Customs and Border Protection records for Jeffrey Epstein — every border crossing, private aircraft arrival, and passenger manifest from DOJ EFTA disclosures. The TECS II data was generated April 28, 2014 — crossings after that date are not included. Zero crossings in 2009 (Epstein was incarcerated June 2008 – July 2009). Key Findings

• Indyke filed FOIA requests for Epstein's own CBP records 2013-2015 — proactive intelligence gathering on what the government had
• Epstein flagged for secondary baggage inspection in 2010 and 2015 — on CBP watchlists
• CBP person query executed July 23, 2019 — the same day as the first MCC incident
• Private aircraft arrivals CF-178 forms document direct flights St. Thomas → Palm Beach
• TECS II records show frequent St. Thomas crossings (A512-CBP-ST) consistent with island visits
• Istanbul was the most frequent international destination — 59 unique trip dates (2010-2013), nearly weekly at peak. All on private jets. Not widely reported.
• CBP officers noted Epstein "traveling with several young women" and "four female pax" in secondary inspection remarks — took no action despite sex offender registration.
• Positive inspection result at St. Thomas (June 26, 2011) — 3 passengers on N909JE from Beef Island, BVI. Violation record fully redacted.
• Epstein told CBP he was "looking for a date and believed that the girl was of legal age" and "served 1 yr in jail and was on probation."
