–2010) and later chaired Kazakhstan's Astana Financial Services Authority — a legitimate nuclear regulatory contact that Epstein was networking for TerraPower.

TerraPower — co-founded by Gates (Chairman) and Myhrvold (Vice Chairman) in 2008 — signed a formal agreement with China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) in 2013 to build a prototype 600 MWe traveling-wave reactor. Gates attended the Boao Forum for Asia in April 2013 where he met Xi Jinping. The partnership was formalized in 2015 but ultimately killed by Trump-era technology transfer restrictions in 2019.

The emails demonstrate that Epstein was not merely a social companion to Gates — he was embedded in substantive business operations, coordinating strategy for a sensitive nuclear technology transfer between the US and China, four years after his 2008 sex trafficking conviction.

Casey Wasserman — president of the LA 2028 Olympic organizing committee and head of the Wasserman talent agency (grandson of Hollywood mogul Lew Wasserman) — maintained an extensive, explicitly flirtatious relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell and flew on every leg of the Clinton Africa trip aboard Epstein's Boeing 727.

The Maxwell Emails (March–April 2003)

A series of emails between Wasserman and Maxwell use language that directly mirrors Epstein's "massage" recruitment pattern:

• Wasserman: "Can we book that massage now?" (EFTA00578813)
• Wasserman: "I thought we would start at that place that you know of, and then continue the massage concept into your bed... and then again in the morning... I am interested in the Cigar concept" (EFTA00578828)
• Maxwell: "all that rubbing — are you sure you can take it?... spots that apparently drive a man wild — I suppose I could practise them on you... the cigar concept currently has pride of place in my bedroom!" (EFTA00578830)
• Wasserman: "I think of you all the time... So what do I have to do to see you in a tight leather outfit?" (EFTA00579833)
• Maxwell: "float naked down the beach"; Wasserman: recommends Carbon Beach "where my house is" (EFTA00578847)
• Wasserman gives Maxwell his hotel room number: "room 604 at the regency" (EFTA00579836)

Clinton Africa AIDS Trip (September–October 2002)

Casey and wife Laura Wasserman appear on every leg of the Clinton Africa trip manifest — Ghana, Nigeria, Rwanda, Mozambique, and South Africa — aboard Epstein's Boeing 727 alongside President Clinton, Kevin Spacey, and Doug Band (EFTA00578629).

Maxwell as Real Estate Agent

Maxwell helped Wasserman rent a Malibu house for Epstein: "JE has just asked me to find a house to rent for 2 weeks in Malibu in June" — Wasserman provided his real estate agent Stephen Shapiro (EFTA00580062). A FedEx package from Maxwell to Wasserman was billed to Epstein's account (EFTA00040687).

In February 2026, Wasserman announced the sale of his talent agency amid fallout from the Epstein files release.

A prosecutorial summary document compiled from victim allegations and press reporting lists names of individuals allegedly involved in sexual activity with victims. The document states one victim alleged: "Epstein directed her to have sex with Glen Dubin" and that Maxwell and Epstein told her to have sex with "former New Mexico governor Bill Richardson; former Democratic Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell; the late MIT computer scientist Marvin Minsky; and MC2 model agency cofounder Jean Luc Brunel." The same victim alleged having sex with "Dershowitz at least 6 times, aged 16-19." Note: These are allegations from civil proceedings compiled by prosecutors, not adjudicated findings.

  This is sworn testimony from a victim listing individuals who had knowledge of Epstein's abuse of minors.

On Larry Summers (former Treasury Secretary): "Both he and Larry Summers are fucking disgusting!" On Prince Andrew: "Andrew is like his brother in this way!" On Senator George Mitchell: "old senators like George Mitchell who you think would be good like a grandpa are bad."

In the forensically-verified diary, the victim writes about Bill Clinton: "Even the old president! They will get you. He should have been thinking of Chelsea! Gross! In a plane on a yacht in NY, in DC, at the vineyard. On the island. In palm beach." On Alan Dershowitz: "Disgusting pigs like Allen Douschewitz [sic] and Mr. Caruthers and even Mr. Islam will hurt you especially if Ghislaine is busy or not with you!" On academics: "Mr. Sauerkraut krauss [Lawrence Krauss] and martin minsky [Marvin Minsky] are gross but I felt sort of sorry for Mr. Novak. He was as uncomfortable as me."

The forensically verified victim diary describes being trafficked to government employees: "being borrowed by a seemingly 'good' federal worker and even rented". The victim also names "Mr. Goodlatte" among a list of men she encountered: "Mr. Mody. Mr. Robert. Mr. Sant. Mr. Ludwig. Mr. Cecchi. Mr. Mora. Mr. Goodlatte. Mr. Atkins are not who they say!" (Note: Bob Goodlatte was a Republican Congressman from Virginia, 1993-2019, and Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.)

In a December 4, 2018 email chain about a CNN inquiry regarding Epstein's settlement with victim attorney Brad Edwards:

Kathy Ruemmler (former Obama White House Counsel, then Epstein's attorney) drafts: "After many years of distracting litigation with Mr. Edwards, Mr. Epstein believes that a negotiated resolution was an appropriate outcome to this matter."

Michael Wolff (journalist) rewrites the statement and adds: "can we push this more to indicate Edwards gets money not the girls?" — explicitly trying to frame the settlement as attorney enrichment rather than victim compensation.

Epstein responds: "defintely not pleased. but i am open to a statement."

This reveals a journalist and a former White House Counsel collaborating to craft statements that minimize sex trafficking victims and discredit their attorney. Wolff was simultaneously gathering material about Trump from Epstein for his books.

Rodriguez explicitly identifies the power hierarchy: "Leslie Wexner, he was Jeffrey Epstein's boss. He owns a limited Victoria's Secret." He describes Wexner's properties in Colorado, London, Georgia, Columbus and notes Epstein called them "every day... Very powerful people."

On George Mitchell: "Senator George Mitchell, okay, every day he's donated" — suggesting Mitchell was a regular visitor/donor to Epstein.

Most critically, Rodriguez reveals he withheld names from his formal video deposition: "this is the people that I couldn't say in front of the camera" — meaning his official testimony to Brad Edwards was deliberately incomplete. The names he only provided in this secret meeting include Leon Black, Alan Dershowitz, and George Mitchell.

Jimmy Cayne is listed in a victim interrogatory document where individuals are named regarding their "Knowledge of defendant's sexual desire for minor girls":

"Jimmy Cayne" appears alongside Ron Burkle, Leon Black, Donald Trump, David Copperfield, and over 70 other names. The interrogatory also lists Cayne under "Knowledge of defendant's finances".

Cayne led Bear Stearns from 1993-2008. Bear Stearns was a key early backer of Epstein's financial career. The firm collapsed during the 2008 financial crisis and was acquired by JPMorgan Chase.

In an FBI interview conducted on July 12, 2019, a witness stated under proffer agreement:

"ZEMPOLI was trying to buy Elite Models with EPSTEIN. EPSTEIN introduced MELANIA TRUMP to DONALD TRUMP."

The witness describes being recruited through Paolo Zempoli, who worked with "ID Models." Epstein was visiting the modeling agency during casting auditions and looking through portfolios, including seeing a photo of the witness "wearing only swim bottoms."

At a dinner at Epstein's 71st Street residence, the witness mentioned she thought there was a lot of Russian prostitution:

"EPSTEIN told her, 'That's what I like best.'"

After dinner, Epstein gave her a tour of the house, took her to the massage room, and assaulted her with a "vibrating thing." The massage room was described as "a small, very dark room on the same floor as the master bedroom."

A victim filed a formal FBI complaint alleging abuse at Frogmore Cottage (a Royal estate near Windsor Castle) between 1994 and 1996:

"I was also taken to another house that I later recognised as Frogmore Cottage when its refurbishment was in the news in 2018. There, I was restrained on a table and tortured with electrical shocks by Ghislaine Maxwell and surrounded by watching men. I remember seeing Prince Andrew's face."

The victim also described:

• Running away naked and reaching an Irish Traveller community (GPS coordinates provided: 51.405369, -0.546576)
• Maxwell catching them and "beat me with the bristle end of a broom... breaking my nose"
• Being taken to a hospital only after a rugby match, "so that the injury could be blamed on that"
• Maxwell threatening that they "deserved to die"

Note: This is a single unverified victim statement. However, the specific details — GPS coordinates, recognition of Frogmore Cottage from 2018 news coverage of Harry and Meghan's refurbishment, the cover-up method for the broken nose — suggest an actual recollection rather than fabrication. The complaint was formally documented by the FBI as part of case 50D-NY-3027571.

At dinner at Epstein's 71st Street residence, the witness mentioned Russian prostitution she'd observed during modeling work:

"[She] mentioned that she thought there was a lot of Russian prostitution. EPSTEIN told her, 'That's what I like best.'"

After dinner, Epstein took her to the massage room — described as "a small, very dark room on the same floor as the master bedroom" — and assaulted her with a "vibrating thing." The witness was recruited through Paolo Zampolli, founder of ID Models, who the FBI FD-302 notes "was trying to buy Elite Models with EPSTEIN."

The same interview establishes: "EPSTEIN introduced MELANIA TRUMP to DONALD TRUMP" — through the Zampolli modeling agency connection.

From EFTA documents containing Acosta's statements during his Trump transition vetting:

"I was told Epstein 'belonged to intelligence' and to leave it alone."

Acosta stated he had "been told" to back off, that Epstein was above his pay grade. This explanation was given for the notoriously lenient 2008 plea deal that allowed Epstein to plead guilty to state prostitution charges rather than face federal sex trafficking charges.

Additional documents show that Epstein himself told colleagues and friends that he was "an intelligence asset" (EFTA00143419). A victim also stated: "He never in a trillion years would have taken his own life. He was an intelligence asset" (EFTA00068892).

The intelligence connection raises critical questions about why federal prosecutors were told to "leave it alone" and whether intelligence agencies actively protected Epstein from prosecution.

A separate diary entry (EFTA02731420) reveals additional names from the DC cluster:

"No one can prepare you for this shit. I am so fucking lost. Why did Mr. Colgan agree to this! Jeffrey treats me like I'm 'special' property, and when I need Ghislaine she is working and Mary is just as bat shit crazy as my mom. Joe Gibbs is so nice but Dan Snyder is a pig! A red skin hoggett(sp?)! The other girls well some are nice, but 3 I hate! Alice in fucking Wonderland?"

Key revelations: "Mr. Colgan" — now identified as Charles J. Colgan, Virginia State Senator — "agreed to this", implying direct participation or facilitation of abuse. Joe Gibbs (legendary Washington Redskins/Commanders head coach) is described as "so nice" but was present alongside Dan Snyder (team owner, called "a pig"). The reference to "The other girls well some are nice, but 3 I hate!" confirms multiple victims were present. The mention of "Alice in fucking Wonderland" adds to the pattern of fairy tale references found throughout the Epstein corpus (see Disney Princess Code Names section).

