Pursuant to Rule 2.505(O(1), Florida Rules of Judicial Administration, the law finn of 
Turkel Cuva Barrios, P.A., Kenneth G. Turkel, Esq., Shanc B. Vogt, Esq., and James C. Mooney, 
Esq., counsel for Defendant, Abrurzo, as Clerk and Comptroller of Palm Beach County, 
Florida (the "Clerk"), through undersigned counsel, request leave of Court to withdraw as counsel 
and state as follows: 
1. The Clerk hired the Iajw firm of Bajo Cuva Turkel, P.A., Kenneth G. Turkel, 
Esq., Shane 13. Vogt, Esq., and James C. Mooney, Esq. to represent him in the above matter. 
2. On January 1, 2022, Kenneth G. Turkel, Esq., Shane B. Vogt, Esq., and James C. 
Mooney, Esq. leftthe law firm of Bajo Cuva Turkel, P.A. and formed the law firm of Turkel 
Cuva Baidos, P.A., and continued representing the Clerk. 
3. On January 3, 2022, Collin D. M, Esq., appeared in this action on behalf of 
the Clerk, and therefore outside counsel's assistance is no longer needed. 
4. The Clerk consents to the relief requested herein. See Exhibit A.

WHEREFORE, the law firm of Turkel Cuva Barrios, P.A., Kenneth G. Turkel, Esq., Shane

withdraw as counsel for Defendant, Abruzzo, as Clerk and Comptroller of Palm Beach 
County, Florida, in the above-captioned matter, to relieve them of any further responsibility of 
representation in this cause, and for such other and further relief as may be just and necessary 
under the circumstances.
