These diaries use a rail fence cipher to encode sensitive content. In EFTA02731361, the cipher uses 3 rails — verified by paired-page analysis (March 2026). Even-numbered pages encode the adjacent odd-numbered typed pages.

EFTA02731433 and EFTA02731341 both use a 2-rail fence cipher — confirmed March 2026 by independent analysis and LLM-assisted OCR. Unlike EFTA02731361, these diaries have no typed plaintext pairs, but the 2-rail decode produces coherent English across all coded pages while 3+ rails produce gibberish. Key decoded passages cross-reference with known corpus evidence and name individuals also named in the other diaries. OCR of handwritten pages performed via Claude vision (March 2026); some characters remain uncertain due to overlapping stamps and small handwriting.

Although this diary lacks typed plaintext pairs (unlike EFTA02731361), the 2-rail decode produces coherent English naming Jeffrey, Ghislaine, Mr Black (Leon Black), Larry Summers, Andrew, Mr Case (Steve Case), and Mr Kimsey (Jim Kimsey). Page 20 independently corroborates the Leon Black biting allegation from EFTA02731361 and the Wigdor memo.