A "Merrill, Pastor and Colgan Architects" firm in Vero Beach, Florida (near Epstein's Palm Beach house) wrote a letter in Epstein's files dated June 26, 2013 (EFTA01205013). This is likely a different Colgan. Independent diary analysts (Narativ, Feb 2026) identified the diary's "Mr. Colgan" as Charles J. Colgan, Virginia State Senator (1976–2016), who represented Prince William County — northern Virginia, immediately adjacent to McLean, VA where the Roberts trafficking mansion was located. Colgan was the longest-serving Virginia state senator in history. He died January 3, 2017. The DC political geography fits precisely with the other diary names: Goodlatte (VA congressman), Snyder, Leonsis, Case (all DC).

An email from Epstein to Ghislaine Maxwell (EFTA00577409) compares an unnamed person to Joe Robert:

"meet him, he's interesting, very much like joe roberts... boring, rich, hick, remember he is the one who was blackmailed by the gir in p.b., from donad trumps party"

This email reveals multiple critical facts:

• A victim from Palm Beach ("p.b.") had previously blackmailed Roberts
• Roberts was connected to Trump's social circle — "from Donald Trump's party"
• Epstein and Maxwell were aware of the blackmail and discussed it casually
• Roberts was part of their network — they could compare new potential associates to him

Combined with the attorney email confirming Roberts' McLean mansion as a trafficking pipeline location and the victim diary describing recruitment at his house, this email establishes that Epstein and Maxwell were fully aware of Roberts' involvement and the associated blackmail risks.

An FBI interview summary (EFTA00022133) documents a coordinated witness silencing campaign:

A victim who was abused by Alan Dershowitz "at least 6 times, aged 16-19" describes how "In 2007 Maxwell and Epstein (separately) called her to ask her to keep quiet."

A separate victim declaration (EFTA00020729) describes the dual-threat approach used against victims: "they were being discredited as drug addicts and prostitutes. But, on the other hand, if I were to keep quiet, I would 'be looked after.'"

The victim adds: "The fact that this call came in right after the FBI call reinforced my concern that the man I had talked to earlier was not really working for the FBI" — suggesting that Epstein's team was monitoring FBI contacts with witnesses.

Another document (EFTA00019169) notes a key witness who "settled last year with her for pennies (in comparison to what he's worth), and she now has a gag order" — despite being a witness who "was on his plane many times being paid to perform sexual activities with heads of state, leading businessmen, royalty, politicians and celebrities."

A third document (EFTA00037683) references someone under a gag order being told to "shut her up" if she didn't go along with the whole "suicide" cover story, and that "she was arrested and murdered".

A FedEx shipping record (EFTA01259755) documents a physical envelope sent from John Kerry's DC Senate office (424 C Street NE) to Epstein's Madison Ave office in September 2002 — verified physical correspondence. A victim told the FBI (EFTA01245890) that Epstein, who knew she was in high school, bragged about being "friends with JOHN KERRY and BILL CLINTON" during grooming conversations. Sultan bin Sulayem (Dubai World chairman) asked Epstein to arrange a meeting with Secretary of State Kerry: "I understand that John Kerry is going to visit UAE next week I would love to meet him if its possible" (EFTA01904294). Household staff were shown a photo of "Senator Kerry" connected to Epstein's NY house (EFTA00181472). Epstein advised Terje Rod-Larsen on Kerry's schedule: "I think John Kerry, might be busy for awhile. they will turn to Bill Burns" (EFTA00964817).

Victim master allegations document: After abuse, Epstein told victim to come back "with her 14-, 15- and 16-year-old girlfriends." He said: "I love girls your age" and "I love how young you are. You have a tight butt like a baby."

Epstein also told her: "I would love for you to come with me to Thailand to pick up other girls your age" — and even "took preliminary steps" to take her there. This document also names victims Epstein was directed to have sex with, including: Prince Andrew (3 times), Glen Dubin, Bill Richardson, George Mitchell, Marvin Minsky, Jean-Luc Brunel, and Alan Dershowitz (at least 6 times, aged 16-19).

An FBI internal assessment (EFTA00154692) states: "No other victim described being directed by either Epstein or Maxwell to engage in sexual activity with any other men." Only one victim (Jane Doe #3, widely identified in press) made the comprehensive allegations about being directed to have sex with Prince Andrew, Alan Dershowitz, Jean-Luc Brunel, Glen Dubin, Bill Richardson, George Mitchell, and Marvin Minsky. The closest parallel: another victim described Epstein asking her to massage Harvey Weinstein, during which Weinstein asked her to remove her shirt; she refused and left.

However, the same FBI document reveals that in October 2019, a separate adult victim (not Jane Doe #3) was interviewed about Epstein directing her to massage Leon Black and Jes Staley. Leon Black "began initiating sexual contact" during the massage; the victim "ran out of the room." Jes Staley "forced her to touch his genitals and raped her" during a massage at Epstein's NY residence. When the victim complained about Staley to Epstein, he said "he left it to her and Staley to decide whether to engage in sex." The Manhattan DA's office subsequently "began looking into allegations against Leon Black." This independent account corroborates the core trafficking pattern even while the FBI noted only one victim made the broader allegations.

The 2015 Joinder Motion (SDFL) contains sworn allegations: "Epstein also trafficked Jane Doe #3 for sexual purposes to many other powerful men, including numerous prominent American politicians, powerful business executives, foreign presidents, a well-known Prime Minister, and other world leaders." The filing states Epstein's purpose in "lending" victims was "to ingratiate himself with them for business, personal, political, and financial gain, as well as to obtain potential blackmail information." Alan Dershowitz is specifically alleged to have "helped negotiate an agreement with a provision that provided protection for himself against criminal prosecution."

Al Seckel — married to Isabel Maxwell (Ghislaine's sister) — organized the "Mindshift" conference on Epstein's island, January 7-11, 2011 (EFTA02421166). Attendees included Nobel laureate Murray Gell-Mann, Nathan Myhrvold (Microsoft CTO), Frances Arnold (later Nobel Prize 2018), Gerald Sussman (MIT), Christof Koch (neuroscientist), Brock Pierce (cryptocurrency pioneer, previously involved in DEN child actor scandal), and Governor Bill Richardson — who was picked up from Richard Branson's Necker Island to attend (EFTA00901606). Epstein insisted on excluding spouses from the island event: "you know how i feel about spouses." George Church and Martin Nowak were also photographed on the island (EFTA02317984). Seckel's deposition was subpoenaed in a victim lawsuit but quashed by Epstein's lawyers, preventing his testimony.

An FBI interview (EFTA01248273) describes a victim being flown to Los Angeles by Epstein — "told her it was for her and the girls" — then sent to the Beverly Hills Hotel: "A woman who worked at the hotel took her to a presidential suite. She met a man named GEORGE MITCHELL inside of this room. She did not know who he was but just knew he was a friend of EPSTEIN's. As she met him in the room he was on the phone with EPSTEIN." Mitchell told the victim "she would be staying with him in this room." After going for a walk and dinner: "MITCHELL asked for a massage. He then asked for a blow job and sex so she complied. [She] did what she was told." This describes a complete trafficking pattern: Epstein arranged travel, a hotel employee facilitated delivery, Mitchell was on the phone with Epstein confirming the arrangement, and the victim complied because she was under Epstein's control. Court filings separately state the victim was "directed to have sex with friends of Ms Maxwell and Mr Epstein, including Glenn Dubin, Les Wexner, Ehud Barak, former Senator George Mitchell and Stephen Kosslyn" (EFTA00653926). The forensically verified victim diary describes Mitchell as: "old senators like George Mitchell who you think would be good like a grandpa are bad" (EFTA02731465).

Mitchell had regular scheduled appointments at Epstein's townhouse — multiple scheduling emails show "10:30am Appt w/Senator George Mitchell" during November 2013 alone (EFTA00380302, EFTA00380151, EFTA00675999). Epstein proposed forming a consulting company featuring "tony blair, george mitchell, senior advisors of international reputation" (EFTA00773390). Mitchell appeared on Epstein's categorized contact list in the same category as Ehud Barak, Tony Blair, Larry Summers, and Bloomberg (EFTA00770066). Ghislaine Maxwell and Peter Mandelson discussed Mitchell — Mandelson asked "What about George Mitchell?" in a June 2002 email (EFTA00579729). Mitchell was on the January 2012 call list alongside Leon Black and Bill Richardson (EFTA00422219). Victim deposition testimony directly names him: "It was senators. It was Senator Mitchell. George Mitchell. It was Prince Andrew" (EFTA00157548).

The FBI case briefing (EFTA00164939) contains a victim statement about Howard Lutnick (now Commerce Secretary):

"Lutnick made his money through Ponzi schemes and money laundering. Lutnick and Epstein were neighbors and Epstein sold Lutnick a home for $10 which was then sold for millions."

This is recorded in the FBI's "PROMINENT NAMES" section alongside victim statements about Trump, Black, Staley, and others. Lutnick publicly claimed in October 2025 that "I was never in the room with him socially, for business or even philanthropy." Under Senate questioning in February 2026, he admitted meeting Epstein at least twice post-conviction.

Note: This is a single-source victim statement and the financial allegations about Ponzi schemes and money laundering are unverified. The $10 property sale is potentially verifiable through public records.

December 2012 email from Howard Lutnick to Jeffrey Epstein:

"Hi Jeff, We are landing in St. Thomas early Saturday afternoon and planning to head over to St. Bart's/Anguilla on Monday at some point. Where are you located (what is exact location for my captain)? Does Sunday evening for dinner sound good? I have another couple (Michael and Marcy Lehrman) with me on my boat, and each of us has 4 children"

This email was sent four years after Epstein's 2008 conviction for soliciting a minor. Lutnick was actively socializing with Epstein, inviting him to dinner with his family on his yacht near Epstein's private island.

A Dutch model emailed Epstein (June 2011): "i wanne be a movie star..modeling is killing me... you where right! i broke up whit this stupid guy... can you manage me.. i wanne make my dreams reality..like you made your dreams reality!"

Epstein forwarded this email to Ramsey Elkholy, who responded:

"Will you asks [her] to come to NY and be my love slave? :) I can rent for her an apt... she is also a great scout...fearless. I'm working on her, she is ok w lingerie I think, otherwise still kinda conservative. The good news is that other guys are trying to date her and it seems that she is gradually starting to forget about her bf."

This email chain shows: (1) A vulnerable young woman reaching out to Epstein for career help, (2) Epstein sharing her with an associate instead, (3) the associate using "love slave" language and describing "working on her" to overcome resistance to sexual exploitation, (4) the woman valued as a "scout" (recruiter) — "fearless."

• Harvey Weinstein introduction: "JE introduced me to Harvey Weinstein at party"
• Prince Andrew on flights: "GM, bro [REDACTED] on flights - Prince Andrew" to NM ranch
• Witnessed abuse ~100 times: "like 100x he had me in Rm when massage"
• $200-500 payments after sexual encounters
• Julliard recruitment: "JE called my younger bro when at Julliard asking if he had friends who wanted to do dance audition - he sent girls to mansion"
• Friends fled: "I sent friends - there & they ran out screaming"

Email to Epstein from Moscow describing recruitment opportunity:

"Here in Moscow there are so so so many cute girls. Sex everywhere. I went to a sex shop today and bought a whip."

