Who worked for Jeffrey Epstein

In January 2010, accountant Richard Kahn prepared a payroll analysis for Jeffrey Epstein (EFTA00709105) covering 116 employees across 12 entities, from the Little St. James island grounds crew to his New York office, aviation, and household staff. That single-year snapshot is the backbone of this page; to it we add 36 staff documented in other records (butlers, house managers, pilots, assistants and schedulers from years the 2010 list does not cover, such as Sarah Kellen). Each person shows their entity, role, and a timeline built from payroll tenure and the years they appear as an email correspondent in the DOJ files. Individual rank-and-file salaries are not published; entity totals and the highest-compensated senior figures are shown for context.

Many of these staff were also left money when Jeffrey Epstein died. His island manager, pilots, bookkeeper and house staff are named beneficiaries in the will he signed two days before his death, with bequests from $1M to $10M. See Will & Estate.

The 12 entities

Epstein paid staff through a web of operating and shell companies. Headcount and dollar figures are the 2010 snapshot only (bar = share of that year's $9,537,909 payroll), not an every-year total.
