One row per demand (an ask with a named addressee), not per press release. Each row is either backed by the full text of a letter we hold (data/pdf_text/congressional_letters.jsonl) or by a specific, independently dated item already curated on this site (a House Oversight/Senate press release, or internal/testimony.json's record of a deposition, transcribed interview, or written declaration). 'No response recorded' means we found no reply, production, or refusal in our sources - it is not a claim that DOJ (or another addressee) refused; 'Not resolved as to this specific subpoena' is used where a same-named release exists but cannot be tied to this row with confidence. Every row links its addressee's own primary source, our own held copy of the letter where we have one, or both. Outstanding-days and time-to-resolution are computed at build time from the dates above, not stored, so they stay current on every rebuild. Historical (pre-2025, pre-Epstein Files Transparency Act) congressional letters remain in the bibliography below only; they predate the compliance fight this tracker covers.