The sender then asks Epstein: "Are you going to be more cooperative next time and e.g. say yes when I ask you whether three cute girls and me can come to the party?"

This shows an associate actively scouting women in Moscow for Epstein and requesting permission to bring them to his events.

Email showing regret at missing a recruitment opportunity:

"I should have just come anyway to the bristol party, big big big mistake I made, I was so close, with three cute girls. I have to learn so so much, I'm such a beginner."

This email is a reply to Epstein asking if the sender would "deliver what you promised three times already" - indicating a pattern of expecting associates to bring women to events.

Lesley Groff emails Epstein (February 26, 2010): "Shall I have Lynn prepare 'heavy snacks' for your evening appointments with Peter Mandelson, Jes Staley and Jamie Dimon? Or is this to be a nice sit down dinner at 9pm?" Epstein replies: "snacks." This is a post-conviction evening — Epstein had already served his 2008 sentence. Jamie Dimon (JPMorgan CEO), Jes Staley (head of JPM's private bank), and Peter Mandelson (UK politician who later resigned from the House of Lords over Epstein connections) were all at Epstein's house together. JPMorgan later paid $290 million to settle a lawsuit alleging the bank knowingly facilitated Epstein's trafficking. 172 documents reference Dimon in the corpus.

Stephen Kosslyn, Harvard and Stanford psychologist, is explicitly named in court filings (EFTA00653926) as a person the victim was "directed to have sex with friends of Ms Maxwell and Mr Epstein, including Glenn Dubin, Les Wexner, Ehud Barak, former Senator George Mitchell and Stephen Kosslyn." With 1,926 documents in the corpus — one of the highest counts for any academic — Kosslyn had an extraordinarily deep relationship with Epstein. He was scheduled for "a full day of 'visitation, with contact'" alongside Jean-Luc Brunel (later convicted of sex trafficking): "jean luc, and steve kosslyn and his wife are already scheduled. I would like to bring jenn down to help" (EFTA00771641). Epstein provided Kosslyn an apartment — Kosslyn wrote: "Greetings from apt [number] (and thank you for that!)" (EFTA00755657).

Boris Nikolic — Bill Gates' science advisor, named successor executor in Epstein's will — served as a critical bridge between Epstein and the US defense/intelligence community.

In July 2011, Epstein proposed connecting DARPA Director Regina Dugan with the Israeli Defense Minister (likely Ehud Barak) through Nikolic (EFTA00915900):

"I don't know if regina-darpa is in ny sat, the israeli defense minister will be with me, she might like to see him, he is super well informed"

Earlier, in November 2010, Epstein had asked Nikolic to recruit the DARPA director for a meeting (EFTA00776946): "lets see if we can arrange the DARPA lady, ask her is she comes to New York." When Dugan left DARPA for Google in March 2012, both Epstein and Nikolic tracked the transition closely (EFTA00930951): Epstein commented "you and i both suspect a problem."

Most disturbing is a November 2011 exchange connecting Nikolic to Epstein's eugenics interests (EFTA00656705). After a DARPA meeting, Nikolic asked about a woman named "Mette":

Epstein: "mette is a mess"
Nikolic: "What happened with Mette now?? She wants to carry your kid? ;)"

This "joke" connects directly to Epstein's documented eugenics program — victim diaries describe being called an "incubator" and references to "superior gene pool." In April 2012, Nikolic coordinated Mette's travel between Oslo, Paris, and the Met Ball Gala (EFTA00660058).

Nikolic also helped Epstein raise investment capital, with Epstein recruiting limited partners for Nikolic's fund (EFTA00689470): Epstein reported "dick merkin says he is in for ten" and Nikolic replied "THIS IS GREAT!"

In a November 2021 FBI report (EFTA00128843), a Confidential Human Source (CHS) reported to the FBI San Francisco field office about Nikolic's Biomatics Capital investments and pursuit of DARPA funding for an AI company — noting he was "designated a executor of Jeffrey Epstein's estate."

Explosive text messages between Steve Bannon and Epstein (August 23, 2018) reveal: "Your girlfriend Ruemmler is coming over" and later "your girlfriend is outraged. I suggested to her he pardon everyone, say this is not good for the country, and then fake the heart attack." The texts also discuss 24/7 surveillance on Epstein, Trump payoffs, and Pecker immunity.

April 2009 email from Epstein to an associate in China:

"where are you? are you ok, I loved the torture video"

Extremely disturbing statement about enjoying video content depicting torture.

A 117-minute filmed interview captures Epstein discussing his career: the Santa Fe Institute, Wall Street, Bear Stearns, the 2008 financial crisis. He describes himself as a "tier one" sex offender, "the lowest". He discusses donating to HIV clinics as a "class three sexual predator" — appearing to conflate or minimize his classification. He blames Bill Clinton for causing the financial crisis and discusses Larry Summers, genetic algorithms, and Howard Gardner. The recording appears to be a self-promotional or legacy video, notable for Epstein's casual attitude toward his sex offender status.

In November 2016, shortly after Trump's election, emails between Michael Wolff (author of Fire and Fury) and Jeffrey Epstein reveal Epstein brokering meetings with an unnamed person who employs professional intelligence tradecraft:

"He is not so much shy, as paranoid. I have to contact him through his wife on a burner phone, which they don't reliably check." — Wolff to Epstein (EFTA01060431)

"Have left words on the burner phone. (When I go to his house in Garrison, he sends the driver but I always have to be waiting at a different location — spy tradecraft!)" — Wolff (EFTA01060472)

Epstein responds: "im happy to go to him. if he is shy" and in the same thread: "wed and fri and yes, I've set you up to see the right hand of the Dep Cr Prince" — likely referring to Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

The unnamed contact lives in Garrison, NY (Hudson Valley), uses a burner phone reached through his wife, sends a driver, and requires Wolff to wait at different pickup locations each time. This demonstrates Epstein facilitating connections between a journalist and someone with intelligence-level operational security, while simultaneously brokering access to Saudi royalty.

An internal email chain about Apple TV installation across Epstein's building at 301 E 66th St reveals that apartment 11J was explicitly labeled "Ehud-One Bedroom" — a dedicated apartment for former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak within Epstein's property. Lesley Groff wrote: "I will need to coordinate with Ehud...they have an alarm system and we must tell his security detail."

The email also reveals that Nili Priell, Barak's chief of staff, managed access to the apartment: "It may be good to do while Nili is there so you can give her a demonstration of how Apple TV works." A separate email confirms Jes Staley's assistant coordinated a dinner between Staley, Epstein, and Barak at Epstein's residence (June 2013).

The apartment list reveals multiple guest apartments in the building controlled by Epstein (3J, 7J, 8A, 8H, 10B, 10N, 11J, 11P), suggesting an extensive property operation. That a former Israeli PM maintained a permanent apartment — with Israeli security detail and alarm system — in a building controlled by a convicted sex offender raises serious questions about the depth of the Epstein-Barak relationship.

Sergey Belyakov, former Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia and Barclays Capital Russia executive, served as Epstein's key channel to Russian political and financial elites.

Russian Central Bank During Crimea Sanctions

In July 2014 — during the height of international sanctions over Russia's annexation of Crimea — Belyakov confirmed a meeting between Epstein and Alexei Simanovsky, deputy head of the Russian Central Bank, described as the "sanctions guy for Putin" (EFTA00993417). A convicted sex offender meeting with Russia's sanctions architect during an international crisis raises serious intelligence concerns.

Epstein as Tech Broker for Russia

Epstein brokered introductions from Belyakov to Silicon Valley billionaires for Moscow's Open Innovation Forum:

• Peter Thiel: "My very good friend organizing innovation conference in Moscow" — Thiel replied "Who is this?" (EFTA00852838)
• Nathan Myhrvold, Reid Hoffman, Tom Pritzker — Pritzker: "I've given you my blessing" (EFTA00852791)

Deportation Expenses and "Russian Girl" Blackmail

Belyakov offered to "cover all the related expenses" of Epstein's deportation from Russia (EFTA00306033) — indicating Epstein had actually been detained or expelled. Separately, Belyakov emailed Epstein about a "Russian girl" attempting to blackmail businessmen in New York.

FBI Investigation

The FBI specifically analyzed "Belyakov-Epstein document" via their Sentinel database (EFTA01731011), indicating this relationship was flagged for intelligence or counterintelligence review. Belyakov also connected his associate Nick Kovarsky — who had "met with Peter Thiel with the help of you" — to cybersecurity expert Vincenzo Iozzo via Epstein for discussions of "black and white hat hackers" (EFTA00657903).

FBI intake report (10/27/2020): A woman stated that "Donald J. Trump had raped her along with Jeffrey Epstein." A girl with "a funny name" took her to a "fancy hotel or building." When advised to call police, she said "I can't, they will kill me."

She later called police on Christmas Day. On 01/10/2000, she was found dead in Kiefer, OK with her "head blown off." Officers on scene "stated there was no way it was a suicide." The coroner ruled it suicide.

Between 2013 and 2017, James P. McGee of Newgrange Consulting Group (Boston) pitched Epstein on building a covert media empire in the US Virgin Islands — designed not for profit but for political control.

Phase 1: The Full Media Empire (Dec 2013)

In an "Extremely Confidential" memo dated December 28, 2013 (EFTA00582807), McGee proposed Epstein finance three acquisitions through a vehicle called "Westland Media Group" (subsidiary of the existing Westland Strategies PR firm):

• Virgin Islands Daily News — the territory's newspaper, asking $6-7M (previously sold for $5.25M)
• Radio station — Gordon Ackley's station, asking $750K-$1M
• viNGN Broadband ISP/Television — a $10-12M Comcast-style bundle using the government's fiber optic network

Total proposed investment: $17-19 million to control the USVI's newspaper, radio, and internet/TV.

Phase 2: Radio Station Acquisition (Feb 2017)

By February 2017, the plan had narrowed to the radio station at a fire-sale price of $250,000 for WVWI 1000 AM (EFTA01053946, EFTA00705527). McGee explicitly stated the purpose as political influence:

"What this is all initially really about is the ability to be directly involved in developing, reporting, and shaping the News in the Virgin Islands (A full year ahead of when it will matter the most)."

"A full year ahead" targets the 2018 USVI election cycle. McGee detailed the strategy: "a direct effect on the Virgin Islands Electorate (Particularly the 'Older and More Reliable Good Voters' who still listen to radio and who Vote consistently)."

Covert Operation

McGee emphasized operating through front people:

"like me, you prefer to do things behind the scenes and not in the public eye at all. While this will be a Newgrange Venture, I fully intend to have others out in front"

He referenced "the last ten (10) years" of operating covertly in the USVI — dating the relationship to approximately 2007, during Epstein's original prosecution. Epstein responded with interest: "thanks jim. as i said i only want numbers. cost to rebuild number of employees, i need the current financials and those for the past 5 years."

