Plaintiffs, Jane Doe No. 101 and Jane Doe No. 102 ("Plaintiffs"), move this Court for an
order enlarging the time in which they must reply to Plaintiffs' Motion For Leave to File Under Seal
Response in Opposition to Defendant's Motion to Stay or, in the Alternative, to Unseal the Non-
Prosecution Agreement. The grounds for this motion are as follows:

1. The issue may be made moot at a June 25, 2009, hearing before Palm Beach Circuit
Court Judge Colbath.
2. This motion is not made for the purpose of delay and should be grantcd in the interest
of equity and faimess.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs , Jane Doe No. 101 and Jane Doe 102, request an enlargement of
time up to and including June 30, 2009, to file their reply to the Plaintiffs' Motion For Leave to File
Under Seal Response in Opposition to Defendant's Motion to Stay or, in the Alternative, to Unseal
the Non-Prosccution Agreement.
