THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon Defendant's Motion for Enlargement of Time to 
Answer or Otherwise Respond to Complaint (DE 14) and Defendant's Motion to Dismiss 
Complaint (DE 47). As Plaintiff's Complaint has been replaced by an Amended Complaint, it is 
hereby 
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 
(1) Defendant's Motion for Enlargement of Time to Answer or Otherwise Respond to 
Complaint (DE 14) is DENIED as moot. 
(2) Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Complaint (DE 47) is DENIED as moot. This denial 
is without prejudice to Defendant reasserting the grounds asserted in the motion if he deems it 
appropriate as to the Amended Complaint.