The entities Newgrange Consulting Group LLC (Boston) and Westland Strategies / Westland Media Group (USVI) appear to be Epstein's covert political infrastructure in the territory. A formal contract between a USVI entity and Newgrange is documented (EFTA00586992).

David Gergen, who served as advisor to four presidents (Nixon, Ford, Reagan, Clinton) and directed the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School, maintained a deep personal relationship with Epstein spanning at least 2009-2017.

Most remarkably, Gergen visited Epstein in jail after his 2008 conviction. Les Wexner testified under oath: "David Gergen told me he did. After he did." When asked why, Gergen explained: "Sometimes people that you're acquainted with get into trouble and you should be kind or nice to them." Wexner described the relationship with dismay: "university presidents, Gergen, my friend, I mean, it's just crazy. He was beyond perfect or good doing all the shit that he did."

In 2015-2016, Gergen's assistant Veronica Martinez emailed Lesley Groff trying to recall a dinner at Epstein's home with Sergey Brin and Larry Page, "sometime after 9/11, possibly near the World Economic Forum." Groff confirmed: "when Sergey and Larry were coming around" and suggested Benoit Mandelbrot and Nathan Myhrvold may also have attended (EFTA00332539, EFTA00333263).

Gergen was listed on Epstein's 2015 birthday essay project — asked to write about "Sharing A Meal in Jeffrey's Dining Room" alongside Leon Black, Woody Allen, Ehud Barak, and Noam Chomsky (EFTA00285041). He was invited to private dinners with Ehud Barak at Epstein's home alongside Steve Schwarzman, Larry Summers, Charlie Rose, Lloyd Blankfein, and Mayor Bloomberg (EFTA00298515). He appears in Epstein's Mac laptop sticky note alongside Ghislaine Maxwell: "calls gergen, sarah, brice, faith ghisaline" (EFTA01068342).

Gergen proactively rescheduled meetings with Epstein at Harvard — "DAVID IS REQUESTING A 5pm APPT!" after returning from Davos (EFTA00301520) — showing Gergen was the one pursuing contact, not the other way around.

Email chains document a meeting between gubernatorial candidate Albert Bryan, his campaign manager John Engerman, and Jeffrey Epstein at Southern Trust Company offices on September 21, 2018 — weeks before the November election.

Epstein's USVI attorney Erika Kellerhals arranged the introduction, emailing Epstein's assistant Lesley Groff:

"Lesley- I have copied Albert Bryan and his campaign manager, John Engerman, on this email. [...] Leslie will reach out on Friday to reconfirm your meeting at 1:30pm at the offices on the 3rd floor of American Yacht Harbour at the Southern Trust Company offices."

Epstein's assistant reconfirmed: "Good morning Albert and John. Reconfirming you will go see Jeffrey today at 1:30pm at Southern Trust Company." Engerman replied: "Confirmed. See you there."

Epstein's personal calendar for September 2018 (EFTA00285597) confirms: "1:30pm Appt w/Albert Bryan at STC (Erika Kellerhals organized)". The same calendar page shows meetings with Leon Black, Steve Bannon, Ehud Barak, Stacey Plaskett, and Thorbjorn Jagland in the same period.

FBI FD-302 (Oct 2, 2023): Within the first two weeks of Denise George becoming Attorney General in January 2019, Governor Bryan informed her that Epstein wanted a waiver for the 21-day sex offender reporting requirement.

Erika Kellerhals submitted a request letter providing examples of other waivers granted to truck drivers and others with short-notice travel requirements. A previous AG, Vincent Frazer, had granted Epstein the waiver but it was later rescinded by acting AG Carol Thomas-Jacobs after Epstein was detained in the Dominican Republic.

Bryan texted George: "you need to make a decision on the Epstein matter."

George refused to grant the waiver. She informed Kellerhals by letter and Bryan by email. Bryan responded: "Thank you for your work on this."

George believed the previous governor, John de Jongh, had pressured AG Frazer to grant the original waiver.

FBI FD-302 (Oct 2, 2023): Governor Bryan instructed AG Denise George to settle with the Epstein estate for $80 million dollars and to pursue mediation with Henry Smock as the mediator.

Bryan told George that "the Epstein estate just wanted to clear people."

George refused to comply. The Epstein estate and USVI ultimately settled for $105 million — $25M more than Bryan's imposed cap. The settlement included the sale of Little St. James and Great St. James islands.

December 26, 2015: Ruemmler emails Epstein: "she is asking Secret Service whether we can give Woody and Soon-Yi a tour on Sunday. Saturday the West Wing is apparently closed for any tours." Same day, Epstein emails Soon-Yi Previn: "looking good for very special Sunday morning tour"

Earlier in 2015 (EFTA01621773), Epstein had offered Soon-Yi a "museum White House trip" - Woody Allen texted: "With my rap sheet I'll never get past security." Ruemmler, as former Obama White House Counsel, had Secret Service connections to arrange VIP access.

Nathan Wolfe, Stanford virologist and founder of Global Viral Forecasting (later Metabiota), emails Epstein directly (December 2, 2010): "Hey Jeffrey. Hope you're well. I'm in NYC through Monday, you in town? Doing what should be a fun dinner Sat eve w Erez Kalir (brilliant guy who you'd enjoy), a couple of hottie interns from WEF, etc. Would be great to have you." "WEF" = World Economic Forum. Wolfe uses sexualized language about young women to entice Epstein to social events. 516 documents show extensive relationship.

Epstein listed Sinofsky as part of his core advisory network. In an email to Edmond de Rothschild and Terje Rød-Larsen, Epstein proposed: "I could help put together some advisors (unpaid). Jes Staley, former head of private bank JP Morgan, Head of MIT Media Joi Ito, Larry Summers, Steve Sinofsky, software guru. etc. young thinkers."

Separately, Epstein emailed Boris Nikolic about Foundation Medicine board candidates: "reid hoffman, andreeson, sinofsky, pritsker?, ovitz? merkin? milken? nathan?, jj. abrahms/ tony demasio"

Sinofsky was also invited to the Minsky Conference (2011) alongside George Church, Martin Nowak, Lawrence Krauss, Sean Parker — and USVI Governor's wife Cecile de Jongh requested his contact info for the event.

Epstein's daily schedules show Sinofsky at the 71st St townhouse on the same days as Leon Black (breakfast), Andrew Farkas, Nicole Junkermann, and Michael Wolff. 1,614 documents total — all post-conviction (2012-2014).

Sinofsky is now a board partner at Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), where Marc Andreessen was also on Epstein's seminar lists.

Deutsche Bank wire transfer records (EFTA00027019, Exhibit C) show a $23,000,000 wire from Epstein's NOW/SuperNOW account to Kellerhals Ferguson Kroblin PLLC on November 13, 2015 (DB-SDNY-0005003). A second payment of $75,000 followed on February 2, 2016.

Erika Kellerhals was Epstein's primary USVI attorney who arranged his meetings with politicians, testified at his EDC tax hearing describing Southern Trust as providing "cutting edge consulting services" in "biomedical and financial informatics" (the USVI complaint alleges this was fraudulent), and served as notary for his island entities.

All Epstein employees had NDAs and were "informed if questioned by law enforcement to say nothing and alert Kellerhals" (EFTA00129035). Her former employee David Bornn became Governor Bryan's Chief of Legal.

A July 2023 letter from Senate Finance Committee Chairman Ron Wyden to Leon Black reveals the Committee is investigating "$158 million in payments you made to Epstein for services related to a variety of tax and estate planning matters." The letter states: "The Committee seeks information on Epstein's participation in structuring trusts and other complex transactions designed to avoid federal gift and estate taxes on as much as $2 billion in wealth transferred to your children."

The investigation is part of "ongoing set of investigations by the Committee into the means by which ultra-high net worth persons avoid or evade paying federal taxes, including gift and estate taxes."

In February 2017, Jeffrey Epstein emailed Larry Summers: "do you want to work with turkish central bank to discuss currency issue i told them 250k". Summers responded asking: "What's issue. Do I have to go there. R they stooges of Erdogan." This shows Epstein acting as a broker/fixer connecting the former US Treasury Secretary to foreign governments for paid consulting work — nine years after his 2008 felony conviction. The $250,000 fee and Summers' engagement (despite skepticism about Erdogan) demonstrates Epstein's continuing influence in high-level financial and political circles well after his conviction.

Bank records reveal Epstein created a financial pipeline to Peter Mandelson through his partner Reinaldo Avila da Silva (Brazilian, London-based osteopath). A May 2003 JPMorgan statement shows a $75,000 CHIPS wire from the "Epstein Interests" account via Barclays Bank to Reinaldo's account, with Peter Mandelson listed as beneficiary.

From April 2010, Epstein ordered standing monthly payments to Reinaldo — initially $2,000/month, then doubled to $4,000/month: "send 2k per month to reinaldo" revised to "no after rethinkoing send 4000 dollars only." In September 2009, Epstein tripled Reinaldo's osteopathy school tuition payment from £3,225 to £10,000 unprompted: "no make it for 10k pounds."

Critically, Epstein instructed Mandelson to structure payments as loans to avoid tax reporting: "remind him that to avoid a gift tax filing it must be a loan."

Mandelson acknowledged the dependency openly. When payments appeared to stop, he wrote: "have you permanently stopped the Reinaldo sub?! I may have to put him out to work on the streets." During the Greek debt crisis, Mandelson told Epstein: "Greece/Reinaldo analogy working well" — comparing a sovereign nation's financial dependency to his partner's dependency on Epstein.

In March 2011, Mandelson consulted Epstein on using a Panamanian offshore company with an HSBC Private Bank London account to purchase a Rio de Janeiro apartment for Reinaldo, reducing property tax from 10% to 2%. And when Mandelson was writing his memoir, he asked Epstein's permission before including references to Reinaldo: "There are about half a dozen incidental refs to Reinaldo across the book. Any problem?" — giving Epstein editorial control over his public disclosures.

An iMessage archive (July–September 2014) between Epstein and Terje Rød-Larsen reveals how the introduction to Burns was engineered:

• Terje used code name "BB" for Burns: "BB is confirmed for Wednesday" (Jul 27)
• Epstein asked for "Burns contact" (Aug 13). Terje provided Burns' personal cell phone and office number while Burns was on vacation in North Carolina
• Terje outlined an inducement package for Burns' replacement at State: "$50,000 a year, plus possibilities of speaking fees, board fees etc... apartment four bedrooms en suite bathrooms upper east, all costs covered (value 100); car and driver; open expense account; nice office!"
• After their first meeting, Burns' feedback via Terje: "Enjoyed meeting your friend from NY — very interesting mind, very gracious, and lots of good advice." Terje replied: "Larry Summers told me he is the global best in his line of business... He was so happy with the encounter! You have a new friend and admirer."

This shows a systematic recruitment of a senior US official through an intermediary, with explicit financial inducements outlined.

• Darren K. Indyke, Epstein's primary attorney and estate executor, was explicitly identified as a "subject of our investigation" by FBI prosecutors and refused to comply with a grand jury subpoena.

  From FBI internal memo (EFTA00211839): "Epstein lists himself as 'president' of the Florida Science Foundation and lists his supervisor as the 'Vice President,' Darren Indyke. (Indyke was a subject of our investigation and refused to comply with a grand jury subpoena, by the way.) Indyke is located in New York and does not work here in Florida. So PBSO is letting Epstein work completely unsupervised."

  Additional evidence shows Indyke's central role:

  Primary executor of Epstein's will with control over multi-billion dollar estate

• Successor executors in will were Jes Staley and Andrew Farkas (EFTA01266236)
• Facilitated work release scheme via Florida Science Foundation fraud
• Filed sex offender registry travel notices for Epstein's private jet travel (EFTA01263156)
• Negotiated $3.5M helicopter sale post-arrest via shell company (EFTA00021344)
• Sued directly by victims - "Doe v. Indyke" (EFTA00029302)

December 2015 email exchange with Landon Thomas Jr. (NYT Financial Reporter):

Thomas: "Now everyone coming to me thinking I have juicy info on you and Trump."

Epstein responds: "would you like photos of donald and girls in bikinis in my kitchen"

Epstein then names specific individuals: "hawaiian tropic girl" and "lauren petrella"

Thomas urged Epstein to release damaging information: "I am serious man -- for the good of the nation why not try to get some of this out there. I would not do it myself, but would pass on to a political reporter."

The email also quotes Trump's lawyer Alan Garten claiming Trump's "ONLY connection with Mr. Epstein was that Mr. Epstein was one of thousands of people who has visited Mar-a-Lago. That's it." Epstein's offer of photos from "my kitchen" directly contradicts this claim.

In October 2018 - just months before Epstein's final arrest - Eva Dubin (Glenn Dubin's wife) was emailing Karyna Shuliak (Epstein's girlfriend and sole beneficiary of the Butterfly Trust), with Jeffrey Epstein CC'd on the correspondence. This demonstrates the Dubin family maintained active communication with Epstein's inner circle until the very end.

Email exchange between Epstein and Bondevik reveals the former Norwegian PM had previously approached Epstein for funding:

"All things considered, we have come to the conclusion that we will try to get the necessary funding for the Oslocenter without applying to you this year."

This communication, from Bondevik as President of The Oslo Center for Peace and Human Rights, indicates a prior funding relationship or negotiations with Epstein. The statement that they would try to fund the center "without applying to you this year" implies they had applied to Epstein previously or had been in funding discussions.

Seckel ran a $40,000+ SEO and reputation management campaign to scrub Epstein's online presence. The campaign included: Wikipedia manipulation — replacing Epstein's mugshot, removing "convicted sex offender" from his page (EFTA00900929); creating fake Jeffrey Epstein profiles to dilute search results; Epstein bragged "stuff mysteriously disappears from searches...isnt technology fun"; a "cyber war" waged against a Daily Beast journalist investigating Epstein; and Epstein proposed "use the twenty or so scientists that i have funded...as web page hits" (EFTA00778299) — using his scientist network as SEO props. Seckel was separately the subject of a $543,000 fraud lawsuit, establishing his background as a con artist. He died in 2015 falling from a cliff in La Turbie, France, under disputed circumstances.

Kosslyn functioned as an intellectual organizer for Epstein, authoring an "Impact Networks" proposal (EFTA00589238) and organizing a "Behavioral Science Summit" at Stanford (EFTA00413098). He was a regular at dinners with Woody Allen and Soon-Yi at Epstein's townhouse (EFTA00307015, EFTA00434537). Epstein introduced him as "head of psychology at Harvard and Stanford" alongside the Sultan of Dubai and Katherine Keating (daughter of the Australian PM) at dinners and visits to Vera Wang's apartment (EFTA00530239). His schedule overlapped with Terje Roed Larsen, Jes Staley, Jagland, Ehud Barak, and Leon Black. Apple Watches: Bannon (January 2019): "Did you get your Apple Watch I sent you for xmas". Epstein: "No". Bannon: "Sent to sean you, he will get it to you" — shipped to both Bannon and his son.

Private jet: Epstein offered Bannon his plane to fly around Europe. Text: "How does it feel to have the most highly paid travel agent in history". Bannon also asked (from Rome): "Is it possible to get your plane here to collect me?"

These gifts and offers far exceed what a documentary subject typically provides to a filmmaker.

March 15, 2018: Børge Brende, President of the World Economic Forum, attended a dinner at Epstein’s New York townhouse. Brende texted Epstein the following day:

“Dear Jeff: thx for a very interesting dinner on Thursday. Food for thought. You’re a brilliant host. Warmly, Borge (back in Geneva)”

Epstein replied: “both Bannon Leon and I were very impressed with you”

This places four men at the same dinner table: Jeffrey Epstein (convicted sex offender), Steve Bannon (Trump’s former chief strategist), Leon Black (Apollo founder, under SDNY investigation for sex trafficking), and Børge Brende (head of the world’s most prestigious international forum).

The iMessage archive reveals a sustained relationship:

This exchange reveals Epstein as a geopolitical broker connecting the populist right (Bannon) with the globalist establishment (WEF), while simultaneously advising on Gulf royal financial architecture — all while a convicted sex offender barred from most legitimate institutions.

A documented email chain traces a $40,000 political donation from Epstein to former Israeli PM Ehud Barak's political entity:

March 16, 2017: HBRK Associates wires $40,000 to Achrayut Leumit Ltd. at Bank Leumi (EFTA01297175)

Deutsche Bank Compliance Failure: AML investigator Danya Friedman flagged the wire (Case 141374) and asked relationship manager Stewart Oldfield three questions about purpose, relationship, and business activities (EFTA01363138). Oldfield missed the deadline. Compliance sent an "URGENT — SECOND REQUEST." Kahn's eventual answers via assistant Cynthia Rodriguez: Purpose: "Contributions for public policy organization in Israel". Relationship: "Friend." Case closed. No escalation.

EFTA00358838 (Nov 13, 2014): Andrew Farkas — named successor executor of Epstein's will — asked Epstein for advice on a “high yield product.” Epstein directed him to Deutsche Bank: “Would you show it to Deutch Bank to see if they would also provide leverage.”

In the same email, Farkas offered: “When are you back in NYC so I can deliver Lawsky?” — almost certainly Benjamin Lawsky, Superintendent of the NY Department of Financial Services (2011-2015). A will executor was offering to bring the state's top banking regulator to the home of a registered sex offender.

Farkas also owned American Yacht Harbor in St. Thomas through IGY-AYH Holdings, exploiting the same USVI EDC tax benefits as Epstein, and planned to bring his “whole gang” to Epstein's island for “lunch on the beach.”

Payroll documents reveal the full scope of Epstein's financial entanglement with the de Jongh family. Cecile de Jongh was hired on April 3, 2000 and her total compensation escalated steadily:

Epstein paid tuition for four de Jongh children at American University, Elon University, Skidmore College, and Wake Forest University, plus Antilles School (St. Thomas). When Cecile sent the 0,066 fall 2009 invoice, Epstein forwarded it to Darren Indyke with the comment "never ends."

Her salary jumped from 10,000 to 85,000 on September 17, 2013. By 2014, she was Epstein's #6 highest-paid employee at 02,921 — above pilots Larry Visoski and Dave Rodgers. She was also left ,000,000 in Epstein's will (The 1953 Trust).

Beyond her role as "office manager," Cecile de Jongh held significant corporate positions in Epstein's network:

• Corporate Director/Board Member of J. Epstein Virgin Islands Foundation, Inc. — alongside Jeffrey Epstein, Darren Indyke, and (later) Ghislaine Maxwell (EFTA00175998)
• Authorized signatory on Financial Trust Company Inc. commercial checking account at First Bank from May 1, 2001 to July 2, 2013 (EFTA00065864)
• Authorized signatory on Southern Trust Company Inc. commercial checking with "Credits Only Allowed" restriction from February 2013 (EFTA00065864)

She was listed alongside Jeffrey Epstein, Darren Indyke, and Jeanne Brennan-Wiebracht as authorized signatories. These roles gave the sitting USVI Governor's wife direct control over Epstein's financial accounts and corporate governance while her husband was signing tax exemptions for those same entities.

An FBI internal email from March 2025 requests guidance on redacting photographs in the Epstein investigation (50D-NY-3027571). The email states: "IMD-RIDS needs clear and specific guidance to redact those photographs. Some photographs depict: victims, unknown-unidentified females and males, former U.S. Presidents, Secretary of State, and other celebrities." The FBI asks: "who is protected under this transparency task?" This confirms the existence of photographs showing former Presidents and Secretary of State in the seized Epstein evidence materials.

An internal SDNY prosecution email from January 2020 reveals that flight records show "Donald Trump traveled on Epstein's private jet many more times than previously has been reported". The email states: "he is listed as a passenger on at least eight flights between 1993 and 1996, including at least four flights on which Maxwell was also present." Trump flew with "Marla Maples, his daughter Tiffany, and his son Eric." The prosecutor notes: "On one flight in 1993, he and Epstein are the only two listed passengers; on another, the only three passengers are Epstein, Trump, and then-20-year-old [redacted]." Two other flights included "women who would be possible witnesses in a Maxwell case." The email was sent to alert prosecutors: "We didn't want any of this to be a surprise down the road."

A 2009 email shows Jeffrey Epstein telling Peter Mandelson (then UK Cabinet Minister): "I have an associate who is interested in a passport" and asking Mandelson to "call number 10" (10 Downing Street, the Prime Minister's office). At this time, Mandelson was Secretary of State for Business under Gordon Brown's government, and Epstein had already pleaded guilty to soliciting a minor in Florida (2008). This suggests Epstein may have been attempting to leverage his relationship with a sitting Cabinet Minister for favors involving UK government access.

An April 2013 email from Epstein's assistant invites Mort Zuckerman (media mogul) to dinner: "Jeffrey is hosting a small dinner party on Thursday, April 4th, at his home in NY... Peter Mandelson and Ehud Barak are among the guests." This shows Mandelson's continued relationship with Epstein five years after Epstein's conviction, attending private dinners alongside the former Israeli Prime Minister.

In May 2012, Peter Mandelson forwarded a draft Guardian article to Jeffrey Epstein asking "What do you think?" The attached article, co-authored with Ed Balls (then UK Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer), contained detailed EU economic policy recommendations on "the future of Europe" including debt reduction strategy, Eurozone institutions, and fiscal policy. Mandelson was seeking Epstein's input on UK/EU political strategy before publishing in a major newspaper. This demonstrates Mandelson sharing political policy discussions with a convicted sex offender.

A November 2016 email reveals Jeffrey Epstein received a personal invitation from "His Royal Highness: PRINCE mohammed bin salman" to visit Saudi Arabia. The email instructs staff to go to the Saudi Arabia Consulate in NYC with Epstein's passport and tell them "Jeffrey Epstein, has an invitation from His Royal Highness: PRINCE mohammed bin salman and HE: Raafat alsabbagh to visit their country and it is urgent." A consulate official named Nageete left a voicemail about Epstein's visa. This occurred 8 years after Epstein's 2008 conviction and while he was a registered sex offender.

In October 2018, Deepak Chopra forwarded to Epstein an invitation to speak at the Misk Global Forum in Riyadh, "Chaired by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman." The email describes MBS's forum as reaching "180 million individuals worldwide." This shows Epstein remained connected to networks with direct access to MBS less than a year before his arrest.

  Lloyd attended the 2012 Tribeca Ball with Epstein inner circle (Danny Hillis, Karyna Shuliak). His role as primary Marrakech/Morocco coordinator continued until 2019, months before Epstein's arrest.

In October 2012, Epstein proposed a dinner with "kazxk" (Kazakhstan), Terje Larsen (UN), and "another norwegina." Mandelson asked: "No Andrew? Have to find somewhere discreet for that group..." The "Andrew" reference may indicate Prince Andrew. The emphasis on finding "somewhere discreet" suggests awareness that these meetings required secrecy.

Administrative documents list Cecile deJongh as "Office Manager" for STC (Southern Trust Company) which was the administration office for LSJE (Little Saint James Enterprises). Cecile deJongh's husband, John deJongh, was Governor of the US Virgin Islands from 2007 to 2015. The staff list also shows Darren Indyke (Attorney), Richard Kahn (Project Manager), Daphne Wallace (LSJE Accountant), and Jermaine Ruan (IT Manager).

Epstein facilitated meetings between the Russian UN Ambassador and top American/Israeli figures: "Ehud Barak in town this week if a meal is convenient" (Jan 2, 2016) and "Larry Summers will be here as well" (Jan 13, 2016). This shows Epstein acting as an informal diplomatic channel between Russian, Israeli, and American elites.

October 2014 email from William Burns to Epstein: "Very sorry but am now taking later flight to NY and won't be able to meet Thursday afternoon. Look forward to trying again next time I'm there." Multiple schedule entries show "5:00pm Appt w/Bill Burns" at Epstein's NYC home.

Tom Pritzker emailed Epstein listing "Bill Burns (State #2)" alongside other members including: Petraeus, Albright, Donalon (Obama NSA), Hadley (Bush NSA), Kurt Campbell, Sawers (MI6), Sherman (Iran deal). This shows Burns was part of the same elite network that included Epstein.

Epstein's assistant emailed Senator Bob Kerrey (September 2014): "Jeffrey is having Peter Thiel and possibly Bill Burns for lunch at his home in NY on Sat. Sept 13th and Sun. Sept. 14th...Jeffrey is asking if you might be available to join..." A separate "People to See" list from the same period includes "Bill Burns" alongside Bill Gates, Larry Summers, Leon Black, Peter Thiel, Andrew Farkas, and John Brockman.

April 1, 2019 — just three months before Epstein's arrest — Terje Rød-Larsen texted Epstein from Tunis airport:

"At VIP with people at airport in Tunis. Difficult to talk. Cannot be in Paris before around 3pm. Will come directly to you. Give Steve my best. Would very much like to catch up with him. Will stay until noon Wednesday. Will see Bill Burns in London in the evening. Will call you from London this evening."

Terje was reporting his Burns meeting to Epstein as a matter of routine — indicating the Burns-Epstein connection was still actively maintained through the Terje intermediary channel as late as April 2019. At this point Burns was president of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and would become CIA Director two years later.

October 2012 emails show Epstein asking Ian Osborne to help with Karyna Shuliak's visa (his Belarusian girlfriend who "applied for asylum from belarus"). Osborne responds describing his immigration connections:

"My guy Greg Craig at Skadden (ex White House counsel) uses an excellent specialist immigration law firm — and then gives Ali Mayorkas over at INS the heads-up."

Ali Mayorkas is the current Secretary of Homeland Security (appointed 2021). Greg Craig was Obama's White House Counsel (2009-2010). This shows Epstein's network had direct access to the highest levels of immigration enforcement.

Dr. Peter Attia, prominent longevity physician, provided extensive medical services to Epstein including home blood draws. 1,477 documents show regular visits to Epstein's residences.

Epstein iMessage (October 8, 2018), commenting on the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings: "the white woman must be believed" re rape - should strike a chord with the blacks"

The recipient responds: "Love that." A serial rapist cynically weaponizing the "believe women" movement for political manipulation.

Epstein on Obama (September 9, 2018): "He is now rich and water skiing with the white guys... The blacks feel betrayed. Trump made his money in biz. Obama as a result of representing them, the poor blacks. They hate that."

Epstein writes to Peter Mandelson: "no, of course not.. svetana will be there, she will be with Josh fink, and i m not sure if eva and glenn will be" — "eva and glenn" being Eva and Glenn Dubin. This places Svetlana Pozhidaeva (Russian model scout who forwarded "outstanding models" to Epstein) at social events organized by Epstein alongside the UK's most powerful political figure connected to the case.

Separately, Epstein asked Mandelson: "did josh fink have a girlfriend in london" (EFTA01907281) — and asked Katherine Keating: "have you seen josh fink?" while in Paris (EFTA01989802). Emails also show Epstein on "Nat boat anchored to a rock on deserted island in Aegean with Josh Fink" (EFTA01859131).

An email chain between Epstein, Ehud Barak, and Jabor Al Thani (Qatar) arranges a meeting in London for December 20, 2018. Barak asks if Epstein will be present. Epstein responds: "unfortunately, not. you should make clear that i dont work for mossad. :)" (EFTA01013193).

The meeting was with "HH HBJ" — His Highness Hamad bin Jassim Al Thani, former Prime Minister of Qatar and one of the world's wealthiest individuals. Barak describes "fascinating and disturbing events" on "the global and our regional arenas." Epstein is CC'd on the entire coordination chain, acting as intermediary between a former Israeli PM and Qatari royalty.

The Mossad joke is significant in context: multiple sources have alleged Epstein functioned as an intelligence asset. His joke can be read as either dismissal or deflection. Separately, the witness statement in EFTA00076608 explicitly claims: "He never in a trillion years would have taken his own life. He was an intelligence asset."

October 2013: Epstein emails Soon-Yi Previn proposing a "great fun friday" trip: "we could fly up on my plane the mornig of the 23. meet with some of the worlds great scientists one on one. If woody decides he can do the harvard poetry tape with larrys wife lisa, should take 30 minutes. we could go to MIT to see the science of the future. and be home in ny for dinner"

"Larry's wife Lisa" refers to Lisa New, wife of Larry Summers (former Treasury Secretary). This shows Epstein integrating Woody Allen and Soon-Yi into his elite science network at Harvard and MIT.

December 2014 email: "Jeffrey would like Jojo to deliver your ring to you!! Where should we have Jojo bring it?" Ruemmler provides her apartment address for delivery. This suggests a personal relationship beyond legal services.

October 8, 2018: After a gift delivery coordinated by Lesley Groff and Jojo Fontanilla, Kathy Ruemmler writes: "He has! So lovely and thoughtful! Thank you to Uncle Jeffrey!!!"

August 12, 2016: Ruemmler again: "And thanks to Uncle Jeffrey!" — regarding a Four Seasons hotel booking.

The intimate pet name "Uncle Jeffrey" reveals the depth of their personal relationship — far beyond a professional legal connection. Ruemmler was not the only associate to use this nickname: Nicole Junkermann wrote "Happy xday uncle Jeffrey!!!" (January 20, 2019 — just 6 months before Epstein's arrest), and several others used "uncle Jeff" in correspondence.

A Wall Street Journal investigation reported on a birthday message Trump wrote to Epstein in a 2003 birthday book. The document is described as featuring "typewritten text framed by the outline of a naked woman" ending with: "Happy Birthday — and may every day be another wonderful secret" with "Donald" signed "in a style mimicking pubic hair."

Trump denied writing or signing the letter and promised to sue the Wall Street Journal over the story, claiming it was "fake."

The phrase "wonderful secret" implies a shared, unspoken understanding of Epstein's lifestyle among the elite — contradicting later claims that people in his circle "didn't know" what he was doing.

During discussion of Trump and "Pecker immunity" (AMI/National Enquirer): Bannon texts "Pecker immunity one more drop" and "More women payoffs coming". Epstein responds discussing Ruemmler being "outraged" and suggesting Trump "pardon everyone... and then fake the heart attack." Bannon responds: "You are dark not evil. So I think even you will be surprised".

Bannon texts Epstein about Khashoggi article: "Why Jamal Khashoggi's disappearance will haunt the Saudi government". Then: "MBZ asked me to come over and see him asap --- leaving in the morning"

Epstein advises Bannon on Middle East: "Be very careful. Not one of them tells the truth... Your phones will need to be changed once you leave the area. THERE IS NO PRIVACY!!!... MBZ would like to reincorporate the whole region back into one entity... Dubai on the decline"

On MBS: "If Salman has to remove the crown prince. Vacuum time". Bannon quotes Chomsky: "Thousands in Yemen go unnoticed, one journalist. World stops"

February 2011: Epstein emails Boris Nikolic (Bill Gates' science advisor, later Epstein trust backup executor): "His next stop is this morning at my house 8 am for a couple of hours" — referring to Defense Minister Ehud Barak.

The email includes text about Barak meeting with Hillary Clinton, Robert Gates, and Tom Donilon at the White House the previous day. Epstein's house was Barak's next stop after these high-level diplomatic meetings.

Epstein emails Michael Wolff (author of "Fire and Fury") on December 29, 2017:

"some at dinner with donald last night, were concerned about dementia. tons of makeup. did not recognize old friends."

This documents Epstein having dinner with Trump on December 28, 2017 - during Trump's first year as president - and feeding information about Trump's mental state to journalist Michael Wolff.

• Summers to Epstein: "Will u be visiting Mara Lago"

  Separate email thread (Feb 2013) reveals Summers planning to visit Epstein in Oslo, calling their time together "great fun" and expressing enthusiasm about seeing Woody Allen: "Jeff yesterday was great fun... thrilled at woody." (EFTA00656030)

  The email chain also reveals Epstein coaching Summers on a romantic relationship: "im a pretty good wing man, no? anymore, how great larry is comments and i would have had to barf. great fun"

September 2017 iMessage: Terje to Epstein: "I had dinner with the president of the UN General Assembly, who is concurrently foreign minister of Slovakia. A great guy, and a close friend. I told him about you and he would be delighted to be invited to come by on Monday night. His name is Miroslav Lajcak."

November 2017 exchange: Chopra invited Epstein to a dinner with Woody Allen, Soon-Yi, and Miroslav Lajčák (UN General Assembly President). Epstein replied: "im in florida but i would like to send two girls." Chopra responded: "Need names ASAP. Will send directions" - asking for the names of the girls Epstein would send.

June-July 2011: Amir Taaki, Bitcoin developer and founder of Bitcoin Consultancy, corresponded directly with Epstein. Epstein wrote to Taaki:

"the bitcoin idea is brilliant, but i suggest has some serious downsides as i m sure you are aware... if you can find time please call my ny office"

Taaki tried to arrange meetings through Epstein's secretary and offered to have a colleague meet Epstein in New York. Epstein responded: "tonight or tomorrow would be fine".

A proffer agreement document shows Prince Andrew and his attorney met with Assistant United States Attorneys at the Office of the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York.

The document explicitly states: "THIS IS NOT A COOPERATION AGREEMENT. The Client has agreed to provide the Government with information, and to respond to questions, so that the Government may evaluate Client's information and responses in making prosecutive decisions."

Key provisions include:

• Prince Andrew agreed to provide information to federal prosecutors
• Statements could be used for cross-examination if Andrew testified
• The government retained right to use information to obtain leads to other evidence
• Information could be used to rebut arguments offered by Andrew at any stage of criminal prosecution

This proffer agreement shows Prince Andrew was a subject of serious federal criminal investigation, beyond what was previously publicly known about the civil settlement with Virginia Giuffre.

OIG Draft Report (EFTA00035970): When Epstein's cellmate (Efrain Reyes) was released on August 9, the Day Watch officer told the Evening Watch officer: "Make sure this guy gets a bunkie." The officer replied "All right" — but no cellmate was ever assigned.

Contradicting official statements, the USAO initially claimed "Epstein was not required to have a cellmate" — while the OIG stated that "everyone who worked in the SHU should have known that Epstein was required to have a cellmate."

An SMS/iMessage archive shows direct text exchanges between Burns (wjburns66@gmail.com) and Epstein:

• Aug 2014: Epstein invites Burns to meet Peter Thiel: "Peter thiel will be with me 13,14 in ny. I think it would be nice for you to meet if convenient for you. There is an apt for you to use if you choose"
• Sep 2014: Burns responds: "My boss will be away, and I expect to spend most of weekend in WH meetings. Unusually busy time here."
• Burns confirms: "Could we aim for 3 Sat, and confirm later in week?" Epstein replies with his address: "9 east 71"

Mullen, Epstein's personal cook, gave testimony identifying the most prominent passengers on Epstein's private aircraft:

"During Mullen's travels, the most notable guests to travel on Epstein's aircraft were John Kerry and Aaron Barak. Epstein instructed Mullen to refrain from socializing with any guests on the aircraft. Young females frequently traveled on the two private aircraft with Epstein."

This places John Kerry (U.S. Secretary of State 2013-2017, U.S. Senator 1985-2013) on Epstein's private aircraft — in the same context as the observation that young females were frequently present. The instruction to staff not to socialize with guests suggests awareness of the need for discretion. Aaron Barak is the former President of the Israeli Supreme Court.

From EFTA00533586 (June 2016), Epstein ordered custom sweatshirts for his innermost circle:

"lets make sweatshirts for valeria chomsky, joi, martin, reid, thiel, ruemmler and rothschild. 6 each, 3 pull 3 zips."

The list: Valeria Chomsky, Joi Ito, Martin Nowak, Reid Hoffman, Peter Thiel, Kathryn Ruemmler (Obama's White House Counsel, later Gates Foundation trustee), and "rothschild." This identifies Nowak as part of Epstein's innermost tier — receiving personalized gifts alongside billionaires and political figures.

A 3-hour 27-minute audio recording captures Ehud Barak (former Israeli PM), Larry Summers (former Treasury Secretary), and Jeffrey Epstein discussing creation of a shadow consulting group to advise sovereign nations on "macroeconomy, finance, security, and international relationships." Barak proposes: "Assume for a moment that you, Jeff and myself, and these Terriers also, establish a consulting group that takes on the basis of countries, sovereigns, to give them advice." Barak describes Epstein as "the door opener" who provides access to "extremely rich individuals like Tom Pritzker." Summers describes himself as "burning to become Secretary of the Treasury." Barak references "sitting with Bill Casey, during Reagan time, as head of our intelligence" — confirming his role as former head of Israeli military intelligence (Aman).

The widely reported quote about Bill Gates being a "cold fish" comes from Ehud Barak, not Epstein: "I know Gates for a longer time, but he's a kind of cold fish." On the same recording, Barak discusses Peter Thiel ("Peter Thiel is one of the best," "I've never met Peter Thiel") and Tom Pritzker ("Tom uses the phrase, I owe yous"). Summers calls Obama advisor Valerie Jarrett "an idiot" and reveals "Their nickname for him during the campaign was Black Jesus" referring to Obama.

Epstein's extracted phone data shows an iMessage from December 1, 2018: "today i have nobel prize winner friend richard axel and misha gromov, smartest living mathematician. at 5.. you are welcome." This is 7 months before Epstein's July 2019 arrest. In October 2017, Epstein emailed staff: "see if cavett, or lauder want to join woody dinner tomorrow 7, see if richard axel is around." Axel directly emailed Epstein in July 2017: "I would enjoy dinner with you tomorrow night. Free after 7." In response to Epstein asking: "would you like dinner with woody thurs?" A newspaper quoted Axel praising Epstein: "He has the ability to make connections that other minds can't make. He is extremely smart and probing." Epstein's schedule shows Axel meeting same-day as Leon Black, with the notation "NEED TAPE RECORDER".

Adam Perry Lang, Epstein's personal chef from 1998-2002, was interviewed by FBI on Sept 25, 2020 (AUSA and Special Agent, with Perry Lang's attorneys present). Key testimony: He was hired after being interviewed by Ghislaine Maxwell (not Epstein) — "PERRY LANG was very confused as to why MAXWELL interviewed him." He was on call 24/7 with a beeper. Named guests included Nathan Myhrvold, Larry Summers, and Bill Clinton — "CLINTON was on the plane. He ate off of PERRY LANG's cutting board." Prince Andrew was a guest that "MAXWELL was very excited about... it was PRINCE ANDREW's first time being a guest." Perry Lang saw him both in Florida and the Virgin Islands and Andrew "came on the plane one time." Donald Trump "came for dinner one night." The Dubins were "occasionally on the plane."

Island visit: "Jeff Island?" / Epstein: "Yes" — Christmas 2011 (EFTA00656628). Also invited: "would you like to visit island. I can send heli" (EFTA00947089)

Shopping trips: Schedule shows "Shopping Trip to Prada w/Princess Mette" (EFTA00388164)

Norwegian network dinner: Epstein hosted her alongside "cg of norway, ambassador, terje, thorbjorn" and "the president of the Maldives" (EFTA00662155)

Bill Gates exchanged 301 direct emails with Epstein from 2011 to 2019 — all POST-CONVICTION. Gates was an active participant, not a passive recipient: he sent PowerPoint presentations, shared detailed travel itineraries, and reviewed billionaire recruitment breakfasts.

Island + "New Administration": Epstein: "come to visit the island. new administration people visiting" (EFTA01058838, Dec 20, 2016 — weeks after Trump election)

Sinofsky forwarded a confidential Microsoft internal email — his farewell to the Windows Senior Managers team — to Epstein with the note "Confidential please..."

He also reported meeting Samsung "in secret": "I meet Samsung in secret on Saturday then go to sf for a BBQ with some CEO-vc folks." He forwarded Samsung's Tizen business outreach to Epstein, adding: "Melanie says this is bill setting me up. Timing is hilarious and urgent." ("Bill" likely refers to Bill Gates.)

After dinner with Marc Andreessen and Reid Hoffman, Sinofsky reported their confidential views to Epstein: "They started dinner by asking 'which company is the best short bet: HP, Microsoft, Intel, Cisco' and they agreed that basically all are toast in 24-36 months." He added: "They want me on a board. Mark working on Twitter."

This made Epstein a central node in tech industry intelligence — receiving confidential corporate and market information from multiple executives simultaneously.

Current HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. appears in Epstein documents through three independent sources:

• Juan Alessi FBI interview: Epstein's longtime house manager told the FBI he "recalled seeing many different people at EPSTEIN's home, including senators, PRINCE ANDREW, DONALD TRUMP, ROBERT KENNEDY, mathematicians, and many others" (EFTA01249718/EFTA00159483). Alessi also named George Mitchell, Alan Dershowitz, and John Kennedy Jr. in other versions of this deposition.
• Epstein's black book: Contact entries for "Bobby Kennedy, Ethel Kennedy" listed alongside "Duchess and Duke of York, Peter Mandelson, Dr. Kissinger, Robert Murdoch, Thomas Pritzker" — contacts described as having "worked for JE" (EFTA00157634)
• Personal trip with Epstein and Maxwell (Aug 2012): Ghislaine Maxwell to Epstein: "Love that - didn't we go fossil hunting with him and Bobby Kennedy in N Dakota?" — a recreational trip to North Dakota with paleontologist Jack Horner, finding "90 [million year old fossils]" (EFTA00941274)
• Social overlap: Schedule entry for "5:30pm cocktail party hosted by Bobby Kennedy, Jr. for James Cameron (Avatar)" followed by "7:30pm dinner Martha Stewart is hosting" (EFTA00763658)

Note: Presence at Epstein's home does not imply criminal conduct. This finding documents the connection based on verified FBI testimony and primary source documents.

March 31, 2019 — Bannon texted Epstein from Rome:

"I'm staying with you tonight?? — u have room?"
Epstein: "Yes stay. Just you?"
Bannon: "The lads can stay @ a hotel"

The next morning (April 1), Epstein wrote to Terje Rød-Larsen: "Steve Bannon is here with me. If you come early. Tomorrow or late tonight. He has to leave at around 11 am"

Bannon's spokesman told the New York Times that Bannon decided to stay in a hotel he had already booked, but declined to provide a receipt. The text messages clearly show Epstein confirmed the overnight stay and told a third party Bannon was "here with me."

June 18, 2019 (two weeks before Epstein's arrest): In their iMessage archive, Epstein and Bannon discussed an anti-Vatican film based on the book In the Closet of the Vatican by Frédéric Martel, which exposed homosexuality in the Catholic hierarchy.

Epstein asked: "Have you read 'in the closet of the Vatican' yet"

Bannon: "Yes no yes"

Then Bannon made Epstein a producer:

"You are now exec producer of 'ITCOTV'"

Epstein reacted: Porn. Bannon responded:

"Will take down Francis"

"The Clintons, Xi, Francis, EU — come on brother"

The next morning (June 19), Epstein messaged: "Chomsky asking when film" — indicating that linguist Noam Chomsky was also aware of and interested in the anti-Vatican project.

This exchange reveals Epstein was not merely a financier but an active political operative: co-producing media aimed at destabilizing the Pope, targeting the Clintons and China, all while under active federal investigation. His partnership with Bannon extended beyond crisis PR into geopolitical influence operations.

An iMessage conversation from May 13, 2019 — just two months before Epstein's arrest — reveals someone in his inner circle discussing three simultaneous high-level government offers:

"Met with my NATO Ambassador last night. The offer is serious, I seem to be the best candidate for the job (not the only, though). Should have an interview before the end of June, decision to be made in July."

The same person also mentions:

• "A vague offer from the UN" — referencing a conversation with UN Secretary General António Guterres
• "An offer from Terje to create a position of Secretary General of IPI for me" — referring to Terje Rød-Larsen at the International Peace Institute

Epstein advises: "careful of old man thinking. look forward not backwards" and "you don't want to be selling candles when electricity has been discovered."

This demonstrates that as late as May 2019, Epstein was actively brokering appointments to NATO, the United Nations, and the IPI — the highest levels of international governance.

On June 18, 2018, Steve Bannon texted Epstein: "Dude: I just got him to pull the trigger on $400 billion in tariffs on china." Epstein replied: "soon we will be talking real money" and "Great work." Bannon then wrote: "It's war --- Xi could fall."

This shows Epstein being briefed in real time on major US trade policy decisions during the Trump presidency, and congratulating Bannon for influencing them. The phrase "soon we will be talking real money" suggests Epstein had financial interests in the outcome of the trade war. The same iMessage thread contains references to "the bomb thrower" and "master bomb maker" — apparent nicknames for Bannon.

Multiple documents show Epstein using the phrase "Not for email" when discussing geopolitically sensitive topics, indicating awareness of surveillance and the explosive nature of the information.

MBS Purge (Jan 2018): Bannon asked Epstein: "Do u have a handle on what the ksa guys are doing with 'kingdom holdings'". Epstein: "With al whalid or the co". Bannon: "al waaleed is a goner." Epstein: "Not for email.. back Sunday." This exchange occurred during Crown Prince MBS's purge of Al-Waleed bin Talal at the Ritz-Carlton in Riyadh.

Sheikh Mohammed Visit (Jun 2016): Epstein told an associate: "sheik mohammed from saudi will be coming to new york mid June. He is looking for advice re 20—" When asked how the visit went: "not for email. in general, he established himself as a player in the big leagues."

Mongolia (Aug 2017): Epstein discussed with Ganbat Chuluunkhuu (RVJ Capital) about getting "support from the State" regarding "battuga" (likely President Battulga of Mongolia). "Not for email."

In March 2017 iMessages (EFTA01618757), Indian billionaire Anil Ambani asked Epstein to arrange meetings with Jared Kushner and Steve Bannon. Epstein provided intelligence on MBS:

"MBS's meeting took time to set and basically a waste of time."

Epstein canceled a flight for Ehud Barak to accommodate Ambani's request — demonstrating Epstein's ability to prioritize access to the Trump White House as a commodity, brokering foreign billionaire access to the sitting administration.

Peter Thiel's relationship with Epstein was deeper and more geopolitically significant than previously known, spanning 2014 through January 2019 — just six months before Epstein's arrest.

In April 2014, Epstein invited Thiel to his Caribbean island with helicopter transport (EFTA01978194):

"come with whomever you want. fly to st thomas heli to the island. could be a lot of fun"

On September 19, 2014, Thiel attended a lunch at Epstein's with Vitaly Churkin — the Russian Ambassador to the United Nations (EFTA02041031): "12:00 Lunch w/ Peter Thiel & Russian Ambassador Vitaly Churkin" — with Karyna Shuliak (Epstein's partner, Belarus-born) noted as attending. Churkin died suddenly in February 2017. This places the founder of Palantir — a company with deep US intelligence contracts — at a private lunch with Russia's top UN diplomat, brokered by a convicted sex offender.

On December 5, 2014, Thiel attended dinner with former Israeli PM Ehud Barak, which Thiel called "very Israeli and very stimulating" (EFTA01921538). Epstein hosted an earlier dinner with Thiel, Barak, and the President of Mongolia (EFTA00845225).

Epstein noted that "peter thiel LOVED the secret socieity idea" [sic] (EFTA01738574) — the nature of this proposed "secret society" is not further explained in the documents.

Epstein also brokered Thiel's introduction to Masha Drokova, the Russian media entrepreneur who is separately documented introducing young women into Epstein's network (EFTA00938427): Drokova told Epstein "you will meet him with me" about Thiel. Epstein discussed Palantir investment opportunities and Thiel's Valar Ventures fund in his files (EFTA00814775).

Contact continued through at least January 2019 (EFTA01027621), six months before Epstein's July 2019 arrest.

On Day 2 of her July 2025 proffer (DOJ-OGR-00022994), Maxwell named additional Epstein associates:

• Bobby Kennedy (RFK Jr.): "Bobby knew Mr. Epstein" — went on a dinosaur bone hunting trip in the Dakotas together (~1993-94). Maxwell knew Bobby before meeting Epstein, from the 1980s. RFK Jr. was serving as HHS Secretary in the Trump administration at the time of this proffer.
• Larry Summers: "Met Mr. Summers through Mr. Epstein." They were friends who talked business. Summers "may have traveled on Epstein's planes."
• Elon Musk: Met at Sergey Brin's birthday party on Robert Bigelow's Caribbean island (~2010-11). Not connected through Epstein. However, emails between Epstein and Musk existed in Maxwell's criminal Discovery.
• Murray Gell-Mann: Maxwell personally introduced Epstein to the Nobel laureate through her family's connection to the Santa Fe Institute (via Robert Maxwell's Pergamon Press).
• Richard Branson: Maxwell visited Necker Island with Epstein. They were not friends.

Maxwell also claimed to be "very, very central" to the creation of the Clinton Global Initiative, saying she suggested the concept to Clinton at Davos.

August 2014 email chain (EFTA00364298) shows Erika Kellerhals arranging a meeting between Epstein and Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett. The original plan was for Plaskett to travel by boat to Little St. James Island.

Island Manager Ann Rodriguez sent the itinerary: "I have both of you scheduled to meet at STC office on Monday at 10:30am. I will have Ms. Mwaura at the front desk escort you to C-Dock at 10:45am to meet our Boat captain Mr. Rodriguez who will then bring you over to Little St. James Island for 11:00am."

Stacey Plaskett herself participated in the email chain, writing: "Let me know what is convenient for Jeffrey late morning Monday."

The meeting was later moved to the STC office due to scheduling. Epstein's calendar shows additional Plaskett meetings: "1:00pm Appt w/Stacey Plaskett" on Sept 24, 2018 (EFTA00285597) alongside meetings with Ehud Barak, and "10:00am Appt w/Stacey Plaskett at STC (Erika organized)" on May 17, 2019 (EFTA00285790) — just two months before Epstein's arrest.

Former Colombian President Andrés Pastrana Arango appears in depositions where the witness is asked directly: "Do you know President Andres Pastrana?" followed by "Do you know him as somebody who has had sex with underage minor females brought to him by Jeffrey Epstein?" The deponent refused to answer both questions (EFTA00182418, EFTA00159250).

These questions appear in a sequence asking about Epstein's sex trafficking operation — including questions about sex slaves on flights, Bill Clinton on flight logs, Emmy Taylor as Maxwell's "sex slave," and whether victims were made to "dress as if they're 11 or 12." Ehud Barak is asked about in the same deposition sequence.

Separately, FedEx records (EFTA00218394) show a package sent from Epstein's office (shipped by Andrea Mitrovich) to "ANDRES PASTRANA" in Madrid, Spain on April 21, 2003 via FedEx International Economy.

In March 2003, Pastrana flew on Epstein's plane to Cuba at Fidel Castro's invitation (EFTA00129169, EFTA00261990). Text messages in the EFTA corpus reference someone named "Danny from Miami" who allegedly "procured girls in Cuba for Glenn and Epstein" in connection with this trip. The article notes that Cuba has a severe child sex tourism problem and that Epstein was "likely considering relocating to Cuba in order to escape U.S. law enforcement" at the time.

Indian billionaire Anil Ambani, chairman of Reliance Group, was connected to Epstein through Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, seeking White House access. In March 2017, Epstein suggested "a tall Swedish blonde woman, to make fun to visit" — Ambani responded: "Arrange that" (documented in scheduling emails).

Ambani visited Epstein's Manhattan townhouse on the day Indian PM Narendra Modi secured re-election in 2019, suggesting the political dimension of the relationship was active through Epstein's final months. Epstein told Steve Bannon that a Modi representative claimed limited access to the US administration.

The "arrange that" response to an offer of a woman is particularly significant given Epstein's documented pattern of using women as inducements for maintaining business and political relationships. The exchange parallels other documented instances where Epstein offered female companionship as part of relationship management.

In a December 2015 email exchange with New York Times reporter Landon Thomas Jr. (EFTA00839265), Epstein offered compromising material on Donald Trump:

"would you like photso of donald and girls in bikinis in my kitchen"

When Thomas asked whether he could pass a contact to a political reporter — "at some point this stuff will come out — as long he continues to top polls" — Epstein deflected to Norwegian heiress Celina Midelfart: "Pass on midelfart wealthiest girl in Norway."

The email thread includes the famous Trump quote: "I've known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy... He's a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side." Thomas noted: "That story will never die."

A separate email (EFTA02469569) notes: "I receive many calls a week about both Donald (midelfart, beauty contest, mara lago etc) and Clinton from reporters."

This documents Epstein possessing and offering to distribute compromising photographic material of Trump — consistent with the blackmail/surveillance pattern documented across the corpus.

Cross-referencing the DOJ's redacted handwritten flight logs (Gov. Exhibit 662-RR from U.S. v. Maxwell, EFTA02846460, 118 pages) against the unredacted tabulated flight logs reveals 549 name redactions across 87 of 118 pages.

The redactions are not targeted victim protection — they are a blanket redaction of virtually all passenger names except Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Categories of redacted individuals include:

• Staff and handlers — Sarah Kellen (124x), Emmy Taylor (94x), Nadia Marcinkova (88x), Larry Morrison (29x), Larry Visoski (20x), Shelley Lewis (19x), Andrea Mitrovich (18x)
• Known public figures — Bill Clinton (6x, all Sept 2002 Africa trip), Kevin Spacey (6x, same trip), Alan Dershowitz (4x), Jean-Luc Brunel (10x), Naomi Campbell (2x), Marvin Minsky (1x)
• Named survivors — multiple survivors' names were redacted (counts withheld)
• Family members — Dubin family (Celina 7x, Jordan 7x, Glenn 3x, Maya 3x), Paula Epstein (4x)
• Unidentified passengers — 16 entries for unnamed females, 6 for unnamed males, 4 for nannies

Redactions increase dramatically over time: pages 1–50 (1991–1999) average ~3 redactions/page, while pages 86–118 (2004–2006) average ~10 redactions/page. This correlates with the period of most intensive trafficking activity documented in victim testimony.

Notable: Clinton, Spacey, and Dershowitz were all redacted despite being public figures whose flights were already widely reported and entered into the public record through prior litigation. The blanket approach obscures the distinction between perpetrators, witnesses, staff, and victims.
